They know many people coming here are returning rental cars. So they raise the price and they don’t keep receipt paper filled. Have to go inside and wait in line just for a receipt. Do better!
If you’re in a hurry to return car and you see a red head cashier lady, do yourself a favor and go to the next racetrac pump which is 3 mins away. This is twice that she has turned on the OPEN sign and sat in her car browsing her phone. At least turn off the light and do that people don’t come to your pump. Useless.
If I could give zero starts I would but I will definitely tell you this place is not open 24 hours. In staying at the hotel next door and this places has all it's lights on it's obviously open but for the past two nights now the doors have been locked with a sign saying will return at this time. I waited and no one ever unlocked that door. Whoever your night shift crew is. Obviously doesn't like people and therefore needs to be fired.
Just visited this establishment. The employee to customer interaction,communication,service was not welcoming,helpful or polite at all,to say the least. Individuals who work with the public, in a sales position, especially in a busy location such as this one, should be more hospitable. This recommendation is in reference to attitude, verbal correspondence as well as physical gestures,body language and facial expressions. I purchased 8 large items and I was not offered a bag. Upon request I received a negative facial expression and was offered very smalI brown bags that were on the counter. A suggestion to the owner,your establishment is located in a very profitable area,located near our city's Airport as well as reputable Hotels. A high percentage of customers are visitors to our city, a city that takes pride in being known for our great hospitality. Our visitors/guest/customers are our financial bloodline.
