Walmart Supercenter

Associates need to spend more time cleaning up the store as they stock shelves. Also, get better about being down top stock as zoning is done. Clothing displays should not look like a hurricane blew through. Curbside order associates should get better about not blocking aisles, or heavily shopped sections within the aisles.

Tire service has many, many problems. The computer system doesn't book appointments. This has been a recurring issue.

The staff is so afraid of a liability issue that they turn down easily fixable issues. Hannah and Eric refused to plug tires and said screw was on sidewall, screw was clearly not on the sidewall (see photo).

Heidi and Devon refused to let us talk to a store manager or regional manager. When asked on multiple separate occasions, Heidi wouldn't give a number or contact info for her boss. She was deliberately hiding the issue from them but not solving anything or helping us. All this could have easily been avoided.

I didn’t get her name, but the lady who assisted me with my online order today was outstanding! It was pouring rain and she remained cheerful and efficient. I was not able to use my app for my curbside order. She took my name and was out to my car with my groceries in less than a minute!

The crew was nice and busily getting ready for black Friday sales. The store was very clean and the cashier understood the wackjobs that my and I were being and laughed right along our dark humor I'll definitely go back ,

I received the most outstanding help from Roxy, her attitude and willingness to help surpasses all expectations! Will definitely be returning!

The Home Depot

I must say last friday  was the best customer  service I have had at Home Depot.  Not only was the checker friendly,  but one of the guys helped unload my cart into my car (without me even asking for help) .  It was so nice to have the assistance, and so appreciated.

I frequwnt this home depot and many of the staff are amazing.   One staff member left me hanging for about 10 mins before I asked for help from another staff member, then I saw him over just chatting with other employees.   Quite frequently I've found the inventory is not accurate by a lot.  I've gone in for items specifically that will state 40, or even more of an item, then spend a bunch of time searching for it, to find out it was mis inventoried and isn't in stock, which causes a loss of time and money.

The employees were very helpful. They went out of their way to help us. We had questions that were answered. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Your cashier James is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met in customer service. I brought back around $100 in returns of extra pieces and bolts we didn’t use on a chain link fence we built. After spending over $3000 worth of materials at this store, I don’t know why a few return items is the biggest hassle ever. He didn’t scan half of my items, but he did put them back for inventory. By the time I got to the car and looked at the receipt I had two screaming toddlers from waiting in line so long, I decided it’s not even worth it to go back in. Mistakes happen but there’s no need to be THAT rude to someone who’s just trying to get their hard earned money back after spending an absurd amount on a fence. I even said “have a nice day” after the interaction and he was STILL a huge jerk. I’m amazed. Try a different Home Depot..

Had a washer and dryer delivered, almost $2000.  The delivery was great, after 4-5 days cloths started smelling burnt after drying.  Was told from the delivery guy the units were covered for 30 days no questions asked.  Called Home Depot and the said we have to call LG, there was nothing they could do.  We had also bought the 4 year extended coverage.  So after a week, we have a dryer that doesn’t work properly,  would not recommend

This is the best Walmart. The workers are really informed and very helpful. Every order that I have had delivered to my house has never been wrong and been very prompt and great.

As I've always stated, Walmart most always has the best prices and typically has most everyday needs from A to Z! Rarely do I find cheaper prices elsewhere, though. I do give credit to each and to every business that provides good service.

Folks were having a hard time finding items that they wanted to purchase. A lot of people wandering around, they were asking me if I seen them. I must say that I had a great experience in the electronic area. Very good assistance from staff member named David. The items I needed were in a locked cabinet. He found the exact item I wanted.

I just have to say you have some of the kindest workers. I was having a problem and took 2 hours to solve while I had my 4 momth old with me and the lady's at customer service on December 13th between 12 and 4 pm where so sweet and understanding and just the kindest while I figured stuff out with checking out. Best experience in Walmart in a long time!

The store is clean and well stocked. The major problem I encountered was the checkout. They appear to be having staffing problems as not all the self check outs were open, and only a few of the tills were open. Overall the store is large and well stocked.

Staff seemed to good to help security was really cool did t judge me like most place because of the way I looked or the back pack.

The store is always well-lit, fully stocked, and has great options. The staff here is always friendly. And unlike Washington, they do not charge for bags. They have everything you need when you need it. From a quick trip to the store to a full weeks shopping trip. This store has what you need.

We recently visited a Walmart Supercenter and were pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of products and the well-organized layout of the store. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making our shopping experience even more enjoyable. We found everything we needed and more, all at competitive prices. Yet another disappointing visit to Walmart. This will be my last time going. I bought a 30 dollar cell phone and it just wasn't working correctly so I went to take it back. Unluckily for me my wife threw the receipt away before I made it down there. I looked online and it said I could return it but most likely would get in store credit. They can look the recipt up. I had just got the phone 3 days prior. When I went to the store they rudly denied my refund and sent me on my way. For a company that says they care about the customer they sure do have a bad way of showing it. They treated me like I was some bum off the street trying to return a stolen phone or something. Disgusted and will not be returning. It's a shame to because I've been shopping at Walmart since I had a job at 15. But enoughs enough.

Returned 2 items yesterday night. Was told it would take 5 minutes to get back on my card. No big deal. Went home. Went to bed. Fast forward to today and no refund. Called and was told to call my bank. I did. They informed me there was no pending return. My bank told me to call Walmart. I call Walmart and am placed on hold for 36 minutes. Some of which u can tell that someone has answered the phone and is refusing to speak...not Even to say "just a moment" I had to hang up after over 40 minutes waiting on a silent hold.

I'm giving a 4 star review, rather than a 5 star, because of the tendency for items that we are looking for not being on the shelves!  Or on the sales floor at all!  Otherwise, the employees are friendly!  I always look forward to saying hello, and good morning, to Mr. Richard, when he's the morning greeter on the grocery side!  The lady with the glasses, is often in the Beauty department when we go in for our weekly Wednesday morning visit!  And she is always super friendly, and helpful!  As are the other employees that my spouse and I have interacted with!  All in all this Walmart is one of my favorites of the ones in the Spokane/CdA area!

Understand you can shop anywhere...ypu know that rightly?

Why anyone would shop at dirty, poorly layed out, self checkout heavy, corporate greed pigs?! Beyond me. I avoid if possible at all costs.

Its the worst!

They expect you to be their emplyee to self checkout because they fail to staff the store.....except at the door when they expect you be a submissive underling with a receipt at the door.

Hard pass...I'll drive a town over to shop anywhere else. Walmart is your 3rd world choice based on 3rd world service, store cleanliness and check out experience.

Prices aren't as good as most believe when you compare apples to apples and  ounce for ounce. The bathrooms are a mess and the shopping experience is only worth it if your armed and prepared for a poor experience all around.

Walmart is the corporate monster most feed unknowingly as they exploit their staff and customers.  Those uneducated simpleton's that believe they actually have the lowest prices are lazy. Winco is cheaper on food and a cleaner store. Prices can be beat by mom and pop stores because Walmart is now priced at what most brick and mortar mom and pops are selling their fair for.  If you have questions go else where. If its your jam keep making toast...if its not stay away from this behemoth of modern exploitation based on entire experience. They fail to delight anyone at the door.

Affordable prices to shop. Usually meets all my needs. I only go in to shop for random last minute things I need. I typically prefer to order via the app and pick up at curbside as I dislike the crowds and long lines.

Its too big.  If you forget something while shopping its a 10 minute walk to go back and get its just too big.  Great garden area

Love this Walmart. Always have my prescriptions ready, and the pharmacy staff is always fabulous! If they have a prescription not quite done, I can do some shopping while I wait! They have the best prices on my prescriptions and will go out of my way to go to this particular place!

I no longer feel safe shopping in the store. It's not the customers, it is the fact that cops will shoot you in the back if you are even accused of shoplifting. The cops kill people at the store

Great customer service at check out, at closing tome of 11pm. The shelve stockers were friendly and knew exactly where products were, so that getting to shop for 15 minutes for a basket full of necessities in a fast fashion with post operative hip and knee replacements, made my shopping experience so much better. Hardly no other shoppers as well,  which made maneuvering around pallets of products on most all of the isles much easier and no one was grouchy! And I was short $1.61 and a nice customer behind me at check out paid for my balance.
So sweet and this whole late night shopping g experience went better than expected.  I felt safe with the extra security outside as well. Thank you Walmart workers!

PS My past experiences during  the day, there were rude customers and so many not caring to move aside in a shopping isle, and when others are behind me, don't acknowledge me, just stare as if I'm in the way, just say "excuse me", like I do. :)

Self check out needs to be boycotted. If I wanted to be a cashier at Walmart I'd apply. Also management treats employees awful so be careful if you're thinking about applying here. Good news is if you apply here you won't have to worry about running a cash register because they force self check out down customers throats

Thanks to the app, I can locate items on my list and add them to my basket without undue wandering.  I do wish the list could be ordered by location. I also wish that customers had the same location information (slightly more specific) that employees have. That would be perfection!
As always, everything I needed or wanted was available. I can't believe how I've come to love and rely on the College Place Walmart in the last 2+ years. It started with post-surgery Pick-up orders and evolved into in-store shopping. The invariably friendly & helpful employees are a big bonus. I think that's a factor of both the area (Walla Walla valley) and the store management. Whatever the reasons, it's a great store!

Store was neat and clran, found good deals relevant to my shopping needs. Love not needing to carry piles of coupons or use some App just to get the right price. Makes shopping a breeze compared to others.

Walmart gets a bad rap, but I really enjoy shopping here.  I go early in the morning so it's never busy, which makes the experience better.  I feel the fruit and vegetables are always fresh since they turn over the product fast.  The layout of the store is consistent, and their app makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for by giving the item's location in the store.

I was shopping at your store in CP last evening and just wanted to let you know what a GREAT employee JARED is.  (he was at the self check-out station last evening (8/22/23) at approx 7:30 p.m.) He was very observant as to what was going on and was really friendly and helpful.  Perhaps he can become your next manager :) --he knows how to treat people--maybe the current manager does as well--but Jared was really impressive.--I'd appreciate it if you would please tell him about his good review as an encouragement.  Thank you!!

At Home

There is really nothing wrong with this store, it's just not what we were thinking it would be.  The best way I can describe it is it has a big box store feel to it.  The biggest turn off for us was the smell as soon as we walked in.  I suspect there were a lot of competing candle smells and I don't know what else, but the odor stayed with us for quite a while after we left the store.  We walked around the Christmas section for a couple of minutes and then over to the wall decor and a few aisles in between and left without making a purchase.

I love the random collection of things that this store has. The holiday decor is always so good! But it's also good for normal house needs.

Very nice clean store however:
There was only 1 cashier to check out at lunch time on a Monday. The line was extremely long. After waiting around 10 minutes and only moving up around 3 to 4 spaces in line a customer came from behind me and asked the girl at the register to call for help. The cashier's words may have been correct, but her tone was completely uncalled for. She said ok thank you, but the tone said get back in line and be quiet and came with a dirty look. 1 cashier came over to help and saw the line and asked for more help over the radio. Sounded to me like the answer was no on the radio. I just feel like us customers that were in line waiting for a very long time just weren't a priority. That's unfortunate because I really liked the store but I doubt I'll be back.

I was not at home so decided to go to @home. Haha..

Jokes apart. Nice store and it was my first time to any of atHome store. Its just like a mixture of TjMax, Ross, Somewhat like Ikea and Michaels.

You will find everything here and the prices were similar to TJmax like stores.

I absolutely love At Home. It will definitely put you in the mood for the holidays or etc. If you don't find it in this massive store, something is wrong. Also, sign up for a reward member to  save even more money.

Target

It really doesn’t matter what time you come, the drive up for picking up orders takes forever. This is not the workers fault, it’s clear they are way understaffing here because I have been to targets that have plenty of people working this area. It’s a clean store, generally well stocked, most people that work here are nice. It can be extremely crowded though. The area really needs a second target with all the new homes being built or they need to double their workforce.

Traveling through town and needed some forgotten items. I placed a drive up order as its usually the quickest option. This drive up is absolutely horrible. From the wait time to the employees lack of work ethic (which is very clear) or maybe they're just as frustrated as us but it's baaaad. Cannot recommend this target based on this.

Target Drive up is very disappointing. Too long a wait. 25 minutes wait at Drive up is unacceptable. It defeats the purpose of a drive up, easy breezy pick up. Going in the store is even quicker than drive up. It’s not even “rush hour” when I came. Very inconvenient for people who are in a rush and don’t have time for in store shopping. To think they are also offering “drive up returns” now is unbelievable. I would put no star at all if I was allowed.

4/5 like Target especially in some areas wherein it is clean. got a plate here today. I would often go here to buy Vegan Kimchi affordable and good quality. the only thing i notice that the entrance carpet of this store needs some attention, it can be filled with torn receipts, wrappers or just anything, it can look dirty from the outside.

Love this Target. It's always clean even when there's clutter from stocking. You turn around and it's all pretty again. Dressing rooms and restrooms are very sanitized and smell fresh. I love shopping where it's  clean!

Showed up on time. Very professional and skilled at accomplishing the projects  I requested. I will definitely use Ace Handyman for future home projects.

We needed our front porch posts replaced.  We were informed up front about their pricing for both pre-inspection work and for the work itself.  Michael arrived on-time each day, and provided high-quality work both under our expected cost and anticipated amount of time to complete the work.  Every person we interacted with were polite and informative.

This is not our first time using Ace Handyman Services of Frederick, and we will certainly use them again when the occasion arises.

Scott did some excellent work for me yesterday. I was very impressed with his professionalism and appreciative of his clear communication of what he needed to do and accurate estimate of how long it would take. I needed 2 shutters reattached to my house and the rest (20) needed to be resecured.  Chris did a really great job.  He clearly knew what he was doing and I am really happy with his work.
I would definitely hire Chris again.  Mary in the front office was great too!

Scott was timely, professional, and he answer all of our questions in a professional matter. He also gave us some great estimates and around the house ideas.  We would refer Scott anyone without a hesitation. And finally, his work was to our satisfaction.
