I must say last friday was the best customer service I have had at Home Depot. Not only was the checker friendly, but one of the guys helped unload my cart into my car (without me even asking for help) . It was so nice to have the assistance, and so appreciated.
I frequwnt this home depot and many of the staff are amazing. One staff member left me hanging for about 10 mins before I asked for help from another staff member, then I saw him over just chatting with other employees. Quite frequently I've found the inventory is not accurate by a lot. I've gone in for items specifically that will state 40, or even more of an item, then spend a bunch of time searching for it, to find out it was mis inventoried and isn't in stock, which causes a loss of time and money.
Your cashier James is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met in customer service. I brought back around $100 in returns of extra pieces and bolts we didn’t use on a chain link fence we built. After spending over $3000 worth of materials at this store, I don’t know why a few return items is the biggest hassle ever. He didn’t scan half of my items, but he did put them back for inventory. By the time I got to the car and looked at the receipt I had two screaming toddlers from waiting in line so long, I decided it’s not even worth it to go back in. Mistakes happen but there’s no need to be THAT rude to someone who’s just trying to get their hard earned money back after spending an absurd amount on a fence. I even said “have a nice day” after the interaction and he was STILL a huge jerk. I’m amazed. Try a different Home Depot..
Had a washer and dryer delivered, almost $2000. The delivery was great, after 4-5 days cloths started smelling burnt after drying. Was told from the delivery guy the units were covered for 30 days no questions asked. Called Home Depot and the said we have to call LG, there was nothing they could do. We had also bought the 4 year extended coverage. So after a week, we have a dryer that doesn’t work properly, would not recommend

The employees were very helpful. They went out of their way to help us. We had questions that were answered. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
