Pumps card reader never work...on the plus side you get to enjoy a walk.

I went in with a brand new debit card and made a $12 purchase and was charged that plus $19.19. They won't answer the phone either. Having to take it up with my bank.

I came in wearing a mask and the employee on duty (young white guy, shorter side, brown hair) refused to sell me cigarettes if I wore a mask. I work in healthcare with children, so I generally wear masks in public spaces as an extra caution. The sign on the store even had a "wear your mask" direction. I was being respectful and just wanted to buy my smokes - I hadn't asked him to wear a mask because I realize that everyone has a different way of going about social-distancing. It was inappropriate and bullying of him to enforce his personal beliefs by refusing service and getting into a rant.

This used to be the best place to buy gas (have here for 7 years) but ever since they updated or changed or whatever to the pumps, I've never had more issues trying to use a pump. The credit card authorization used to take less than a second (insert card and pull immediately) but now it takes up to 15 seconds and doesn't work half the time. Forget trying to use King Soopers fuel points because you have to click through like 4 screens following instructions before you even have a chance to enter the alternate I.D. But don't worry cause that won't work half the time either. It legit makes you feel like they're either ripping off your card or just don't give a darn about our time. I'm gonna try to never go back.

Friendly staff, decent amount of items that may be needed in a hurry. Gas is great, and you get reward with the shell fuel card which is free to customers.

The staff is well. Stuff is stocked. All you need in a convenience store.

Walked in to get a couple bottles of pop and was met with disrespect. Then when I asked if they took Snap I got an eye roll and told no. Never will be going back. I'd rather run out of gas and have to walk another couple blocks than deal with them again.

They RIP YOU OFF  with a car wash.  The guy said $20 for a car wash he saw we were paying cash.   GET SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T TAKE YOUR MONEY UNDER THE TABLE

Went after 9pm. Lot super well lit. Price of gas was .52 less than I had paid the previous day at a station less than 50 miles away. And the gas pump gave me my receipt- yeah:) Used the restroom which was very clean and stocked with toilet paper and soap.  So glad I chose this station.

Their pumps are never on anymore and when they are it is hit and miss if they actually work. If they're open 24 hours it is only their convenience store and not their pumps. Their energy drinks are ever stocked and it is just of waste of time trying to get anything there.

Wendy's

I worked here back in the early 2000's. Because of this place, I will always stand up for Wendy's from a quality standpoint. We always followed the highest food safety standards and everything was done correctly. I worked in many restaurants when I was younger and I can say 100% Wendy's had the best safe food handling practices of any place I have ever worked.

Did a drive-through on a Tuesday at 11:30 AM. Got a single cheeseburger and a drink. The burger was dry and lukewarm and I don’t think it had seen the grill for quite some time. Not fresh at all. The coldness of the condiments made it that much worse. Big disappointment.

I usually don't rate franchises, but we had a great experience with the staff and customers. It is a very friendly atmosphere all around.  We went there 3 times in the 10 day visit to Denver.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was cold. The cheese wasn't melted and the bread was cold. The fries were warmer than the sandwich which is usually the other way around. The food quality has gone down.

UPDATE:

Well, this experience was so incredibly atrocious I don't believe I'll be visiting a Wendy's for a very long time. Let's start at the beginning:

I walk in to the restaurant and am confronted by a bevy of self-order systems and no cashier. The closest thing to a cashier is a woman trying hard to get orders out to patrons who are patiently waiting for their ticket to be called up.

The machines are not very responsive and I have to touch my selections multiple times for the order to take. When, in the past, I might have been able to speak to a cashier there was no aforementioned person dedicated to taking orders.

Oh, and I had cash, which apparently is too confusing, so I get my ticket number (219, if you must know) after a few minutes of wrangling with the machine. The machine says to remember the number and await my order at which time I will pay.

So, I wait. And wait. And wait some more. I have time to return to my truck, retrieve something, go to the restroom, collect cups of ketchup and fill my drink cup before my number is finally called.

It'd ordered a Biggie Bag for $5. I pay $5.30- something.

A few minutes later she calls my number. On the machine I clearly requested dine-in. When I paid, I requested dine-in. When she called my number it was in a to-go bag. She says my order, Four for $4?

Um, no, I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag.

She seems partially confused and partially exasperated, speaks to someone on the cook line and tells me she'll get my order right. A couple of minutes later she catches my attention and hands me a to-go bag. I take it and sit in the restaurant (where I still sit).

It was not changed to a $5 Biggie Bag but was still a Four for $4. Whatever. I ate it.

My four piece chicken nuggets was a three piece chicken nugget. My honey mustard sauce was the Wendy's brand sauce.

So, I go back up to the counter to get my receipt so I can leave feedback. She can't find the receipt. My number was on the pickup order screen, I told her my number, she called my number but when it came time to hand me my receipt she couldn't find it and then shrugged and said she was sorry.

So, I have no record of eating here other than the caloric intake which will reek havoc on my gut later. I think I'll be abstaining from all Wendy's until they get rid of those kiosks.

My experience wasn't that bad, actually. The girl at the register, Rebekah, was very nice and seemed to know her stuff. She never became flustered while taking my order and smiled so much I had to ask her if something was wrong.

I didn't order much - just some fries - while my coworker ate his side salad lunch. The restaurant was relatively clean, but as it was off hours, there really wasn't much going on.

As for the food: they were fries. Salty, hot and fairly fresh.

If you've been to a Wendy's then you know what to expect. This one wasn't exception in either a positive or negative manner.

I love the take and baked pizzas. My son loves to get the salads . You can order a head or go online so that you don't have to wait. Because sometimes there is a long wait because the Pizza is worth the wait. I don't go with traditional red sauce. Cause it gives us heartburn so I go with the White sauce, Italian gourmet is my favorite.

Pizza at home without breaking the bank. Good location with plenty of parking. Order on line or in the store for take home. Always have great deals and coupons for extra saving and rewards members earn additional discounts. Denver has the 5th highest priced pizzas in the U.S. and Papa Murphys still has some of the best prices around. You can your choice of crust, toppings, sauces and GF or no dairy selections. So whether getting pizza for yourself, family or friends you can find something that is just right for everyone. Take one home today or stash in the freezer for later. It only takes a few minutes to bake one and then just sit back and enjoy a hot pizza at home when you want! 🍕 🍕🍕

This is not a dine in place, but a friendly atmosphere for ordering and picking up food. They have so many great pizzas and really good specials for different days of the week. The service has always been quick and efficient. Everyone I have dealt with has always been friendly and very helpful. Pizzas are ready for pickup in a very reasonable length of time.

We have been going to this location for 7+ years. It used to be great regarding manager, employees, customer service and quality. Unfortunately I can no longer say any of those things. The employees are rude. The quality of the product has decreased dramatically. The stuffed pizzas are thin and the toppings seem more of an afterthought. Cheese on any pizza is maybe 70% of what it should be. Unless you order a stuffed pizza all the crust is the thin crust. I know inflation etc effects bottom line, increase price and give patrons a quality product that they won't regret spending their hard earned, equally stretched thin, money on. I'm sure it doesn't matter to this establishment, but we will be going to a different location, hopeful of a better experience.

I love Papa Murphy's Pizza. They have really good service, fresh vegetables and meats used on the pizza...

McDonald's

They are usually very fast, I think too fast. Check your food before pulling away. I love to get Egg McMuffins for breakfast but many times the bread is not toasted, UGH! Happened to me again this morning!
And ALWAYS use the App!!

This is the best McDonald's in all of Colorado. We have been here at least 100 times over the past year and have only had 2 very minor issues with our food. This team is quick, efficient, and thorough in getting everyone through the line and getting their food in a timely manner. Additionally, every team member we've spoken to is always kind. We feel very lucky to call this our "home McDonald's" and often say we wish we were at this location if we end up at another when traveling.

I absolutely love this location I stop in every morning for coffee usually I order the on the app but if I don't there's hardly any other people because everyone else used to drive through so I'm always quick to order and get back on my way to work. This is part of my daily routine and I literally get coffee everyday. Sometimes I get a sausage McGriddle and a medium orange juice for Gigi. Anything you order is always hot and fresh and perfectly cooked and if not they'll gladly fix it with a smile I've never had any problems at this McDonald's and I wish it was closer to my house cuz I'd probably go there more often but at least it's by my job so I can continue to get coffee on the daily.

Drive-thru was telling all customers to park while waiting for food (they are on a timer that is watched by corporate, parking stops the timer). Sandwich ingredients were just thrown in the box(no attempt to get ingredients all on bun). Fries were definitely fresh(they seemed to have a little less salt, I love it that way)

I stop by this McDonalds a lot for their breakfast sandwiches which are excellent by the way. Today I stopped  by the drive-through for a burger (rare for me). I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. I had already driven quite a ways back to work before opening it only to find it was just a bun with two pieces of meat and two pieces of cheese. Nothing else. I’m pretty sure this is a half completed burger. I tried calling twice but no one answered. What’s up?

Pizza Hut

Had a pickup order supposed to be ready at 524. It’s 554 and I’m still waiting. Apparently they’re out of all ingredients including dough. Will avoid in the future.

Still waiting. I did get a refund but it’s unfortunate that I was told “15 min” over 35 min ago.

Finally received my food at more than an hour after the pickup time.

This place always takes care of my pizza fix. If they get it wrong, they throw in extra goodies like a free melt and a 2 liter of soda or a dessert for free. The staff and the manager are always respectful, cheery, and pleasant. This is my "go-to" pizza place for friday nights.

Awful....thought we would try the new melts. Had trouble ordering online had to order numerous times before I called and than it wasn't a problem. When it arrived there was absolutely no dipping sauce except ranch for the chicken, bacon, ranch. Funny it had no chicken nor bacon. It was cheese and very little pepperoni?? Won't do that again.

The girl working just canceled my order 30minutes before close because they’re unprepared and don’t have breadsticks thawed so I just lost all of my points I tried to redeem. Also stupid I can’t get a pizza because they’re out of bread sticks. Sounds like pure laziness to me. Super unprofessional I don’t get how it’s my issue they can’t be prepared enough to have one of the most popular products ready to be sold. I am completely disgusted with her attitude on top of this. She thought it was funny we were upset we lost our points. That’s probably why she didn’t give me her name. Well I’ll never order from here again and will be sure to let my family and neighbors know not to waste their time and money. Thanks for nothing

I put in an order at 10pm and when I picked it up, the guys working were super cool with me and didn’t seem bothered at all how late I was making them work. They also gave me a survey card that gets me free cinnamon sticks next time I go in, so l was pretty happy about that. Great pizza as always, especially with the stuffed crust. The cookies are amazing too!

I have been going to PM pizza for years. I have had amazing service and not so amazing service. I have had my order be above expectations and not. This order had me scratching my head. My issue? They only put the pizza toppings in the center and did not scatter them all over. There was a big pile of toppings and then bare cheese and pepperoni near the crust... i have never had this issue with PM pizza before. Message to the employees, please take more time and care when putting together your customers product.. *jumps off soap box*

This review is a little late, but I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the staff on Halloween. We went in for pickup and it was super busy even in the middle of the afternoon with pickup orders and walk ins. The staff kept their composure and worked very hard to get everything done, while keeping great attitudes. This location always makes our food delicious, we don’t care for other locations as much. This one is worth going a bit further for because the dough is fresh and ingredients are layered on perfectly! Keep it up!

They did not manage the expectations well on a very busy $10 Tuesday. Ordered online which let me select pickup in 45 minutes. Ended up getting the order one hour late and still would not have been ready if I hadn't waited in a line just to let them know I was there for my pickup that was supposed to be ready an hour earlier. They should know how many orders they can prepare in a certain amount of time and not let too many people have the same pickup times.

6 months ago I had to take disability due to an illness and can't work anymore. I'm on food stamps and thought I'd treat the family to pizza tonite since you guys offer EBT folks that. I do thank you for that, but this pizza was absolute garbage. Inedible. I'm hoping you guys can make this up to me. To everyone. I'm sure there are many customers who are disappointed. I'll be calling tomorrow to see what we can do. It really was bad. Like right into the garbage, little kids wouldn't eat it. That bad.

The line for Tuesday $10 Large for ANY pizza was kinda long but it went really quickly!!  The staff was so friendly and there were lots of people keeping up with the making of pizzas!! I was very impressed!  Pizza was awesome!!!

Teriyaki Madness

I’m a food critic that travels a lot for food & do tiktok reviews .
1. The atmosphere was amazing , clean & fresh . I was greeted when I came in
2. The staff was very helpful being this was my first time and was very knowledgeable about the food.
3. The time it took for the food to be ordered & made was impeccable.
4. The best thing about the whole experience is the FOOD . It was amazing , perfectly cooked , perfectly seasoned & now one of my favorite places to eat .

I would recommend anyone to come here and try out the food 20/10

Teriyaki madness is one of the fresher chains popping up in Colorado.
I came in and ordered my food, like everything it was expensive. I ordered a spicy chicken power bowl, which is a great lower carb option.
When I got my food, I noticed a mistake. It had brown rice, I took it up to the front and before I said a word. They made it right, they said "keep the other bowl and we bring you out what you ordered.
It is refreshing to see people that care about making things right!

Customer service here is always AMAZING. They are attententive to your order, make changes without hesitation and the food is amazing. They even let us park in the curb side pick up spot on a COLD night.

Glad we stopped by. The food was clearly well made when we ordered. The staff were very nice about checking ingredients for a food allergy! The sauces were really tasty and the veggies were plentiful, crisp and fresh. We will definitely come back.

This place was great when it opened and then suffered what seemed to be a years long period of really less than spectacular food and service. It seems they’re under new management and finally have their ducks in a row because my experience today was unlike any other.

For starters, this concept is fun and fresh. Teriyaki is rarely done right and they’ve got it dialed in pretty well. My lunch today was spectacular. I tried the chicken breast teriyaki whereas I usually get the original thigh or the fried katsu. Super flavorful, chicken is clearly marinated for plenty of time as it’s full of flavor and so juicy. Grilled perfectly. Love the yakisoba style where they toss the meat, noodles and a ton of veggies in the wok for a few minutes. Got an egg roll and some crab Rangoons both of which were so hot I’ve got a bald spot on my tongue now. Service was friendly, looks like the manager took my order. Food came out in about 4 minutes which is literally 1/10th of the time it took the last visit I had here.

Hope they keep it up as they set the bar really high again today.

They rushed us ordering and didn’t even get what we wanted right. Super unfriendly at the drive through window as well, will be going back to my usual location.

Went thru the drive-thru ordered a good amount of food for my coworkers and they left out 2 meals and wont even answer the phone
