I am deeply appalled and greatly disappointed by the unsettling experience I had after consuming several nuggets without initially inspecting their appearance. Upon glancing at my meal, I was disheartened to find that the nuggets were infested with fly eggs; I ordered at the drive thru, began to drive and just throw food in my mouth. This incident has left me in a state of considerable distress and physical discomfort. I feel compelled to emphasize the importance of thoroughly examining one's food prior to consumption. It has become evident that a degree of caution is essential when partaking in fast food offerings, as the level of attention to detail and adherence to proper food safety protocols appears to be lacking.

Ordered through Uber eats. My driver was amazing, got here in record time, but the food was not only terrible and cold but not even what I ordered. I haven’t had a chance to eat all day, too busy and tired from being sick to cook. I’ll never order here again, but please do better for your other customers.

Very disappointed by my recent experience. I’ve been a big fan of Chick-Fil-A for decades, unfortunately my recent experience didn’t live up to the brand’s usually high standards. I went through the drive through and placed a simple order - one 12 count of nuggets and one 12 count of grilled nuggets. The employee working in the drive through was very nice and processed my order quickly. I was the only car in the drive through at the time, so I made it to the window and proceeded to wait for a significant amount of time for my order. Eventually, several other cars started to pile up behind me due to the lengthy amount of time my order was taking. The employee at the window asked if I could pull around and they would bring me my order, which I gladly obliged. Once parking in a spot in front of the building, I proceeded to wait another 11 minutes and watched dozens of cars receive their orders. After a significant amount of time, an employee came out with a bag and asked if this was my order. Unfortunately, it was for the car next to me who had pulled up from the drive through several minutes after me, despite containing the items I ordered (in addition to several other items). At this point, I was frustrated and walked in to speak with an employee about my order status. Upon walking in I was greeted by who turned out to be the manager on duty. I told him the situation and he began looking into the status of my order. He then came back and told me that the grilled nuggets I had ordered were taking some extra time because they were making them fresh, so it would be a few extra minutes. Unfortunately, I knew this not to be true as the employee who brought the order out to the car next to me said the order contained grilled nuggets. Further more, person directly next to me received their mobile order, which contained grilled nuggets. At this point, I told the manger I wanted a refund and to leave. He promptly refunded my order and miraculously was able to produce my food as well, despite the fact that he told me it would be a few extra minutes only moments before. This location has a lot of potential, but is clearly lacking leadership and training. Had they simply owned up to their simple mistake, been honest about forgetting my order, and made it right I wouldn’t have been so disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, no one was willing to own up to their mistake, although the manager did refund my order upon my request. I hope that the franchisee and regional management sees this review so that they can invest time and training into the employees at this location. I love the Chick-Fil-A brand and want to receive the same great experience no matter what Chick-Fil-A I go to.

Teriyaki Madness

We went in an hour before close on Friday night and they had all the chairs already stacked and were annoyed that we came in. The girl at the register was rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. She automatically packed our food to go even though we unstacked chairs to sit down and eat because it was still an hour before the restaurants posted close time. My son dropped his fork on the ground and I asked her for a new one and her response was that she had already put plenty in the bag. It was just a terrible experience. The food was okay, but there were barely any veggies. We felt so unwelcome being there, and there were several people who came in even after us. We definitely will go to a different location next time.

The store is super convenient from my location, 2 minutes from the house. But they have always taken care of me. Chicken is great. Rangoons are on point. If there were short on the chicken, I would call and let them know about it. And they would absolutely hook me up the next time I ordered. Good food, great staff.

Gross food. The “fried” rice was just a soggy over cooked mess, and the “vegetables” were nothing more than a pile of bland cabbage with a sliver of carrot thrown in here and there. The chicken was dry and not cooked to order, was only made edible by dousing it with the teriyaki sauce. Had to immediately wash my hands after picking up the sauce bottle as it was covered with sauce on the outside. Waste of $16

I love this place. You get a lot for your money. The teriyaki sauce is so yummy. It’s all good. Katsu, Spicy Chicken, tofu you name it. It’s nothing serious but it’s a good place to get some causal yummy food and have leftovers.

I’ve never had much of a problem here but this time, the lady running the register was blatantly rude. Her name was Brandy by the way. We came in a half hour before they close with a small take out order. She made us feel like a massive burden. Later, as she went back into the kitchen area, we heard her ranting about us to another employee. I don’t enjoy having to fear that my food will be spat in while it’s being made, for no good reason at all. As someone who works in the fast food industry, this is unacceptable and I will not be returning. She needs a firm talking to.

The Whiskey Biscuit

I love the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. The gluten-free pasta was huge. I've never seen them that big before. The best part was the gouge cheese in this dish made your mouth water bite after bite. You will see that yes, I put bbq sauce on my chicken. Yum!
The salad was good and large portion too.
Would I recommend this restaurant?  Absolutely
Would I return ? Absolutely

The Swine Society cocktail with house made bacon-infused bourbon was the perfect combination of sweat and salty! Food-wise you need to have corn dogs as an appetizer. The Monte Cristo was one of the best sandwiches I had in a long time! It was truly divine. I can’t wait to come back to have it again!

What a great restaurant! Very dog friendly! Our waitress was nice and attentive. The food came out super fast and hot. We had multiple appetizers and split an entree. And a lot of cocktails! They're cocktail menu is great. The food was delicious and had appropriate portions. You were even able to purchase a little something for our puppers. We were very happy with our experience there. We will definitely be back! So good!

Visited Whiskey Biscuit on a Saturday around 12:15 for lunch.  Parking is limited and you may have to park over at King Soopers and cross the street.  Lots of seating available.   Service was fast, lots of drink options and the food was great. Prices are slightly on the high side, but it seems that way everywhere. Great local spot, highly recommend you check it out if your in the area and looking for yummy food and drinks.

I ordered the tasty fried chicken sandwich. I was concerned there would be too much thick fried batter on the chicken breast but was pleasantly surprised to find the chicken was lightly battered.  The brioche bun was good. I will say the sandwich was a bit small in size. Sandwiches are served with a thick wedge-like fries. I tasted my husband's ribeye philly sandwich. I liked my fried chicken sandwich better. We sat at a booth so I didn't get a feel for the surrounding atmosphere but I attached pictures of the inside of the restaurant.

Pizza Hut

The lady who helped me pick up my pizza was very very kind!
However the pizza was the worst I’ve had in a long time. Not too long ago my husband and I ordered the Big New Yorker- it was incredible- a delicious hot cheese pulling experience.
Today on my birthday, I wanted to experience that again. Picking up the box from the store it even felt hot and freshly prepared- it wasn’t.
When we got home we noticed how dry everything looked- not a piece of it was hot or even warm. The pepperoni flaked to a crisp upon touching it- no grease in sight- and NO EXTRA CHEESE and the cheese that was on there was RUBBER- (extra cheese which I was charged for). It seems like they just had this pizza sitting there from 5 hours ago and decided to push it on the birthday girl.
Went from a 5 star experience to a 2. Only because the employee helping me at the store was very kind!! I will never order here again.

We came in for a late night pizza and some pasta on October 29th. The young lady working the front was absolutely the nicest person! She was very helpful and had even called us to ask our preference on our order. Over all, a lovely experience!

When I first ordered my four pizzas off the app, the app indicated that the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. I actually did not get to the shop until 30 minutes after placing the order because of heavy traffic, and when I got there, my order was only partially complete (did they give away one of my other pizzas?). As a result, while my three pizzas waited in the heater, the crew began my last pizza.
The crew was very apologetic and told me that they were short on staff, but even that did not make sense because my other 3 pizzas were done and other orders were going out as I stood there.
They should have at least comp'd me with something - very disappointed.

The person taking my order did not help much. I paid $14 for a one topping med pizza and $7.99 for a large pizza!! He did not say a word about the difference!! Poor customer service! We won't be back for sure! 😡

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Papa Murphy’s offers very good pizza that is a shade healthier (less greasy) and better tasting than most., it has gradually escalated prices so that a Walmart equivalent is now half the price.

The Springfield Missouri location on South Campbell is a dirty/appearing shack with unclean windows, darkened ceiling tile, a broken pavement parking lot, and walls and floors in need of cleaning..

I have been patronizing this establishment for years and clearly no funds go towards maintenance and improvements. Staff is always friendly. For a long time a bucket was on the floor in the prep area to catch roof leaks.

I am satisfied that some care is taken to meet sanitary standards but visually the sights diminish the appetite.

Love papa Murphys!  Best take home pizza ever!  Fast and efficient staff.  Loved their salads as well!

First time totally disappointed! Ordered beef sausage and onion pizza...no onion! Ordered a keto chicken, bacon, spinach and artichoke... no spinach or artichoke! Found out after they closed.  Both were salty. Very very disappointed. So much salt ended up throwing in trash. I have never gave a bad review. But we paid way to much just to throw away.

Tried Papa's twice and ordered different pizzas both times, and we didn't care for them. We ordered salads both times, and they were very good.  Will order salads again but not their pizzas.

Amazing, love the food!!! All of them are yummy, and yes, we truly have had them all lots and lots of times for years now.

McDonald's

The employee refused to take my order at the register. She said, “The register is only for cash.” That is awful. I will not use a kiosk for my orders. I demand human interaction, because soon, there will be no jobs for humans trying to make a living. McDonald’s certainly won’t be reducing their prices once it’s all machine based. Demand human service.

Clean and the orders come out quickly. Be careful about ordering inside though, myself and a couple others waited at the front while they focused on drive-through. Manager ended up taking our orders.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 number 6 with coke for the drink. I saw an 80 cent charge on the screen for a drink which comes with the combo. I asked the cashier why there was an extra charge? He told me I could talk to the manager at the next window. Manager said I could call the number at the bottom of my receipt. So, I called that number. They told me to dispute it with my credit card company!😡
So as I see it, this is theft! They straight up STOLE 80 cents from me.
Check your receipt if you order a combo meal. I bet they stole from you too. They automatically charge for a bigger drink even if you don’t order a bigger drink.

I bought a filet of fish sandwich in the drive thru and brought it back to work to eat it (less than a mile away).  It was absolutely horrible.  Dried out and old.  I at least expect consistency from McDonald's

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

I love the caramel apples. And they have amazing chocolate. The employee there that was there a couple of times was super awesome and friendly. My only complaint was I saw some fly or bug flying near the apples. I am sure it’s hard to deal with the door opening and closing cause they are a popping spot off 16th but really good spot. I love coming here.

Omg I normally love this location the most. But on Mother's Day, my husband and daughter bought me a carmel candy apple. Normally, they ask if you want it cut. This time, we had to ask. The associate declined. she said she didn't have a clean knife. When asked why not just wash one? we would wait she replied that she didn't have dish soap! Once I bit into the apple, I knew instantly it wasn't fresh. It had to be like days old. Hence why she didn't want to cut it in front of us.

If you love chocolate and sweets, this place is for you.
They have different assortments of all things chocolate from single items to box with variety items in it.
They also sell candied apples.

The dipped apples are the best ever! The staff will treat you like family. The prices are great and everything I bought was top quality.

The lady working in there was extremely nice and she cut up my caramel apple for me! It was super delicious!

Denver Biscuit Company

Our family brunch at the Denver Biscuit Company was a delightful blend of delicious food, good service, and inviting ambiance. From the moment we walked in, the warm smiles set the tone for a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home.

The colossal biscuits, a true standout, quickly became our Colorado favorite. The personal touch of the coffee bar, where we could choose our mugs, added a nice familial feel to our morning caffeine fix. "The Lola" with Nashville hot chicken brought a spicy kick that delighted our taste buds, showcasing the kitchen's skill.

Despite our full stomachs, the temptation of "The King" dessert lingered for our next visit. The hash browns, crispy and perfect, provided a comforting touch. Throughout our meal, the service was attentive, contributing to the overall positive experience. While my hubby found the mimosa a bit heavy on orange juice, the overall warmth of the ambiance and the delicious food made our family brunch at the Denver Biscuit Company truly memorable.Que

One of the best spots in Colorado Springs for breakfast, especially if you want biscuits to be involved. They offer both traditional and plant based options so no one has to miss out on biscuits or gravy. The place is usually packed so reserve a spot ahead of time and expect a small wait when you get there. They also have non-breakfast options like a massive pizza, burgers etc. you really just can't go wrong here. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our breakfast! The service was great. The food portions were very generous. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. There were 4 of us and we couldn't finish their cinnamon roll. I had never had cheese and shrimp grits before and they were SOOO Tasty. We will be going back

My son suggested Denver Biscuit Company for breakfast and it did not disappoint.  I ordered the chicken cordon blue biscuit. I substituted cheddar for the swiss cheese. The biscuits are huge and soft.  The chicken is perfectly seasoned, juicy with the right crunch.  Their biscuits are served with a side of hash browns. There are a lot of sauce options to complement your biscuit.  I enjoyed a perfectly spiced Bloody Mary.

Had breakfast after the balloon fiesta in Colorado Springs Labor Day weekend. It's in downtown Colorado Springs, very trendy, and has a variety of restaurants to choose from.
We got there at about 9:30 am
I had no waiting to go in and got seated right away. We choose to sit outside on this beautiful day. Everything on the menu looked good on paper, but it's better when you got it. There were 6 of us, and we all got something different. The French Toast biscuit was very good it was big, but perfect if you want a light breakfast. There was a cinnamon bun that was big enough to share with everyone 😋. All the meals are served with a big homemade biscuit.
Like your coffee ☕️ a certain way... good cause you're making it yourself. Overall it was a good experience. Go before 10am otherwise you may have to wait just a bit.

Wendy's

This is my "Pretzel Baconator" from the Wendy's in Englewood 5155 S Broadway.
Yuk! But so hungry I wiped all the slop off and ate it.
Only car in the drive thru, so not super busy. Cashier was unfriendly and surly.
Used to be a great place. What happened?

This place has gone downhill so fast. They never get your order right. I ordered a crispy chicken with only mayo, and I got a spicy chicken with everything on it. I also got a frosty key tag and they never gave it to me. Ordered a burger with only cheese, and it came with everything on it. Orders are constantly wrong or missing items, they never give a receipt. Save yourself the hassle and go the extra few minutes down Broadway to the other one.

Christ Almighty, the Baconator Jr. really has my boyhood trembling. The crisp, Smokey bacon atop that seductive, square beef patty. What is there not to adore? And not to mention the smooth, melted cheese, and paired with fries and a frosty, you’ll be soaking through your chef’s apron in no time. Truly a masterpiece. A steamy, moist, delicious masterpiece.

Completely failure all around. Was there tue November 21st around 6:30pm. That have had staff turn over for sure, and are now being ran by a bunch of kids who just don't care. First thing you notice when you get to the window is 4 kids all standing in group talking, the girl asks us to pull up to the door and wait for our sandwiches. We ordered a big bacon classic meal and a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. After waiting for them to bring us our food they bring out 2 deluxe hamburgers... Checking the bag and counting the correct amount of items we head home, not realizing it was wrong until we were already home. Not only did we get the wrong food (and old fries) but we paid for regular menu items and got value menu food. This is why you don't staff all teenagers with little to no work experience.

Always a tasty alternative to cooking. The food is good and they usually get the order right. The fries are always fresh and yummy. And I do love their frosties! We usually go through the drive up window so I don't know about the rest of the restaurant,  but from what I can see it is clean and organized. The customer service is good about 75% of the time. Some employees are very friendly and they smile whilst talking to you. Others are in a big rush,  don't say much and get you out of there asap which isn't all bad but a bit of friendliness wouldn't hurt.

My fiancee ordered pizza, his total came to $51. He handed the driver 100 and was told "I don't have change" and they left. The cheese on the pizza isn't even melted and my pizza was soggy. Won't be ordering from here again.

Apparently this Pizza Hut doesn’t have delivery drivers.  They used Doordash .. easily the absolute worse food delivery service.  Pizza came cold and was missing the soda.  Funny, no one’s answering my calls.

Placed an online order for the 3 topping Large pizza, paying $2 more for Pan Crust. Arrived at store to pick up on time, had to wait for additional 10 minutes. During that time, another customer came in to pick up their 2 Large Pan crust pizzas, and were told the store was out of Large Pan crusts, so they got 2 medium Pan crusts per Large pizza ordered. I finally get our pizza, sprint home, open the box and find....a Regular Crust pizza. Lesson: Open the box before you leave the store.

Jeremy, the manager at this location, should be hired by Pizza Hut, so he can teach the other locations on how to treat customers!! Even his employee who took my order was extremely courteous! From now on, I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to get my pizzas here! Thank you Jeremy!!!

It’s Pizza Hut. I’m sure the goal is to make sure each item is consistent and always tastes the same. I only ever order online for carry out but it’s always ready on time and tastes as it should. Service is good there’s always parking. Store is well lit and clean.  I could swear they stopped offering plates but I got plates and napkins.
