Your 2 yr business plan ain't gonna work out for you if you can't even make the items on the menu edible. Frieto pie is never baked and then COLD. Lol and Philly plank of mystery meat is not a philly steak n cheese. and the lemon pepper wings had less flavor then KFC.
Nothing we Tried  looked good or had FLAVOR
get it together because you never know who's coming through the door or why..

I stumbled into this place on accident. Looking for a different place. But I'm so happy I did. They have the best garlic balls I've ever had in my life!!! Oh yeah, the pizza was amazing! What a find!

Great pizza and the bacon roll was great.  First visit and we will be visiting again for sure.  Great crust and a very tasty sauce.  The food was hot and prepared on time.  Very friendly staff.  Thank you.

Although the owner was very nice, the pizza was not as good as we thought it would be. The toppings were skimped on we ordered pepperoni and mushroom pizza there was about 10 pieces  of pepperoni on the entire Pizza and the mushrooms were hardly recognizable. My husband had a Hawaiian pizza? It had ground beef as one of the toppings I thought it was Italian sausage and I grabbed one from his pizza it was ground beef with no seasoning. It was a hamburger ball. The atmosphere was very nice also the owner and his staff were nice as well but the pizza was short on toppings and sauce. We plan to visit again because the owner was so nice, just for the calzone and maybe other items that may be on the menu.

The service was better than the food. We ordered drive thru and I usually once check to make sure the order is correct, not if the fries are old and hard to eat. Not sure how long the fries where sitting there, but not tasty at all.

Whole restaurant is dirty. The soda machine was dumping ice all over the floor, there were very few options for drinks. We waited for 10+ minutes for our food. The service here is atrocious. We asked for a manager, the guy taking orders is awful and rude and clearly doesn’t care. Other people have been served before us even though we had been here first. Kids name is Mario. He messed up many orders, he clearly doesn’t care. He was the one who walked past the ice on the floor. He was digging in his nose, his rear end and touching food. This place is filthy. Do NOT go here.

I don’t like writing poor reviews. I have avoided this location for quite a while due to poor quality and lackluster service in the past. I was really craving chili and a baked potato tonight so off I went..

I ordered a baked potato with bacon & cheese (spoiler alert: this is the only thing they made properly), a large chili, medium frosty and a large diet Dr Pepper for an office co-worker. The frosty was the wrong size and they argued about giving the proper size as listed on the receipt. When I got back to the office I noticed that the “large chili” was only 3/4 full and the crackers had trashed packaging, with some being already opened. The large DDP was not the right drink. It was some poorly calibrated sugared drink that was undrinkable for my diabetic coworker. I had also mentioned to them that the prices they were charging for their drinks were not the same as on their menu board (there was a 10.38% price difference). Their poorly trained window persons response was “prices are going up everywhere, it’s call inflation”. Frankly I don’t give two shakes what you charge but be accurate with what you post and drop your pathetic attitude. There is a reason why I have avoided this location for more than 2 years. No thank you. Not again…

Staff is confused, walking back and forth like they keep forgetting what they are doing, taking items out of my bag, putting them back in.  And someone please explain why I ordered an oatbar and they gave me a cookie instead??? Why is my order taking 20 minutes???
*update: they gave me 2 entries PLUS a side when I ordered only one and no side. I would say it was a score but NO, the English muffins were BOTH SOAKED WITH GREASE. Like a sponge, just dripping oil. Only ate one and the potatoes were old and dry from a heat lamp. This location was the worst!  :(

Only one of the sandwiches wasn't a hockey puck and they forgot a sandwich as well. Or if this is the other Wendy's 15 minutes from this one they were closed before they were supposed to be so I had to drive to the other one. Both were disappointing though.
A lot of fast food restaurants around here have went downhill majorly. I don't do fast food very often so when I do I want what I ordered to be etible.

Northern CO seems like the only quality restaurants out there anymore for fast food. Denver is horrible fast food wise and surrounding areas besides Boulder and the Springs. Do better. It's fast food not gourmet complicated meals smh so how y'all mess up this bad is ridiculous. Find different employment if you are that incompetent and lazy.

Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards & Boxes -Southeast Colorado Springs

I called them from Virginia a few weeks back and asked them to make a holiday board for Thanksgiving for my daughters who both live in Colorado Springs. Everything was handled so smoothly, both ordering and delivery. Today my daughters and their families got the board and the pictures speak for themselves. My granddaughter texted me to tell me how delicious everything was. It was such a success! Thank you for helping me make this happen and your kind service , it meant a lot to me.

I usually make my own charcuterie boards but never again. After ordering a board for 4-6 people from Graze Craze this weekend, I will HAPPILY order again instead of making my own. All the items were fresh and delicious. Easy online ordering system, on time delivery, lots of variety and did I mention delicious. I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

I asked for a Bloody Mary board. And they had never done one before. And this is what they did. It is wonderful. I suggest anybody to go there to get a charcuterie board done. Excellent customer service wonderful people a wonderful family.

A great experience from start to finish. I wasn't one to jump on the charcuterie craze. I was always fine with a couple options of crackers and cheese with two meat choices. Never again. I heard an add on the radio and found out they were near me. I'm glad I gave the craze a try. It started with great staff. They were down home, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions and did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. It was a small town feel in the city. The food was amazing. Quality fresh selections in a beautiful presentation. The only drawback to my experience was I underestimated how much my family would enjoy it and I should have bought a larger board. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.

Beautiful spread, delicious, dependable, easy experience. Ordered the night prior and picked up at noon with zero hassle.

McDonald's

The manager of this store honestly not sure what crawled inside of her and died. This store does not offer refills on sweet tea. This Is the only stores in the United States that's a McDonald's I've been to that does not offer a refill on sweet tea(teabag .16 cent.- lg sweet tea 1.87) But if you want that high fructose corn syrup soda refilled you can have it refilled all day. She was very rude to most of the customers. Even her security guard inside the store said he didn't know why they didn't do refills on sweet tea, but they did refills on soda. Can upper management or the owner of this store please fill in why they can't refill on a $0.16 tea bag? How much does it cost for a bag of Coca-Cola syrup? And what's the cost difference between a refill on a Coca-Cola and a refill on a 16-cent tea bag? I ordered three big breakfast with hotcakes, they gave us one butter a piece, whenever I ask the lady for extra butter and extra ketchup for the hash browns for three people, she sends me back with two butters and three ketchup's I send one of the ladies I'm with back up to speak to this manager in Spanish she comes back with eight butters why was this woman treated differently then me? See it's different when it's done right in front of your face. This woman acts like she owns the store and she doesn't ,even she tries to nickel-and-dime sauce packets while every employee drinks free soda and sweet tea all day . That's her way of cutting corners? I rarely give out three stars. Her blatent disregard needs addressed. Owner please respond. Please show the rest of the world that you're going to fix this problem.

You guys im totally pleased with this McDonalds! I'm a vegetarian, so obviously finding fast food I can eat can be difficult. Occasionally I go to McDonalds, and unfortunately I have to totally order off-menu. I'm such a pain, and I'm so grateful for the members of our community that work fast food. But this location?? Totally killed it! They got my totally bizarre order perfect, included all my ridiculous condiments, even let me add M&Ms to my chocolate sundae! It's a 24 hour location in a rough part of town, but they manage to keep up with the property and homeless population, without being total jerks about it. I like to tip fast food workers when I can. You should try it... Who can't spare an extra $2 to totally make someone's day?....

You can't see it in the photo but I order a double cheeseburger, no meat, add lettuce, extra pickles, extra onion, side of ranch & buffalo. See what I mean?? So getting my order perfect the first time deserves 10 STARS! LOL

This place is hit or miss honestly. Some days our food is hot and delicious others it's cold and half missing. Today was cold and half of both our large fries were missing.

The fries were cold and soggy and disgusting 🤢🤢 chicken nuggets were over cooked. The security they had in the restaurant were utterly and completely disrespectful and rude. They were threatening paying customers with violence as well as using profanity to my complete dismay. For shame to this whole restaurant and management y'all should be completely embarrassed with yourselves in with how you are running this franchise

Worst sausage & egg McMuffin ever as you can see in the picture. Will not recommend this place.

I came here for breakfast this morning, Barely awake and hungry. I pull up to the menu and the kid says how can I help you? I start trying to order as soon as I say hotcakes he immediately says without hesitation anything else OK pull forward. I literally didn’t even have a chance to say what I wanted next, and had to yell at the window to get them to complete the rest of the what I wanted to order. After every single item, I said he immediately responded anything else anything else Without any hesitation. I understand that you have a lot of people to serve, but that was the rudest thing that’s ever happened to me. He changed my order like three times. My order was very simple to never have I had anyone in the past be this rude to me. McDonald’s if you’re reading this do you need to go talk to the management of this store. Please and thank you.

The gal at the front window didn't take my order correctly and when I tried to ask her about it she told me that there's no need for an apology, that everything's fine and when I clearly asked for just an ice cream cone I was handed it in a cup, If you can't listen to customers and you can't perform a simple task like making an ice cream cone, why even bother coming to your job and then pretending like it's everybody else's problem that you can't perform? If this is how management is going for this McDonald's I would hate to see what happens in about 2 months when it comes to Christmas time

The line took forever. It took over ten minutes waiting. It took over 5 minutes waiting just to order. I don't know what the hold up was? Fast food? Not this time. Then we finally got our order and yes we have a strange order, a cheeseburger with everything but meat. My daughter is a vegetarian. They put the opposite. So we had to wait for them to make the right order. At least the shake machine worked although my shake tasted like a freezer. It was awful. Didn't drink it. My fries were old, food and stale. I don't know how that happened? I guess I got the bottom ones.

Very crowded during lunchtime with the drive thru wrapping around the building. There was barely any parking left. A nice interior and clean.  The employees were nice enough. We were a little worried when the customers in front of us ordered 20 cheeseburgers. Despite that though we got our order very quickly. They called our number and we picked it up. The problem is that the order was almost completely wrong and we didn't realize it until after we had driven away. Yes, I should have checked the bag and trusting it was right was partially on me. Unfortunately with kiddos it caused major issues for lunch. I'd be willing to give them another chance, but maybe when they're not as busy so they have a better chance at service us the correct order contents.

Great McDonald's and fresh food only complaint is avoid the drive thru at all costs in evening and late night, always 30 to 40 minute wait with both lines always rapping all the way around the building, been at this window 20 minutes before someone finally came to it to ask "what was my order" then the employees let non employees in to eat and play around while ignoring that they have customers at the window,late night needs new staffed immediately this is ridiculous, no employees in sight that long should be alarming to management.

Chick-fil-A

Love the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich.  The service is always great. Only four stars for the atmosphere because they are all so busy its a bit loud. Great job being that good though.

We stopped here this evening for our first-ever Chick-fil-A meals and were dutifully impressed with the quality of the food (fluffy chicken tenders), speed of service, and polite and hustling employees collecting orders outside in multiple drive-thru lanes and inside at a service counter. Negatives included lack of table and rest room cleanliness.

One of the cleanest and most courteous restaurants around. They happily serve everyone with a smile and greeting. Love the dedication to the USA on this Memorial Day 2023.

The new sandwich with palmetto cheese isn't good. Also, I learned all chicken, except the grill kind, including MSG, which causes me a terrible reaction. We will definitely not eat there again until corporate decides to remove their ingredients.

So much activity cars lined up around the building down the road can't get in to the parking lot trying to get from parking to indoors weaving thru moving drive thru traffic isn't safe or fun.  Food pretty good but the rest of the experience isn't

Always fresh food in my experience. I’ve gone on busy days in afternoon and in evening. ALWAYS receive fresh hot fries. They are kind and fast! I will always go to this location!

Wow Wendy’s Garlic Fries super…. My kids & me loved it. Nice place out for Mountain View and enjoy your breakfast for 3 $.

I feel they must increase some vegetarian options.

Usually a great location, but they absolutely love to serve incredibly raw bacon on most of the burgers they put out. Good food and wonderful service, food usually fresh and hot but just undercooked, rubbery & barely edible bacon on so much of their stuff. Cook the bacon through, please!

This morning we visited this location and apparently they were not patient enough to take our order at the drive-thru the time was 10 minutes to 9:00a.m they were clearly open. I then drove up to the window waited 10 more minutes for the managerto even walk up to the window and ignore our presence for at least 3 minutes and then proceeded to tell us they don't take orders through the window and that we have to drive around and go through the drive-thru again and order. After all that was said and done we get our food and this manager immediately shuts the window and turns around before we could even ask for a ketchup I had to wait another 5 minutes for him to come back .His parents must be the owners because I don't see anybody professional making him a manager. Little eddie Haskal needs to take some hospitality college courses before he runs this store to the ground.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

9/30/23- not a lot of quick grab and go food in the area, so I ran in here to grab a snack before a Bachelorette party. The staff were friendly. The rice crispy treat was about average in taste/quality.

I would like to say, my caramel apple was good… Except for when I found hair stuck in the chocolate/caramel
.. I would recommend if they keep the prices high on their products they make sure that the area and sanitized and wearing hair nets or have their hair back.
Now I can’t go back..

Now we have been on a binge, buying boxes to gift family and friends and they all love it too. Regular boxes of chocolates have been ruined for me! You will not regret stopping in!

WOW!! Such delicious treats!! My husband and I were visiting from STL and tried many chocolate treats, as well as the mango sorbet. Let me tell you....it was YUMMY. They had a secret menu item that is occupying more-than-usual space in our heads since arriving back home. The staff were so patient and friendly while we chose our treats...which took about 10 minutes. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Maybe I just picked a bad day to try it out but the customer service was awful.  Not friendly at all and they rolled their eyes when I asked a question about an ingredient that I’m allergic to.

Bird

The Bird Burrito, pulled pork sandwich, avocado toast and soups were fabulous.

Blackened chicken Philly - not so much.  More than toasted, the entire bun was like a giant crouton.  The bacon for the avocado toast was nearly burnt rather than just crispy.  Their iced tea tastes like instant.  They must have a shortage of folks in the kitchen because they made errors on charge requests on orders.

The servers were fabulous.  Ultra friendly and fast to serve and keep glasses full.  They also had no issues on separate checks with a medium sized party.

Great vibes and food. Got chicken (loved) and waffles (liked), tomato soup (loved), and black bean burger (liked). Didn't order a cocktail but they were fairly pricy. Got a pretty yummy latte; they have a full espresso bar with monet syrups.

Had no idea where I was eating today as I  just in the area for work. So glad I chose to eat here. The lovely waitress helped me choose my food selection by steering me towards her favs and she didn’t miss.

Love the atmosphere pearl street has to offer especially when I had gone when there was the farmers market. Food and ambiance overall waitress’s and service was great and timing wise wait only was 15 minutes when we were told 30 minutes. Would recommend 💯 🔑

A lovely little restaurant situated in a cute part of town.
An unassuming place with a minimal outside appearance, but once you enter you are greeted with pleasant art and a bright, airy, and bird themed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our server was eager to recommend their favorite dishes. Generally I trust the staff of any establishment to guide me to a great dish so I went with their recommendation. I ordered a latte with Chicken and Waffles. The latte was ok to be completely honest but the cocktails they offered seemed  lovely, I unfortunately forgot my wallet so I had to miss out this time. After a short wait time our food arrived to the table. Presentation was exceptional, a golden brown waffle with a perfectly crusted fried chicken breast. Luckily it wasn’t all looks with the establishment. The taste matched the presentation like an orchestra of flavor playing in unison to create a masterpiece symphony. I’d highly recommend Bird to any patrons looking for a new place to add to their list of must try Denver eateries.

Sexy Pizza

June 15, 2022 7pm - Tried ordering by phone, was told it was a 3hour delivery time. Decided to drive over instead. Place was empty, went to the register… was rudely told it was a 3 hour wait as the cooks stood there leaning on counters. I asked why such a long wait, and the person at the register had a full-on meltdown as i cautiously backed out the door. Ownership should concentrate on hiring capable employees.

A 6$ up charge for gluten free and I still give it 5 stars. Best pizza I have had since going gluten free. Love that this business is socially conscious, you can tell they actively take steps to give back and reduce their carbon foot print. They don’t have parking but there is a parking garage (paid) a block or 2 away. Highly recommend, great food, great vibe!

This was our first time trying Sexy Pizza. I ordered a gluten free pizza for pickup. It was one of the better GF pizzas I've had, and my son (who is not GF) agreed! We both liked the crust a lot. Sauce was good and NOT sweet, thank god. Ingredients were tasty. I will absolutely order again and hopefully next time I can dine in and spend some time in the restaurant.

It sucks because I like the pizza here, but there needs to be some serious changes to the service. They make it so unnecessarily complicated to pick up a pizza that I ordered online. The last two times I’ve ordered from here my pizza is done just sitting on top of the ovens, I can see that it has my name on it. But there is no separate lines for pick up and ordering so I wait in line for 20 min while my pizza is already done. It makes no sense and no other pizza place ever takes that long for pickup. You either need another register or just put up a pickup sign next to the kitchen where I can just walk up and ask one of the 7 people in the back to turn around for 5 seconds and grab my pizza that is already ready for me. Instead of waiting around for the one person at the register who is doing a phone order, dealing with delivery app people, and helping someone buy merch while my pizza that is already done just sits there and I stand there for over 20 minutes waiting. Idk I get that you have to deal with your line of customers, but it’s pretty simple to come up with a better way to deal with pickup. Every other restaurant has figured it out. Also, I will never understand signing a receipt when I pick up. That’s a waste of time and paper too, and again, another thing that no other place that offers pickup requires. Pizzas here are near $40 I don’t think it’s an unfair ask for me to be able to come in and pick up in 3 minutes or less, not close to a half hour. I’ll be happy to change my review to the 4-5 stars this location actually deserves once they figure out how to have a more streamlined pickup process.

I have only been in Denver for about 3 weeks, and I have tried 3 different pizza places......

Food: Very good! I had a sausage and mushroom slice and, of course, a pepperoni slice.  The sauce was light and boisterous with flavor. The cheese was extremely melty and stringy, and the toppings were excellent. The sausage was thin and sliced round with great flavor, and the mushrooms were fresh, NOT canned! The pepperoni was phenomenal!

Atmosphere: smaller establishment with picnic style seating and great music. Very enjoyable.

Staff: 3 guys doing their thing! Great personalities, greeted everyone coming in with engaging conversation.

Oppinion: I WILL BE BACK! THANKS, GUYS!!
