Chick-fil-A

Chick Fil A is bomb. They are always on point with food quality, customer service, and quantity. This location is my favorite location. My 7 year old and I stop here for lunch dates anytime we are in the area running errands. Everyone is always so nice, never any issues with ordering our food. I like to get extra pickles on the side so my bread doesn't get soggy. They never have a problem with giving extra on the side. The inside is well kept and clean. The bathrooms are always clean, and the play area is always clean. I also like that the play area is visible from most tables, with the layout. This last time we were offered two large soft serve ice cream cones just because they had made extra. We'll be back!

I normally don't have anything negative to say about this place.
Food is good, service is good.
The last few times I've gone to get food there has been some issue. I normally overlooked it because it was minor. Forgetting sauce, not listening and giving me the wrong size, stuff like that.
This week alone has been a big enough mess that I'd discourage going to this specific location. I went Thursday night and only got six nuggets in a twelve count meal and today didn't even get what I ordered. I was given a three count of their chicken strips. (In the picture, I know there are two. I grabbed one on my drive home not realizing and had already taken a bite.)
And the idea of going back through the 15 minute line to even get it corrected is ridiculous. It's not worth it.
I would highly recommend going to a different location or to a different restaurant with how much of a mess this place has been the last few times I've been in.

Love eating here. Staff is welcoming and very accommodating when it comes to putting in strange orders. I recently turned their new palmetto cheese sandwich into a biscuit sandwich for breakfast so yummy. Definitely needed more jalapenos, but I will have to remember that for next time.

I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A for several years and unfortunately have almost always driven away with an incomplete order or without the gluten free bun I paid for. I typically pull straight into a parking spot after leaving the drive through to make sure my order is right. They’re very efficient and kind but it does really stink to be chronically missing food items or my very expensive (but worth it) gluten free bun after leaving.

Just today, my very kind Grandparents went to this Chick-Fil-A to grab me, my nieces and nephews, and themselves some food. My grandma asked twice if there was gluten free bun in the bag after she ordered it and was told yes. When they arrived at my house, the order was missing a kid’s chicken nuggets, the gluten free bun, and the wrong salad was in the bag.

We absolutely LOVE this location. The staff are so above and beyond kind and helpful. And the drive-line is a well-operated, organized system. This morning Jessica took our order and her customer service skills were so impressive I wanted to take a second to praise her.

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - Westminster, CO

The Gyros made with their creamy tzatziki sauce was a delight for our quick lunch stop following our morning shopping spree. The food was fresh and so delicious. The restaurant was very clean with a friendly staff.

The food was delicious, big proportions and I had plenty of leftovers. An older lady who worked there noticed my daughter was a bit sad and not feeling well and she gave us a free order of cookies.  Sweetest lady! The service was obviously amazing! We'll definitely be coming back.

Great service, kind staff, excellent portions, enough for two meals. I ordered the Greek rice bowl with a side of meat… amazing.

Definitely recommend. I love falafel, and my husband loves gyros. The fries are crispy and fresh, the pita sandwiches were delicious. Will definitely come back again.

Food was good. I recommend the hummus. Atmosphere is definitely below the bar. Not sure if the restaurant is located with in a dead zone but no cellular service all (AT&T & Verizon) and wifi is very slow.

I like this Wendy's.
Food is decent - hot and fresh.
Drive thru lines move fast.
Service is good - employees are nice.
I noticed this location has bad reviews for the evening, and closing crews.
I have only been to this location during the daytime, and have no feedback for the later hours.
I have gone in for breakfast inside the restaurant a couple times to do paperwork.
I did notice those mornings were very quiet without a lot of customer traffic.

Hours online show open til 1am. I can see people inside and when you drive up to the window there's an automated message asking about rewards. We are already limited on late night options. Change your hours please. Now I'm hungry and stuck with one option that starts at 3x cost of a meal.

Been here a few times both as a customer and a Dasher.  The staff is a bunch of rude teenagers who like to have melt-downs, scream at customers, don’t know how to fill orders, or much of anything else.  Yes this is the manager on the right.

The GM hasn’t been around in months, allegedly.  Reported this location to Corporate, DoorDash, and Better Business Bureau.

Don’t waste your time or money here - there are other and better options nearby.

This place is close to my work, that's why I go. Of all the fast food places, Wendy's is my favorite. The people in the Drive-Thru are super nice. Although the the last few times I've been there it seems a large fry has less and less fries. Recently I went through the drive-thru, I asked for a Coke zero and got an iced tea, I asked for no mayonnaise no pickles and got no mayonnaise, no pickles, no mustard, no ketchup. Still, you get what you pay for.

The only thing I can say about this location is that the service was incredibly bad. I could never comfortably recommend this location, nor will I return until they fix their staffing problem. Blatantly rude.

System is always down. At this point I think it is an excuse to not have to work and get paid because I have never, ever gone in when their system is working.

I recently visited my local Wendy's and had a less than satisfactory experience. The girl behind the counter informed me that their system was down and only the drive-thru was operational. This meant that I had to go through the hassle of getting into my car, placing my order, driving up to the window to pay and collect my food, and then returning inside the restaurant to eat. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient that they couldn't take my order on a computer that wasn't affected by the system outage and serve me right then and there.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had a negative experience at this particular Wendy's location. It's disheartening because it's conveniently close to my house and sometimes I'm forced to go there, but every time I do, I can't help but think about the potential issues I might encounter. It's disappointing that Wendy's doesn't seem to care about losing a customer. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of serving customers to the best of my ability, and it's frustrating to see that level of service lacking at Wendy's.

Overall, I have decided to stop visiting Wendy's due to these repeated negative experiences. While I acknowledge that it may not make a significant difference to the company, I feel it's important to voice my dissatisfaction as a customer. I genuinely hope that Wendy's takes customer feedback seriously and strives to address the issues that have been encountered. As a restaurant worker myself, I know how crucial it is to listen to customers and constantly work towards providing an exceptional experience

Meth central. Where the employees cater to homeless and drug addicts and treat paying customers like trash. I'm amazed anyone would order food from this dope den homeless shelter. The register I'm sure is always short and food is most likely contaminated with meth residue. My next stop is the BBB and. Food safety. This is a medium/large fry to them and want you to act a certain way and beg for food u pay for when they clearly give shelter and food for. Free. .

The boxes for all of the fries were barely halfway full so I called back and spoke to the manager jason. He was very kind and allowed me to come back and get brand new fresh containers of fries for my meals! I appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond and that I didn't get too far from this Wendy's to notice that the fries were not all there.

Food 1:
Every time I come here, it has gotten worse. Overcooked, barely edible slop that the sauce you asked for and should've received would've been your only saving grace: too bad they forgot it, even though you can ask upwards of 2 or 3 times. I ordered chicken nuggets, but I swear they came out tasting like grease while hard as a rock.

Service 1:
There has been a slew of bad attitudes operating the window. I don't come here often, but I come here enough to recognize a pattern: they're not customer-oriented. They're taking their personal issues into work, or ignoring requests altogether. I literally had to ask "is this everything" because I was handed a bag and then they immediately turned to finish a different conversation without any farewell or indication that it was in fact, everything I ordered.

Atmosphere 3:
Its a Wendy's, with faltering customer service and food quality. It's a 3 because it's typical. Nothing special.

The worst part is: I cant even bring myself to fully blame the staff. Every company "cares" about our business, but they couldn't be bothered to pay anybody a *barely* livable wage. I believe this will be a problem that propogates and persists until someone in corporate puts the big boy pants on and does something somewhat benevolent for once in their miserable parasitic lives. This is not the only location I've run into issues with, but simply an example of many. Wendy's doesn't deserve your money these days, plain and simple.

I was the only car in line. Mobile ordered. Took 12 minutes to get me my food. My burger was awful. My fries were cold, mushy, and somehow flat. My iced tea was supposed to be unsweetened and add lemon. Tasted like I was drinking lemonade. Just sad.

We kept seeing the Chick Fil A store doing deliveries at the Townhouses nearby and decided to give it a try.  Very easy and fast on-line ordering, constant updates on order prep, delivery status and even tracking, ...and overall - exceptional experience.  Great meal, and food was delivered as hot as if we had been in the restaurant itself.  5 Thumbs Up for our local Chick-Fil-A!

This chickfila is amazing! The north carefree location never gets it right ever even tho they are 3 mins from my house I would drive across town for this place they are on point. Great service very fast and fresh amazing attitudes customer service 10 outta 10 the managers are great the rewards on the app are so nice I could probably go on forever

I visited this restaurant for an early lunch today and had a pleasant dining experience.  The restaurant was conveniently located on Garden of the gods Road right off of I-25 N/S.  The first thing I noticed is that their parking lot and drive-thru lines are all very clearly marked (painted on the pavement) for ease of navigation.  Parking was adequate all around the building, the outside of the building is nicely decorated, they had several employees outside at the drive-thru taking folks' orders on i-pads, I was greeted upon entering, only waited one minute in line to order, was greeted with a smile by the young lady who took my order, she was neatly dressed in the restaurant's work uniform, she took my order quickly and was friendly, my food was reasonably priced, my order was delivered to me at my table in about 3 minutes, my order was served hot with everything I needed on the clean tray, the dining room had plenty of different kinds of seating (and included a nice, clean kids' play area), the dining room and my table were clean, and I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked me if I needed anything.

I ordered a menu for two but due to the lack of my communication skills they ended up being three menus. The employees, especially Ezmiraya was very friendly and outgoing to arrange a refund. What a nice person! Coming from Germany I’m not used to such good quality and cheap fast food- especially that kind of service!

Everybody that is in the restaurant, Drive-In, or through business should take note on Chick-fil-A's method of getting you through their line. Efficient delightful pleasant and proficient. The staff is delightful and the food is delicious. I'll be back for sure.

Rocky Fin Poke & Ramen

Tonight was our first visit, but not our last, we'll definitely go back. All the food was very fresh and those serving the bowls at the walk-up counter were very patient and helpful explaining to us the process. There are only a few tables, so don't plan on a fancy sit down restaurant experience.

I'd never been to a Poke restaurant before, so I had no idea what to expect, but it was good. I think I'll be back and try another option.

The poke bowls here are delicious!  Very fresh ingredients and super tasty.  It's a little odd for dining in, but okay.  We will frequent this place because the food is just so fresh and delicious.

Food was phenomenal and staff was friendly! Highly recommend this restaurant- loved it and will return! Would suggest they add more sides or appetizers as options. Additionally would have liked to buy a Boba or Tea to go - more drink options would be great if they could expand menu?  Food was A+

Excellent poke bowls. Returned from Hawaii vacation recently and these poke bowls are just like the ones we had on vacation.  Highly recommended and will be a frequent customer.

McDonald's

Top notch food and service via drive-thru and delivery. Love the cute building as well. Wish I could say the same for other fast food restaurants here.

This downtown location has definitely changed since I remember it 17 years ago when I would frequent it for my lunch breaks at palmer high school. They have upgraded and updated their dinning room but one thing I really didn't like to much was they no longer have the soda machine where you can get your drinks yourself so we had to wait in a really long line behind a bunch of high school students who were extremely disrespectful as they were very rude to the employees taking their orders that these teens were cursing at them. HOWEVER the employees had handle the situations very well they didn't seem to let the children bother them and kept very calm and professional which I think was truly awesome as I myself was totally irritated and shocked at the way the teens were acting but to see that these employees just kept it very professional and didn't let it ruin their day was something you don't see very often. The dining room was clean and spacious and the young lady that was keeping it clean had the greatest attitude and a very friendly welcoming personality. The staff was helpful and the food was fresh and hot if it wasn't for the soda machine not being self serve I would have given it 5 stars.

This McDonalds on Wahsatch cuts corners quite often and has terrible quality of food.  I have ordered breakfast at this location on numerous occasions as it is close to my office and have been disappointed the majority of the time.  Today I ordered an oatmeal and cinnamon roll and received an oatmeal with no raisins and apple slices that belong in a Happy Meal.  They put the cinnamon roll on the side in the bag so it dripped the icing through the box and into the bottom of the bag.  Quite a sloppy mess.   Worst of all I was parked for 10 minutes for an Ice tea.  The only positive thing about this McDonalds is the friendly girl who is the cashier in the drive through.  She is always friendly and greats you with a smile.

Everything was good until I got to the 2nd window and when I asked for a sauce packet the girl at the window got rude and snippy and said it would be .15 cents. And I asked her if they charge now because I had only gotten a burger, fry, & a drink and those come with a few free sauces. So I believe it was her just trying to be rude to me because I asked her for 1 sauce packet. Sorry I asked? I really like this McDonald's and usually come in through the lobby not sure what this girls problem was. Hope she has a better attitude towards others.

If I could give this location zero stars I would, came through this morning to get breakfast and figured for ONCE I would download the app and use a coupon (something I’ve probably tried to do less than 3 times in my life), I tried to use a coupon for $3 off $9 or more, our purchase was way over the required amount, more than $15.  But because we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they automatically discounted them without asking and then said we couldn’t use the coupon even though the total was over $15 because there was a sale item we ordered. We didn’t order a sale item, we ordered a menu item THEY HAPPEN to have on sale. Don’t waste your time trying to use a coupon here.

Great experience tonight. I got the food I couldn't get at the Fillmore location. All of the food here was fresh. The employee at the drive up window was friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh and well prepared. This is a good alternative location to go to...worth the extra 10 minute drive. This crew definitely has their stuff together and they operate as one of the Best Wendy's teams in the Springs. I highly recommend this location to everyone that wants a great experience! Job well done.

I don’t know who this night crew was tonight but it was the best experience we’ve ever had. From the drive thru guy taking our order to the lady who chased us down to give us a burger they forgot to put in the bags, AMAZING. So nice. So easy. So fast. So great.

I don't know why but the burgers here just lack taste, usually dry, just not a consistent Wendy's.  And the dirty looks you get if you ask for fresh Crispy fries!! It's like the employees have to pay for extra potatoes.  It's sad that this Wendy's is the closest one to where I live otherwise I'd NEVER visit this one. I hope you get lucky if you must eat here.

Spoke to Kenny about a credit. I was supposed to have when I had called them. And told them about how horrible my meal was. She said that I would be on the list list. I guess the list expires after a certain time. Well, I had ankle surgery and did not know that.  He was quite rude and I asked for the district manager, who was Isabel. I've tried numerous times and have not been able to get ahold of her. I just won't go back. I went ahead and paid for my meal which was just average. But I will not be going to Wendy's again.

I pulled up to this Wendy's drive through, a girl was giggling so hard she couldn't catch her breath! Then a young man gets on the speaker & was so nice. Now, whatever had just happened in there evidently made them happy and enjoy their shift. Seemed like harmless fun, but ended up making my whole night! Everyone should take their jobs seriously, but nothing wrong with enjoying yourself sometimes! I love to pick up from here! Good job guys!

Okay so the food was good. I hadn't had it in a long time  so it was amazing.. but it took so long to get it maybe 20min. My oldest boys ordered after me and theirs took 35min. It was insane. I won't be going back to this one. It may have just been a hard night though. The frosty was good and I didn't think it would be.. right now they are selling the small frosty for 3-5$ for a free small each time.  The Ziggy meals.. amazing

This location is a joke. Constantly messing up orders and giving out completely wrong orders but today beats them all. Apparently they have no food until lunch because the only person working looks like he's coming down from a week long drug binder. The employee literally had the doors all locked and was sleeping in one of the booths and said he was sick so he wasn't going to be making anything. Not to mention all the homeless people also sleeping in the booths. Seems like it's better off as a homeless shelter than a fast food restaurant.

I am honestly upset with my experience here. They kept on messing up orders and I heard like 2 people say they got the wrong order. I order a $5 biggie bag and used my coupon for a free 6 piece nugget. Mind you, I ordered a DOUBLE STACK and was suppose to have those 10pc nuggets. When my friend got her order it was wrong and when I received mine it wasnt what I asked for, I'm being pissed and that just ruined my whole day.

Can’t give 0 stars so one star it is. Typical of what to expect from a food chain like Wendy’s. Went through the drive thru, got our food and left. Got to our destination to eat (kids football game) and of course the food is messed up! Called to tell them, the kid that answered didn’t apologize just said to come in and they would remake the burger or give me my money back. That’s the least I expect. Very poor customer service. I told him the proper way to handle the situation would be to apologize to the customer for the mess up and he just flat out hung up on me. I tried calling back no answer. It’s sad that one should just come to expect poor service from places like this…..funny though, Chick Fil A seems to hire competent staff that at least have an IQ that registers. Never any mess ups there!

I know it's fast food and I'm not the type to be picky about it and give employees a hard time, but the food here was completely awful. The burger patty was close to black on the outside, very stale like it had been sitting out in the open for hours. The soda machine was completely empty save for some unsavory drinks. Like I said I never expect much from fast food places but this was so bad I had to rate it
