Taco Bell

Every night they run out of beef. Then they sub it with steak instead. Some workers have charged extra. Some haven't. That's just wrong! Then they give me the crunchwrap that was supposed to be subbed to steak and they put chicken in it and my 5 layer and they think it's hilarious. Plus the crunch wrap was so skimped with hardly any food in it. Don't go here everything they do is just wrong and they think it's funny but I'm gonna make them remake my food today. Jokes on you now you spend more on food costs because your employees are incompetent. You'll learn when it cuts into your profits.

Clean, pretty fast, good food, and nice staff! Not all taco bells are created equally but this one has been great every time. :D

With other Taco Bells used as a benchmark for this rating, this is one of the better ones I've been to. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the food is always made well.

The establishment itself seems to be in good shape, and I've never seen trash around the restaurant or any old fixtures in disrepair.

The owner of the store took my order and could not have been nicer.  He was busting it trying to make things happen while they were swamped.  One of the best run Taco Bells I've ever been to

Went inside to get some food ended up waiting around half an hour while about 25-30 cars went through the drive thru they told me they were gonna help everyone in the drive thru first and more and more cars just kept piling up while me and 4 others sat inside waiting for all these people WHO JUST PULLED UP are getting helped first! Yea real good management here

McDonald's

Food was fine, but I had to request ketchup and napkins. There were napkin dispensers, but both were empty and crammed in a corner. Same with drinks- most McDonald's have self-serve fountains, but not here. (Guessing that was removed during Covid and never re-installed?) And this location is very difficult to get in/out. Clean restrooms but no paper towels, only blow dryers. Do yourself a favor and go a couple miles down the freeway.

Worst customer service! I asked for fine in, they bagged it to go, didn't give any napkins and then blatantly ignored me and another customer when we tried to ask for napkins because they had NO condiments in the dining area!

They screwed up my order so bad but this was the first McDonald's I had ever been to in a long time that actually greeted you with a smile. It was noticeable. Never seen anything like it. Would go back if my mcchickens didn't get messed up 😭

Visited this location last week around 7:30pm. We were the only customers inside and the drive thru appeared slow. Theres tons of seating inside but almost every table was dirty.

At this particular store you have to use the self-order kiosks. No biggie. When our order was called I asked for one sauce from the employee. They lady dished out the most obvious eye-roll when I asked. It pained her to help. Lol.

The food is what you imagine from a McDoanlds. Solid but still  McDonalds.

Could not understand the young lady on the drive through speaker. Asked her twice to speak more clearly. Couldn't tell if she was mumbling or stifling a laugh. Finally pulled over and ordered with the app. My order was very slow coming out and was not very warm when I got it. I know better than stopping at this location. My mistake.

Pizza Hut

Ordered a cheese pizza and got a cheese with a whole bunch of stuff on it. Tried calling and it the calls routes to a call center and those guys cannot reroute to the store, give a credit, or do anything else. The store does not
Pick up. They are already rated a 3. Be careful ordering from here unless you have an hour to waste and are ok with driving back and forth and are ok with a terrible customer service/

Every time the food is fresh and has great quality! Growing up we always ordered Pizza Hut and now a days it is hard to find a location but this one is a Gem!

Very good NY style pizza for this area.  I wish they would keep this crust on the menu all the time.  Their boneless garlic parmesan and honey bbq wings are always a great addition to pizza night.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They're open late which is a plus. The manager has been helpful when things go wrong. Delivery, when they have the people, can be on time or REALLY slow (hrs long). The quality is on par with other Pizza Hut's. However, I think they never put enough pepperoni even when requested.

Love that Pizza Hut love the driver David  and the manger Dom is the best. Your order is always on point and on time.

Chick-fil-A

We went through the drive thru and had our order submitted at 8:33. We had a big order so we were understanding when they had us pull forward. Around 8:55, we began to wonder where our order was. We didn’t go in earlier because multiple workers looked at us and we assumed they would try to figure out why there’s still a car waiting. At 9:05 we went in and we overheard a worker say they thought we were from the car waiting, which shows that they knew we were waiting for something, yet did nothing. We told them how long we’ve been waiting and that we wanted an update on where the order was. They grabbed a manager, he took our receipt, said that it’d be out shortly, and then disappeared. We didn’t get an apology, a coupon, a mention of a refund or anything and by the time we got our order all we got was a “sorry” from the bagger. I get mistakes happen, but no one tried to fix or mend the situation, and despite the workers knowing we waited 30 minutes for the order, they still gave us half filled fries. I’m disappointed in this Chick-fil-A, I’ve never had this happen at the Orchard location, and I’ve never had such a bad customer service experience.

The consistency at this Chick-fil-A location is one of the best if not the best that there is around this area. My order is always right and they make sure there are no issues or any further assistance needed before I leave. I’m very happy and always willing to come back to this location.

Chick-fil-A always gets my order right and always tastes amazing no matter what you order on the menu. I've tried almost every item on the menu and it's all good. Not to mention, the service, you can absolutely tell that they care about what they do and making sure that you are happy.

The people who stand outside to take orders stopped taking them right before it was my turn. Seemed like they were taking a break which is fine. But then they started taking orders again two cars behind me. No one took my order at the speaker box either so I had to place it at the drive thru window.
AND then rather than rush my order they made me wait for 7 other cars, I counted, before I got my order. I placed my order at 5:41 and didn’t receive it  5:53 and I had to walk in to get my food after they said they’d bring it to me.How ridiculous!

Rafael the server took great care of me and is so respectful and professional. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and he fixed it for me immediately! It's a beautiful thing really here at Chic-Fil-A, a fast food restaurant with such good atmosphere you can bring your whole family out to eat dine-in, my hat is off to this place! Will recommend to anyone!

Ordered two servings of fillets and a Mac &cheese as a side dish. Everything arrived in good order without delay. The fillets were as good as ever but the real surprise was the Mac&Cheese. It was fresh from the oven and came with a generous amount of cheese. It was highly satisfying. This is probably my #1 pick out of all national fast food chain stores.

I placed a mobile curbside pick up order today at 4:33pm, I had to call the restaurant 15 minutes later after I arrived because I did not receive my food. The person who answered said they made a mistake on the sandwhich and will have my order out in 30 secs. Well, first and foremost I was already frustrated because it took me to call them to see what the hold up was for my food. Secondly, the nice young boy who finally came out with my food apologized for the delay and asked me to hold on. I wasn’t sure why, I thought he forgot a portion of my order. Come to find out he was nice enough to ask his manager Jonathan if they can offer something to me for the inconvenience. Sadly, he came back and said the MANAGER JONATHAN declined. I was baffled not at the fact of getting something for free but the whole concept of serving your customers and satisfaction. Chic fil a has quite the reputation of outstanding service and today was really unsettling to me. As an HR Director and the fact that I have attended many HR event sessions by top chic fil a executives as guest speakers, I would think this manager would utilize the tools and resources to exemplify amazing customer service. This manager should not have the authority to make executive decisions when he doesn’t know how to be of service to others and execute great customer services.

This chick fil a continues to be the worst one out of all the ones I visit all over the west Denver area, and unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. They are usually reeeeeally slow with service, the mornings are the worst. Heaven forbid you get to the window and your food is not ready because it’s so awkward, they don’t know how to talk to people. Lastly the orders are wrong a good 40% of the time. When we call to let them know they only offer to give us double points on our items in the app, which would not cover the cost of the messed up items.

All in all I reeeeeally wish we had another one closer to my house I would drive a bit further to avoid this one.

Thankfully it was early enough in the day that I was able to get in and out and not have to suffer through a long line for such a small portion of food. I was treated well welcomed very politely at the drive-thru speaker followed by a friendly face at the window. The whole experience went as quick as I needed it to since I have a tight busy schedule. And I'm so glad that I was the only car in the drive-thru. Which I'm sure will probably never happen ever again.

If anyone has been to Chick-fil-A and has anything bad to say..I cannot understand why. This place is always customer friendly..kid friendly..and just all around people ready. The store is always kept in order..the parking lot stays full because people love great food and great fast service. The smiles are wonderful. If you're having a bad day..once you get here and receive a welcoming and inviting sensation..you will not be anymore. I have nothing but wonderful views for this and all Chick-fil-A restaurants. 👍

McDonald's food. Soda tasted weird and was a bit messy as all self service areas are.  Most of the tables could use a wipe down.  They have some cute decorations and flowers on the tables.

They have an awesome indoor play place.

I ordered the buy one get one for $1.  last time I got a Spicy McChicken, when I asked for the regular McChicken.  So this time I specified and the person at the window said what you are asking for is the Mc Crispy... ok whatever... only to find out the McCrispy is $5.39 first off... the sorry attempt and a Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich was awful, and not worth $5 or even $1.  I receive a barley warm patty with two pickle stacked on top of each other.  The sandwich was so old the pickles saturated the breading on the chicken patty.  So I didn't get my sandwich AND I was charged another $4 for a sandwich that was inedible, I threw it out!  There goes my $5 and my lunch :(

Sitting here right now waiting on food. Whole restaurant is filthy. Not a single clean table in the place.  Manager is sitting right across from me on her computer chatting with employees about schedules. Nobody even attempting to clean the restaurant.

Food came out. Ice cold cheese sauce on my burger.  Here at 1PM MST on Saturday 8 July.

I usually love this place but I won't be buying nuggets anymore ever again from McDonalds. I got nuggets twice in a week and both boxes the nuggets were very different. Realized they changed the nuggets! Disgusting. Now they are super thin, dry like cardboard. Not hot and fresh either. Gone are those juicy, thick nuggets. RIP. Threw them out. Avoid the nuggets, they changed them and now they are gross and paper thin. So disappointed in this change I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Closed for Halloween due to staffing shortage?  Could you at least customize your voicemail message to indicate by this?  I (and others) drove to the store since the phone just rang and rang.  And more, the sign in the door directed customers to the store on University … and then THAT store’s phone rang and rang too.  It’s far too coincidental that both stores were short on staffing.  Sounds like employees wanted a night off. Unprofessional, especially on their busiest night for Tuesday specials.

January 2018 Update: Wow what a transformation. I am adding another star. Tge service was outstanding and the place is upgraded - I will for sure continue to come here.

August 2018 Update: Wow I had to remove some stars - Seriously degraded as far as speed - VERY, VeRY Slow. Ordered ahead and still had to wait

2017 Review: Best Take-N-Bake Pizza! I have been going here for maybe 10 years or more. The pizza is great.  On this day I bought a Papa's Murphy's Combo on a Delite Crust (Thin Crust).  I also got 5 Cheese Cheesy Bread - Yes. You can see before and after cooking.

I have come to this store for many years and always been satisfied. However  my most recent experience will be my last with them.  The bacon chicken artichoke pizza seemed way heavier than normal, but I didn't think much of it at the time and they were going to be closing in 5 minutes. I backed the pizza as usually do, and when I started cutting it  it was kind of soupy and even those i backed the crust off the tray the last 5 minutes the crust hadn't gotten really crispy like it usually does. I cut a couple of slices and we sat down at the table. First bite, what the heck! my sister and I looked at each other and spit it out. Something was grossly wrong. Wrapped up what hadn't been cut to bring it back. I called the store manager Jordan today, to let them know I would be coming for a replacement, and was told that they can't do anything about it. I said we didn't eat it and I have the rest of the pizza minus the two slices and I would be bringing that back with me. He asked me what the problem was and I told him that it didn't taste like it should and we spit it our. He asked if it was made correctly. I said I assumed not since I order this pizza all the time and this wasn't edible. He told me that they are all made the same and there is nothing he could do, and then proceeded to argue with me about it. I don't know what was different, but it certainly wasn't what I ordered. Apparently, customer satisfaction isn't a high priority with this store. It's totally turned me off on Papa Murphy's which has been my go to pizzeria for years. Not anymore!!!!!!!

Edit: Management/Customer service never called back to resolve any of the issues.

I received one of the worst pizza's I have ever seen! I ordered the Herb chicken Mediterranean and 1/4 cheese on original crust .They forgot the sauce under the 1/4 cheese. The toppings were severely lacking and not evenly spread throughout the pizza. They put barely any Feta on the pizza. They didn't braid the crust, and on top of that they made it on thin crust instead of original!

I love the staff and the pizza is good but for some reason our last time the instructions resulted in burned and dry pizza. May have been user error but I've done this several dozen times a year and not had it do this before... if something changed in the instructions or the dough please tell us so we don't waste our money. :(

Also, they really should pay at least minimum wage instead of expecting customers to tip. I like leaving tips but what extra service are we topping for? Making a pizza? That's what we're paying the store for. Delivery or serving hot food I understand but having a sign that promises more than minimum wage only to then say it is 'with tips' is a bait-and-switch.

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Bentonville

Good Mediterranean food for satisfying a craving. Service can be a little bit slow at times, but I would consider this an in-between of fast food and sit down. Overall, I come here when I'm craving a gyro but don't go out of my way to get food here.

Felt to have some mediteranean food so I selected Tazikis. Had the Wednesday Special - Spanakopita Roll-Up which is a grilled chicken roll-up with tomato and feta in a griddled flour tortilla, served with fresh salsa. The flavor is good with not much fat. I ordered roasted potatoes as the side which was very salty so didnt like the side much. Pita chips and salsa were just ok

Stopped by to grab a quick lunch and ordered the new spicy grilled chicken salad with basmati rice & Meat gyro. They tasted good.

I had a lamb Gyro with pasta salad. It was made hit and fresh right after I ordered. The wait staff wanted us to be sure they would be more than happy to provide anything we needed.

My family, friends, and I regularly go here. We love it. The meals are fulfilling and tasty. I usually get the Grilled Chicken Basil-Pesto Gyro and I’m never disappointed. I’ve never had a negative experience here and I’ve gone 30+ times. The food is great, the service is great, and I love the environment. Only inconvenient thing I would say is that it’s about $25 for two people.

Wendy's

This is one of the best Wendy's we have eaten in. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The service was exceptional, our cashier was Alan. The Dave's double burger was cooked to perfection! It was juicy and had the perfect amount of condiments. The fries were crispy and hot.

I went through the drive thru early this morning and was helped by Angela. Her customer service was impeccable. She immediately asked me how my day was going and actually waited for a response. It was like, she really cared about how my day was going instead of just asking subconsciously as a greeting.

My order was perfect and just what I needed to start my day!

Will totally go back, Angela is amazing!

I recently dined at Wendy's and was pleasantly impressed by the staff's punctuality, politeness, and friendliness. Upon ordering three meals, I was delighted to find that the food was served hot and promptly, which added to the overall refreshing dining experience.

Generally fast and good service! When the line gets backed up, the impatience is palpable. Can get a bit rowdy inside which isn’t a comfortable environment for me personally, but they’re young and I’m not one to keep young people from trying to make a boring job fun. Life is way too short. Food is always amazing! If my order is ever wrong, they are quick to fix it with a smile!

Closed the dining area super early because they’re lazy. Hardly ever has potatoes and forgets order often

Foods pretty good service is good for the most part but two issues we did pickup and  got the spicy deluxe and it had no bun and when we tried to call the store number it said the number was not in service.

The food was very sub-par. I ordered a 4 count of tenders, and there was maybe one and a half tenders worth of meat. The rest was breading, and chewy cartilage/scrap pieces of chicken. On top of this, they were cold. I live maybe 5 minutes from this location, so it’s not like they cooled off that much on the drive home. The fries seemed like they’d been sitting for at least 15 minutes. They were lukewarm at best. I also ordered a frosted coffee, and it’s filled with solid white chunks of what seems like unmixed ice cream base.

I will continue going to the location on orchard parkway if this is what’s to be expected.

Chick-fil-A knows how to serve. Their customer service representatives are always kind and eager to assist in any way. Their food is stellar. Top quality chicken cooked fresh and not sitting in warmers. I loved their Honey Pimento Chicken and hope it comes back! Maybe in salad form...

Your average jam packed Chick-fil-A. Food here is as good as any other and the staffing is mostly young people hustling to keep up.  The drive thu is a long line of cars at any of the major eating times of day.

We love the remodel. The staff, as usual is very accommodating, helpful and kid friendly. The new space is very conducive for play age kiddos and families. This location is the gold standard.
