Chick-fil-A

Ordered two servings of fillets and a Mac &cheese as a side dish. Everything arrived in good order without delay. The fillets were as good as ever but the real surprise was the Mac&Cheese. It was fresh from the oven and came with a generous amount of cheese. It was highly satisfying. This is probably my #1 pick out of all national fast food chain stores.

I placed a mobile curbside pick up order today at 4:33pm, I had to call the restaurant 15 minutes later after I arrived because I did not receive my food. The person who answered said they made a mistake on the sandwhich and will have my order out in 30 secs. Well, first and foremost I was already frustrated because it took me to call them to see what the hold up was for my food. Secondly, the nice young boy who finally came out with my food apologized for the delay and asked me to hold on. I wasn’t sure why, I thought he forgot a portion of my order. Come to find out he was nice enough to ask his manager Jonathan if they can offer something to me for the inconvenience. Sadly, he came back and said the MANAGER JONATHAN declined. I was baffled not at the fact of getting something for free but the whole concept of serving your customers and satisfaction. Chic fil a has quite the reputation of outstanding service and today was really unsettling to me. As an HR Director and the fact that I have attended many HR event sessions by top chic fil a executives as guest speakers, I would think this manager would utilize the tools and resources to exemplify amazing customer service. This manager should not have the authority to make executive decisions when he doesn’t know how to be of service to others and execute great customer services.

This chick fil a continues to be the worst one out of all the ones I visit all over the west Denver area, and unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. They are usually reeeeeally slow with service, the mornings are the worst. Heaven forbid you get to the window and your food is not ready because it’s so awkward, they don’t know how to talk to people. Lastly the orders are wrong a good 40% of the time. When we call to let them know they only offer to give us double points on our items in the app, which would not cover the cost of the messed up items. All in all I reeeeeally wish we had another one closer to my house I would drive a bit further to avoid this one.

Thankfully it was early enough in the day that I was able to get in and out and not have to suffer through a long line for such a small portion of food. I was treated well welcomed very politely at the drive-thru speaker followed by a friendly face at the window. The whole experience went as quick as I needed it to since I have a tight busy schedule. And I'm so glad that I was the only car in the drive-thru. Which I'm sure will probably never happen ever again.

If anyone has been to Chick-fil-A and has anything bad to say..I cannot understand why. This place is always customer friendly..kid friendly..and just all around people ready. The store is always kept in order..the parking lot stays full because people love great food and great fast service. The smiles are wonderful. If you're having a bad day..once you get here and receive a welcoming and inviting sensation..you will not be anymore. I have nothing but wonderful views for this and all Chick-fil-A restaurants. 👍 Great job to all staff Members
