Please be aware that they speak no English and full of lies. They said that Mexico has no Nurofen but the other pharmacies are selling them. They ripped you off the same thing for at least double of the normal price without giving you a receipt.
Never shop there.

Foreigners be attentive. They tried to sell me the expensive stuff (expected) but then tried to charge me $67 (mxn) more than the advertised price. When I went back to check the price they were laughing because they’d been caught. They charged me the correct price in the end.

The opening time is mentioned as 7:00 am, they arrive at 7:15 and access is not yet allowed because they are going to start the day and have breakfast. Manage a schedule that suits your times and don't make people wait. Terrible service

Yesterday I went to this branch for a medical consultation and the doctor who treated me from the beginning did not give me a good feeling, he treated me in 3 minutes and prescribed me $1,000 pesos in medicines that to this day have not helped me and I still feel the same way evil. When reading the opinions of others about this pharmacy, I see that I am not the only one who received poor care from the doctor Jair Alejandro Bernal.

Guys, they don't tell you this but off to the right next to this pharmacy is a small medical clinic (you'll see the glass window/door). They offer free consultations, free of charge, no discrimination regardless of who you are (i.e. foreigners included). Hours: 9a-1p, 2p-8p. I had a horrible eye situation happen 3 days ago where my eye was completely pooled with blood in all of the white part leading up to the colored area. My friend noticed it. It was a little sore but didn't impact my ability to see. I did some self-diagnosing on Google and found it was a ruptured vein that could have many causes, including high blood pressure...which I didn't think I had.

Two days later, I asked my airbnb host (a local) where I could get my blood pressure checked. She told me about this clinic right across from Parque Mexico. I went there today, the doctor checked me w/out issue and she confirmed, my blood pressure is quite high! Yikes!!!

She advised me to go back for 5 consecutive days to measure it. If it remained at the same level, then she'd recommend medication. I am very anti meds so I'm going to have to switch to vegetarian/vegan living AGAIN. I did it for 3 years and my BP was exceptional. I then moved to Texas, started eating everything again, gained weight and my BP is is dangerous territory. Not to mention the eye thing!!!

So glad I was able to find a quick clinic to confirm that my BP needs immediate attention. Good option for quick consults (nothing super serious).

This place had some medications that were a bit difficult to find elsewhere. Fast, professional, and easy. Evidently they also offer free consultations which I may take advantage of since I live close.

Unfortunately the staff at this branch is not well trained. They refused to give information about the existence of a medicine when they confirmed to me by phone that they have the medicine.
Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person who is there today but the treatment and ignorance of the person serving is unfortunate.

This review is solely in regards to the COVID testing service at this location.
The process to book online was a little annoying but I stuck with it and managed to book a same-day appointment.
Once I arrived, I encountered friendly service at the cashier and the clinician who did the test was prompt, professional and spoke great English.
For the price of the test ($346mxn and change for an antigen test) I am totally satisfied with everything about the experience except the online booking.

Don't trust them for Covid tests, and certainly don't pay in advance when you schedule; they just stood me up!

I made a reservation for a Covid antigen test to fly, showed up fifteen minutes early, and they were like, sorry, the doctor left and we don't know if or when he's coming back. You can go to this other location an hour's walk away and maybe get one there? 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

I went next door to Farmacias Similares and was able to get a test within twenty minutes, but it cost $635 / more than double everywhere else.

My experience in this pharmacy was not as negative as what I can read from other reviews. I went there for a simple medicine against canker sores and the pharmacist was able to recommend the right product. Maybe it's a little expensive and a little more kindness would be appreciated.

They are not aware of price updates and the treatment is not friendly. When I pointed out the price, the lady on duty got upset and did not allow me to take the photo, later a colleague told her that there was no problem. bad for her...

Very slow service, it took almost 10 minutes per customer. There were 6 people maximum and we had to wait in line. Very dirty and neglected branch. When you enter a pharmacy you expect to see clean, I didn't even want to touch the door that you have to push to enter because it looked so dirty... glass and floor the same.

Terrible place, I don't recommend it at all, it still takes more than 30 minutes to serve you, there are four employees, one is setting up and the others are just talking.

Bad attention
The saleswoman at the Derma part only saw me, even though I told her what I was looking for, she didn't help me, and she was super rude and didn't want to charge me. Service is too slow, apparently the staff is used to a work pace that is too slow. I guarantee that it takes you at least 15 minutes to buy something simple.

If you go to this pharmacy, be very careful when you grab an item from the shelves and pay close attention to the price. Since they are carelessly charging you more than the price you see on the shelves. Medical Office: I made an appointment 1 day before to do a COVID test. The doctor, even with an appointment, arrived 30 minutes late. The worst medical care and apparently there are already many bad comments about it and the doctor is still there. Terrible attention on his part, rude and clearly doesn't like doing his job. The staff is very unpleasant, they make up rules not to supply medications and they never have basic medications.

Went to pick up a script for my daughter yesterday. They said it wasn’t ready and they would expedite it, and it should be ready in the next 30 mins. I didn’t wait, and came back again today. Again, said it wasn’t ready, and they would expedite it. I told them, that they told me the same thing yesterday, so it should be ready already. They  have had 2 days to fill this script that she needs. I made sure to not be rude, because I do understand that the entire world is short staffed, but this isn’t the first time I have had issues with this pharmacy, and it’s frustrating.

Had a script sent in the evening some 20-25 minutes before close and they kindly / patiently filled it. It was such a relief to be able to start the medication rather than wait another 12 hours for symptoms to get worse.

I went into the Hall Street store in Concord, NH to pick up a prescription and had seen a sale sign on the women's CVS prenatal vitamin gummies so when I got a \"20% off any full-price item\" coupon at the end of my pharmacy receipt, I took the coupon and went to the vitamins.  There was also a deal going on- \"buy one, get one at 50% off.\"  The one item was still full price, so I figured the coupon would work and if not, the teller would inform me that it wouldn't be applied.  \n\nMy first teller was an older woman who was very nice in demeanor; I informed her I had a 20% off coupon and that the vitamins were also \"buy one, get one 50% off.\" She took the coupon and I thought she had applied it but lo and behold, when I arrived at home, I looked at my receipt and noticed that the 20% off coupon had NOT been applied.  What came to $26. total should have come to $22. total.\n\nI ran back to the store, got in line, and was greeted by a male teller.  I explained the situation and he said flatly, \"the coupon doesn't apply to sale items.\"  I informed him the transaction was \"buy one AT FULL PRICE, get one 50% off\" and that, to my consumer eyes, the bottle of vitamins WAS FULL PRICE before applying the 20% coupon to it.  He then proceeded to tell me, in an extremely rude manner, \"you should educate yourself on our coupon rules\"- he pointed down to a placemat on the counter that had barely visible text a mile long.  I felt like replying, \"my job is not to know the ins and out of your coupon system- that is YOUR (the employee who rang me up) job.\"  For the initial teller to TAKE MY COUPON and agree that I would receive 20% off the full-priced vitamins as well as receive the \"buy one, get one 50% off\" deal clearly gave me the impression that this is what was going to take place.  \n\nAfter being very rudely schooled on your coupon system, I asked the second teller if I could have the 20% coupon back (the coupon that was never used) and he ignored the request.  I noticed that I had another coupon, so I handed him that and asked him kindly if he could tell me what the total would now be. His response: \"WAIT A MINUTE, WILL YOU?!\"  UNREAL.  \n\nIn conclusion, I was SHOCKED and embarrassed by the whole experienced, besides terribly inconvenienced with having to go back to the store after I had arrived home.  I had considered joining your Care Pass program but after that incident, I will NEVER step foot into a CVS store again.

I’m badgered daily with texts telling me to come and pick up my prescription or they’re going to send them back. I’ve been there 3 times now to pick them up and twice the pharmacy was closed (during normal business hours) and the 3rd time the drive through was closed so the line inside was 14 people long. I have a bad back and can’t wait that long. I live very close to this store but it’s not convenient if I have to go 4 or 5 times to pick up my prescriptions, all while being threatened for not picking them up!!!

Horrible experience. Was told, I was not in their system, when I have been going to CVS for over ten years. (so this was wrong). They did not offer to even look into it, until after I asked 4 times. They then miraculously found me, and was told my script was sent to the state of NM (which they state- I don't even know where that is) This was incorrect, it was literally sent to a town over, which they could have offered to transfer to their store. Not only do they not know their states, had no motivation to help their customers, or offer to move a script from another cvs, I walked away with nothing.

An 8-month-old patient arrives in an emergency at the office located in Eugenia, the doctor on duty attended to us, terrible service. The Lord rudely did not attend to my son and even I as a mother felt insecure and attacked with his comments, I DON'T DO THE PATIENT. SIGN TAKING I only observed him as an object and he said “he was fine”, he had tachycardia throughout that period until I went to my emergency clinic. He prescribed me a medication that only helped the allergy I had, but he never bothered to listen to my heart or even make me aware that I had tachycardia. BE CAREFUL, IT IS A DANGER FOR EVERYONE WHO GOES, and even more so in this type of emergency, it really didn't matter why I went somewhere else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Yesterday we went to get a product, they told us at the counter that there was no time when we were seeing it on the shelf, they had no choice but to sell it. Terrible service, the people who serve are more concerned with talking to each other than with serving.
