Queenie was amazing! Great customer service and amazing personality!! Had to stop in for a quick trip from Lewes to Christiana for My Dads surgery follow up and she made a very trying time in our lives so much better. She made a quick stop for bathroom and drinks a wonderful experience! Thanks Queenie for brightening up our day.

The worst customer service. My mom and I went to the restroom while my husband was pumping gas outside. My mom went in first and I was waiting to go after her. One of the ladies came over and said we were not allowed to use the restroom unless we buy something. I told her my husband was getting gas outside but she wouldn’t listen. She demanded us to buy something in the store or leave. She was very rude the whole time (literally screaming at my face). When my husband came in, she asked for the receipt to prove that he pumped the gas. We decided to leave at this point. The worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs.

Very rude shop owner, I fueled up the car moved it nicely out of the way to let other people use the fuel pump. Went in the store to use the restroom and the lady told me very rude that I cannot use it when I’m not a costumer… so I told her I loved my car. But she became more rude, accusing me from lying. We dropped all our drinks and left. She’s not worth to get any business.

The older Indian woman (presumably the owner) working the counter was very hostile and ignorant. We parked at the gas pump and after went inside to use the bathroom. She immediately chased us down until we bought something, accusing us of not being actual customers. So I bought a $2 thing of tic tacs to get her off my back. I go into the bathroom, which by the way was disgusting, and there was no toilet paper. I kindly went out and asked her for some and she angrily mumbled under her breath “this is exactly why *something about people using the bathroom idk*”. The soap dispenser was some dirty plastic one that was filled with water. Luckily we had hand sanitizer. When we left the bathroom she had her co worker follow us out and stare at us through the window until we left. Literally for what??? We were paying customers. Their typed sign on the door did state you had to be a customer which we were, though is that even legal for a public place not to provide a restroom? Clearly every other review has had this same experience this is actually insane why these people are still employeed. Not to mention not a single item was priced. This business is an embarrassment.

It was very windy and raining day. We stopped there and asked for the restroom and told her we would buy stuff. The cashier was really really rude and won’t let us walk in by a single step. We got out and wait in the small lobby, and quickly changed a wet diaper for my baby. She rushed out and yelled to me and my baby. She was beyond mean and crazy. I would never ever go to this shall. Shall should shut down this site, it really hurts the brand. This is the worst gas station I have ever visited!

I purchased gasoline here and the pump area was clean and spacious. I also went into the store to buy a drink and also bought a box of Good and Plenty. The candy was like rocks, not a soft inside. Closer inspection; Expiration date was last month! Hershey says shelf life is 24 months, So, I was candy that was two years old for a premium price. Called their published number. No answer.

Friendly staff, beautiful convenience store with top tier fuel.

This gas station is terrible they call it foodie farms but you can’t eat any of the food and they never have pizza. I came here with my kids after thier baseball game they wanted slushy 2 slushy wore $20 dollars what a rip off the employees are scary they stare you down and they took my friend $10 out of his hands and did not give him any change. I hope you see this and fire some people please 🙏☠️🔥

I use this station because it's new and they keep windshield cleaner out. But, today I filled up my large SUV and a gas can for the tractor & found the pump not offering a receipt, it says go inside.  Really ticked me off for one I need to keep receipts, 2nd, it's inefficient & 3rd, customers nor clerks are masked. I did not have a clean mask to wear but had to go inside, touching door handles and not spotting any hand sanitizer near the entry/exit. I think this is careless management and potentially dangerous to us, especially with DE having only a 43.9% double dose vax rate which is pretty good but still under 51% of some surrounding states(6/24/2021) . Their phone number is wrong or disconnected both on the receipt & their website. I wanted to contact the manager to see if they were in the future, planning bringing back the receipt delivery at the pump. Inside I was also told most people get it via their phone. Another hoop? I don't own a smartphone connected to a network.
Do they prefer people to come inside, wait inline for a receipt and buy a gadget or a sugar bar while in que. Or perhaps without a receipt they are understating income?
Will not in the future go several miles from my house to fill up again at this place unless this problem is temporary and I do not need to waste my time and endanger my health by having to go inside for the bill.

Okay gas station but they do not give receipts that show the actual amount of gallons that you use at the pump the attendant that works there doesn't even know how to print out the recipe that's show the gals. How professional is that?

Great service from staff, very helpful and very importantly clean lot always, woww,  Keep doing a great job guys and also the car wash also available i usually buy the car wash along with gas here i can save some money also. Overall it’s a nice gas station I ever seen on that N Market St location

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! This is the SECOND TIME THIS WEEK that The Shell on Market Street “pumped gas” in our cars and no gas came out and no refund was given because the machine says it pumped! First time I thought maybe I was trippin’ and it was low and so I put more in at a different gas station…THIS TIME my husband’s digital gas mileage DID NOT CHANGE!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

I thought i was tripping first time but 2nd time in a wk i paid for gas and NOTHING CAME OUT the pump. My gauge DIDNT MOVE! I went in, asked for a refund and these mufuckas said no cuz the machine says it pumped!! Yall scamming ppl like we have money to just give out?! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

This gas station is great. I love the offer it gives to get a discount on your gas using the rewards program. If you maintain gold status in the Fuel Rewards Program (at least 6 visits for gas every 3 months) then you save 5 cents a gallon. The cool thing is that you start at gold so you get 5 cents off a gallon for at least the first 6 months. If you don’t get those 6 visits in, you drop down to silver status which still saves 3 cents a gallon. Another cool way to save money is to also get a car wash when prompted on the machine. You have 3 options to choose for a car wash. You have ultimate, deluxe and basic options. The deluxe and ultimate options offer longer dry time, wheel cleaning, a triple foam bath as well as a rainex.

All the employees are super friendly here.  I gave it only 3 stars because I've purchased expired items several times here.  My son purchased me a 2 liter soda from here about 6 months ago. When I opened it, there wasn't a fizz sound. I checked the expiration date and I was beyond shocked that it had expired in November 2017! 2 years past expiration date! I even had my son look to make sure I wasn't looking at it wrong.  I'm not sure if they're aware that if a business accepts EBT, thats its illegal to sell expired items. Shouldn't be selling them at all. I would've understood if it was a few days expired, and just got overlooked.  I don't know, but I'm starting to wonder if they're dumpster diving what other businesses toss out.  It's just too many food items always expired from there.. Check expiration dates before purchasing!

This is usually my go to station, but today the pump was unbearably slow.  Took over 10 minutes to pump 14 gallons…

I Always feel Really Bad for the Workers in This Establishment...It is Always a War Zone with tons of Disrespectable people Screaming through Plexi Glass and Shouting and trying to be cool usually on the phone screaming  at the attendant for something petty or Bitching about something petty .  Our company stays in the Hotel Close by for work for years and this place has been a Quick place to grab Amazing chicken and biscuits and a cool drink and some gas for all of us ... This is normally one of the only places to get food or gas while working on the road in this area conveniently so it has always been a blessing for us 🙏 lots of Disrespect flying around this Establishment though from the Customers and not a good place to bring a family into Sometimes .

This place used to be great:  the sodas,  good chicken, but now it's gone completely downhill.  The soda machine is always broken or out of a certain soda, and the prices on the sign for the chicken is incorrect and they won't change or honor the price that's on the sign.  This is a horrible way to do business.  Unfortunately I won't be returning here again.

Worst customer service ever ,lady was  rude the last 3 times I've been here . Will never go agin Again . Just told her pump 8 wasn't working properly and she went off on me saying it's my fault and has been working  fine all am .

I like this gas station, it’s neat and they have a good customer services. However, be careful of strangers at night time asking you to give them ride because someone is supposedly trying to jump them!! A lot do shady people come to this place!!

I’m around the corner . I always get my cigarettes n vapes from here. They always ask for id and I really like the new management. Store is clean and up to date . They got delicious snacks n drinks are in tonssss of variety!!!!!!!

I have been using this gas station from last 4 years. The associates are friendly and helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION!!!!! I put my card in the pump, received no gas and my account was drained of all money! I was then told it was not their problem even when I had all proof and proper documentation. Do not trust this company!

This gas station is old school Delco.  It's gotten a bit weird lately though.   Kinda humid inside the store and the things that they are selling inside that are on the counter are very in your face.

So then the very next day, I went on a long road trip to visit my grandmother's grandson.  He was probably the most intelligent person with whom I have ever the chance to play Chinese checkers.  He had the hair of a stallion and the biceps of a mid-thirties moderately active man.  I couldn't help but to notice his flickering eyes.....as if they were seeing a moment of time that was somewhere between the past and the future.  He glanced at me for only a second before taking the final move to beat me at the checkers game.  I knew right then that I had not only have just been beaten, but that I have also just won!  And I won so much.

Then began my arbitrary study into the short lives of East Pennsylvanian hairy bellied toad.  As it turns out, this frog is quite the ladies man.  And he LITERALLY spends his entire life pursuing the love of local AARP members, totally bypassing it's natural urge to live it's life as a frog.  There is no room in the courts of man for such foolishness.   So let us cast him out.  Set him aside and let him wither.  For we are humans and he is a frog with an identity crisis.

Without the concept of time, one can simply live his life without the need for need.  The may be a want for need, or possibly a need for want.  Who knows,  I suppose that anything is possible with today's global infrastructure.   Still, there will never be an absence of portions needed for a completely new and different wardrobe.   The demand for peace is real.  There is just no supply.

How can we thrive as a race without the use of many arms?  Or is that a statement?  It's not up to me to decide who gets to eat first.

We can only imagine what it might be like with self replicating shiatsu tables.  Would they become self aware?

In a world with an infinite number of days and an infinite number of people who play the lottery, would there ever be an infinite number of times that the same guy was the only person who won the lottery an infinite number of times in a row?

It says the store hours are 24 hours but when I go after 12 the door is always locked . The lights be on but nobody is in sight. I come in sometimes and have to wait 5 minutes for the cashier to come out of the bathroom

I stop here in the mornings for gas, lottery and often to use the restroom.  The  young lady Amanda who is always there is friendly helpful and you can tell she takes great pride in providing great customer service and keeping the store neat.   Amanda is the main reason I continue to patronize this Shell station.

This place is my regular gas station now every since I came in the first time it’s clean everytime , always have what I come there for, the service is great always getting greeting as soon as you walk in ,Shellie always remembers what I get and what lottery I play and gets me in and out quick and the bathroom plus store is always clean overall a great gas staton plus the card 5 cents off

After a 5 hour drive on a Saturday late night, we stopped for gas.  I went into the store and the place looked and smelled very clean.  The young lady behind the counter was very nice.  It’s appreciated walking into a gas station convenience mart and having a sanitary bathroom with friendly service.  Thank you!

Extremely clean bathrooms,  always spoken to when enter.  Two of the girls are always there and have been there along time, they are pleasant and seem to really care!  The blonde lady is always doing something around there everytime I stop!  Love that she knows exactly what I smoke, And has them on the counter ready for me!!  Service a ++++

Worst, staff would rather finish his text message and then finish his conversation with a guy laid up on the food counter, the ring me out...stop for a second to stair at me before returning to his phone,  he needed a "hello" to get him to finish...then as I go to pump gas him and the other wierdbguy just stair out the window at me and my teenage daughters. You have creeps working there, couldn't wait to fill and leave.

The 2 stars is applause for quality of shell gasoline. However.  If you leave something of yours laying somewhere accidentally, employees will not only watch you, and recover it, they take it, and will only return it under 2 conditions.. they don't want it, or they didn't see it, know they 720' surveillance HD, VR and use it I'm sure to look for unfortunate working people to leave their personal wallet or purse laying somewhere so they may have it. If you ask for your last wallet.. get this, they ask for your ID... "I vote to fire the Manager of this franchise. And replace with someone deserving of running a business that many others have so much pride in.

I had my phone stolen and wallet taken inside this particular store.. I was given such a hard time, and No help whatsoever. They did lighten the weight though of my wallet with taking most my paycheck.  I would would enjoy reading about your location having some sort of luck, idk 100 times worse than my misfortune shopping in that dirty, greasy, unmaintained, store which is in ab clean respectable location. Everyone there must have a contagious thyroid condition. They have to take deep breaths to talk. And arms sit about 2-3 feet behind the front of their bodies, kinda like am aggressive emu/bipedaloppotamous.
( don't go there. #1 police police police police police, and 2 there's 1 cpl miles up the road where the hard working guys in a much smaller lot, provide twice the service as a huge lot with double the staff, probably cheating their payroll, manipulating every purchase order, embezzling tax money, probably have a 1000 gallon tank off the books they access to probably use against their suppliers. They are 100% bad people. Liars, manipulators, selfish, vain ( not proud ) I'm sure, and also they don't clean the stupid place they enjoy being in filth. So if you like playing Russian roulette goto this shell, because if you're human and not perfect, they will predate any human behavior you show.

I hope you're greasy fingers dropped my 600$ one plus McLaren and destroyed it. It much too smart for your minute brain capabilities.

Typical shell station. One restroom. Clean but a little worn. Aisles crowded. Staff was friendly. Coffee not great.

Twice in one week could not get the pumps to work. My husband started going on when the owner came out to help someone else. My husband said something's wrong with your pumps. The owner said no something's wrong with you. My husband politely told him to have a nice day. We left 2 seconds behind us was the other driver apparently the owner can't even work his own pumps. Never ever again will we go here

Sold me gas inside the store while the pumps were down. After my gas wouldn't pump and I found out why, I went back in for a refund. Not only was I not given a refund, but I was yelled and screamed at by the owners wife to leave the store and was physically threatened by the employee that sold me the gas. They acted like I did something wrong or I was a criminal. One of the weirdest experiences I have ever had. And to make it worse that was all the money I had for gas for the next couple days. I guess they don't realize not everyone owns a gas station and some people live week to week, to where 30$ is a lot to some people. I even had to call out of work the next day to due to not having any gas in my car or $$$ to get more gas. They were beyond rude for a situation that they caused. Don't shop here. There is a wonderful mom and pop gas station a block away to go to instead.

Gas pumps had strange operation for credit cards.  Had to go inside.  The cashier was helpful.  She came outside to the pump to explain.  She has had to explain this non-standard operation many times.

Higher than average gas prices for the area.

I call this place the sandwich man. I swear they have the best sandwiches in town but you have to go on weekdays and in the morning his name is Mike he makes by far the best hoagies subs sandwiches I've ever had in my life I would recommend anyone to just stop by one morning to try one of these sandwiches you will not be disappointed other than that it's just a regular gas station but the employees there are really friendly and nice

This is quite possibly the worst gas station I’ve been to in my life. It had lots of products sure but the pump card reader didn’t work and the employees did not know how to run a freaking gift card to find out the balance and when I was pumping the gas for last 50 cents of my money it moved at a snails pace. If you have someplace to be in a hurry don’t stop here. Train your people properly.

This is the place is where I love to eat best chicken tenders. Well pretty much everything is good. Friendly staff and it's nice to walk in and be  greeted by a friendly nice welcome.  Everyone should try it they have a little of everything go try it you'll love it.

Went in earlier this evening. Ordered 2 pressed cubans and they were unpressed and cold. Just threw a bunch of garlic sauce on it. Nasty attitude and nasty sandwich. Will not return.

Staff is usually very friendly. Used to get my coffee there every morning when I worked in the area. They were always busy but didn't have an issue getting people out the door
