The owners can be a little bit nicer. The lady owner is still nasty 🤧. If she looks at the percentage of customers are not from the same ethnicity as she is, we are her customer base. While the gas costs are conducive to the oil prices in our current economy, her customer service can be significantly better. The guys including the older gentleman are better and friendlier.

I paid a car wash at the pump didn’t get a receipt it saw it was printing it didn’t. I drove around and paid for the wash a the drive through. I notice on my credit card. I was charged at the pump. I owed $17.00 credit or refund.

Very kind staff and excellent customer service. They're closing for renovations and I can't wait to see the new and improved Shell!

You'll regret bringing your car for state inspection at this facility. Masqod Ahmad is dubious and fraudulent, your car will never pass because he always want to charge you for mechanic work. He'd fail even a certified car

A MUST READ!!!: If I could make a  star lower than one, I most definitely would. Giving business to this service center  was by far the worst inadequate,unfavorable and dreading experience I’ve had in my life. It started by taking my car there due a heat issue. They claimed they could fix it.I paid for a diagnostic test to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong with the heat as well. I paid for my services up front because they seem very knowledgeable about their work endeavors. A five hour job took three days and on top of that they called me  and said they did not fix my heat.They also told me while letting me know about the incomplete job that they had broken my radio and I “needed to go to my dealership” to get it fixed. Arriving there the staff as well as the owner “Max” seemed very unconcerned about my  car and the problems they additionally caused. The owner did not even know my radio was broke by the mechanic until I arrived and reiterated it. The “mechanic” Vernon specifically worked on my car by the way which there was no refund given. This is a dangerous place to go to if you value your money , time, and your vehicle. LESSON LEARNED!!!

Pump leaks gas and the attendants didn't care. Pump leaked from the top and got all over my car and kids. Avoid this place like the plague.

Bad customer service !! Be aware the service center will definitely  tell you they now what they doing and provide complete opposite . they  have no remorse if they  damage your car and give o refunds. Watch them and don’t pay until the work is completed! Be aware !!!!

Stopped twice at this place to get my check engine light diagnosed as well and air in my deflated Tire. The staff didn't even bother to talk to me and just went on about their business. I understand that there is a pandemic and folks are trying to be as safe as possible but for GOD's sake I was wearing a mask. I think I'll look somewhere else to get my car serviced. Definitely will not recommend

I've been getting has here from when I first started driving. Staff is still very nice mechanic on duty is honest and good, trustworthy. Clean lot

It is robbery that the price on board and the real price are much different. Why you are cheating people? Why you are stealing people's money? Dam it.

This is actually a Dash In with a Shell pump. The food is great and crew are helpful and friendly. Hopefully they don't let what's happening in the community affect them.

Its close for me so I have gotten on E and have been saved to be saved by going here.  There aren't too many gas stations close,  so the pumps here get full especially when NASA folks get off work.  My car tends to drive a bit further on this gas then other places.They have a convenience store as well as an auto repair shop here during the daytime.  They do offer some quick snacks and I believe have a public restroom.  The secondary service I use mostly is the vacuum and the air machines.  They have 2 air machines which have been both used when I've needed it so it's popular.  In reality I've had no issues going here filling up or putting air in the tire.

If, you have a lot of Shell points the pump will not except your card. Experience this on more than 1 occasion. Tried it at a different location... it worked.

Eric the mechanic and the manager are crooks and disrespectful to customers.
Owner, please post your contact info manger refuses to provide and yell and tell customers that he's calling the cops and do what you need to do verses resolving matters.

I got robbed by this station by paying cash inside. Fueled 87 gas been charged for super grade. The difference is$20 in total. I went inside immitately to ask for the difference. The cashier said he could not do anything ask me to call shell customer service. However I called the shell customer service said it is an indepentant francise store. They cant do anything. You will have to go back to the store. So anyone has same issues and have solution for it?

There’s four different prices for each grade of gasoline. The big number you see advertised is way cheaper than what normal people using a card are going to pay. The pumps are gross and annoying. The car wash looks like trash.

This gas station is running a scam to not honor the Giant Fuel Rewards program, avoid this station!

The pump will accept your reward then prompt you to go in for “Cashier Approval” where they then ring you up for the transaction again and ask you to enter your giant rewards number, tell you that you have no points and charge you full price.

Skip this station and go somewhere else!

They have check cashing that’s open 24/7 so it’s convenient and a good carwash too

This place are stealing! I pumped gas 2 days ago and paid with cash which is 10¢ cheaper than paying with card because here they charge extra when paying with card ridiculous. So I paid cash and the cashier Raju charged me credit card price when I used my fuel rewards. So instead of paying $3.33 per gallon I paid $3.43. I noticed it too late to say something but won’t be going there no more

Why in the heck do your diesel pumps pump at 1 gallon per 3 minutes, please fix this, it should not take me 30 mins to get 20gals of diesel. I've mentioned it a few times to the attendant and it doesn't seem to be getting to the proper folks.

Never use the windshield cleaner with the squeezy not good at all

Went here because I was really HUNGRY!!!! Bought some Chicken Wings and Cheese Pizza. Chicken Wings looked Good but once I tasted them they were rather overcooked, and not very good tasting. The Cheese Pizza was Great!!!!

Under new management-it's clean as usua. I miss the smiles and the brief yet pleasant conversations with the previous staff...the new staff rarely makes eye contact - not as friendly...I"ll give them  a chance to become acclimated to the area and customers

Dissappointed. People keep trying to steal their atm. It's not worth the risk to go their. Who wants to be there when another truck drives thru the store? Not me. ... AND they keep re-installing atms. Smh ...

Nice Place To Stop Off To Get A Bite To Eat And Gas Your Vehicle Up Customer Service Is Good.

Pumped gas at the Shell station at Baltimore Natl Pike and Winters Lane. I pressed for Regular gas but noticed I was being charged at the Premium price per gallon.

When I complained to the guy behind the counter about it, of course he thought I pushed the wrong button and was trying to con him. He told me to try it again. When I tried it again, I pressed the Regular button and the Premium button lit up. I told the manager what happened and he refused to believe me.

Watch everything that’s going on at their pumps...I paid $3.56/gallon when I ordered a $2.66/gal gas. I’m not even sure which octane gas I pumped in my truck.

What gas station off a major interstate/beltway doesn't have a bathroom? Pathetic.

Also, both gas stations nearby have cheaper gas prices.

Went in for a free brake Check and the hispanic mechanic was very unprofessional. He started off by calling me baby. And I ignored him and just proceeded to tell him what's wrong with my car. He tried to divert the question and asked where I was from because I looked American. I told him where I was from and told him I dont look American. He was very personal and kept prying for information about me. I had no problems responding but in the end he asked me to leave and said he didn't like the energy I was giving him and I wasn't a good person. He can feel it. I was surprised cause I didn't quarel or act mean to him. He asked me to leave and he opened his  door for my car. He probably wanted to get my number or something and because I was being polite but professional he didn't like it so much.  This is not a good environment for ladies. Beware. He can harass you.

Credit card machines don't work. Either makes you use debit or cancels transactions. Pumps will eat your rewards points. Pump with caution.

Some pumps are not working, they don't care putting a sign of "out of order".

Conveniently located.   Easy to access.  Car washing service with a convenient store.  All pumps working and well maintained.

This place is always clean.  I use the car wash but you need help with is sometimes.  The prices are astronomical!!!!  They have everything in that little store.  Check the dates on the snacks I had to return an expired cookie and the owner got mad.  Check those dates!!

On Sept 23 2014 at 7:30 pm, I purchased $10 of regular gasoline in my brand new Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition and drove home 3 miles away.  Parked my car and the next day my vehicle would not stay ignited due to water in the gasoline tanks at the station.  I HAD TO PURCHASE WATER REMOVER IN ORDER FOR My car to operate normally.
DO NOT BUY GASOLINE HERE BECAUSE IT HAS LOTS OF WATER IN IT AND IT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO CAR PERFORMANCE!  YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE THEIR $6.99 WATER REMOVER ADDITIVE IF YOU BUY THEIR GASOLINE

This place is not reputable.   Count your change
They will cheat you out of your money.
They say that you can use your giant points for gas however they will tell you that they have swiped the card when in fact they don't and you have no way of knowing if they did or not

Small Decent size gas station neat and clean

Terrible spot. I needed to do a standard self-service on my car. The common machinery was not labeled right & did not work after multiple attempts. The staff was dismissive.

Very friendly staff and customer focused. It is awesome when you walk into an establishment and you are greeted by all the workers with a welcoming smile! I just walked in to retrieve my gas receipt that was not generated by the pump. Now I must buy some snacks😄

This Shell consistently has lower daily prices on their V-Power gas than the surrounding area (despite not doing 20 cents off on Tuesdays). If I miss the discount elsewhere, I usually find a comparable price at this location.
