Big O Tires

I have gone to this big o a few times. Nails in tires, special order tires etc. It doesn't matter who you get, they are always helpful. Techs do good work as well. Best big o I've been to, best all around tire shop I've been to.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, up-front, willing to explain things to me to give me options.  I was only able to get to the location late in the day, and after verifying with them, they allowed me to get my tire replaced. I was thankful, because it was virtually the only time I had to change it before going out of town. Rachel took care of me from the start, explained the pros vs cons of going with a used vs new tire. She was very helpful. I am someone who need to understand the why's and how's when it comes to making important decisions. She made things very clear, answered questions, and was genuinely caring the entire time. She gave me her card for future work I may need done and, I'll have to say that I will definitely come back to.this Big O. They are also a full-service garage. I'll be back, you should come, too! Needed a alignment for my Subaru Tribeca. Took a chance and stopped into big o valley station. They got me in and I was out quickly and they did a awesome job. Very good people will be back.

I had not been to Big O for years. I was treated like Family as soon as I walked in the door. Rachel is the bomb. Had me in and out in no time. Best place to go for any and all your tire needs. I give this place a 10 +

What can I say! Outstanding service.  This place was recommended by a friend who lives here.  I had a nail in one of my tires and dropped in around lunch time to get it fixed.  Staff were very friendly  and gave me a window of approx 60 minutes till they could get started.  After roughly 1 hr, it was plugged, wheel nuts torqued,  and ready to go.  When I went to pay, they wouldn't accept any money!  (Not sure if it was because we are Canadian, or because I had Veterans license plates!). Regardless, they made our day!  Can't thank them enough.

Everyone is friendly and courteous. Every repair or tire replacement I've had, they come in at bid price.
They are good at communicating. If an issue does happen, they let you know right away, and discuss options with you.

Although my first experience wasn't a pleasurable one. But since then, I have used their service 2 to 3 times again. I'm impressed.

This place is amazing. Started out this morning with one of our newly installed tires from California being down 10 pounds and Pressure so it went to Big O tires just to put some air in the tires and thankfully the technician checked for a leak and found one. They got us in right away, even though they were already busy and found out that the valve stem was leaking. The owner got involved made sure everything was taken care of correctly so we wouldn’t have any additional problems and understood that we were going to be traveling 2000 miles and didn’t need tire problems. He went so far out of his way to go to a local hardware store for one specialized screw that was missing from the center cap of our rim. It had nothing to do with the leak, but needed to be resolved as well. Sergio our service tech went to the auto parts store to help get a valve extension for our TPMS.  Who does this, exceptional. Customer Service and being attentive to detail is what this place is all about. Drive out of your way to go here if you need tires. We even had a doughnut while waiting.  5 stars

After searching all over town for a very specific tire for my vehicle and speedy service, Arturo Carrasco and Jake Brown knocked it out of the park. These two guys were fabulous! I can't recommend them more.

EDIT!  I wrote this as i was sitting waiting for my service to be completed. Jake came over, found the EXACT tire i need. He really really really went above and beyond.

Glass Doctor of Kalamazoo, MI

I came in to have the back windshield replaced on my truck. They got me in fast and did great work. Unfortunately there was a defective in the window from the manufacturer. I called and they got it replaced immediately with a new one that was not defective. Great service, great staff, and they stand by their work. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

When I bought the garage door glass that cost more than 30 yuan and took it home for installation, I found that the width of the two sides of the glass was different. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money.

The receptionist is really friendly and very helpful. I overheard a few phone calls and interactions with customers and she was great. Service was very quick and very well priced. They did leave a mess all over my dash and left it for me to clean, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Great customer service! Great professionalism! Quick responses! Businesses could definitely learn a few things from this business!  Thankful I always know where to go for my glass issues.

We’ve had 3 windshields fixed here for three different vehicles.  Great prices, knowledgeable staff and they were able to get us taken care of quickly to get back on the road on all three visits.  We had the option to come to us or us go to them.  We've used both options and their staff has been great and on time.  Doug took care of us this week and he was great to work with!

Overall satisfied. Great people. Price changed after initial quote. Had vehicle towed there kinda felt like they new I would pay what they wanted.

Went there today to see about tie rod install and an alignment. Lady at front was rude from get go. I just ask if they install customer parts. Lol she referred me to her friends garage, I guess. Big O has become a joke. I usually drop car off. At other Big O. They call when they know problem with price. They fix I pick up. Not rocket science. She was having none of that. If she doesn’t like her job or people time to move on. I don’t think people wanna work.

I wish 0 stars was an option. We went for an onboard diagnostic test. Before we arrived, the brake lights were working perfectly fine, afterwards they were not. We called back to ask nicely if the test could’ve affected it and Samantha immediately caught an attitude, saying they have nothing to do with it, not listening to anything else we had to ask or say. Everybody else at this location is great, but this is not the first time Samantha had very poor customer service.

Went to get my truck aligned here and sat there waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Come to find out that after I sat there thinking my truck was getting worked on, it was just sitting in the parking lot. They came and told me it was done but there was a bushing that needs to be replaced. They did not even align it or rotate the tires. So nothing got done in the 2 1/2 hours that I sat there. Awful communication and horrible customer service.

Update: I went back in for an alignment and they were very nice. It did still take a little long for them to work on it, but when I asked to check the progress they did go check immediately. They ended up covering the cost due to the issue last time. Very pleased with how they made it right. Very good and kind people that work here.

Colton and the team did an outstanding job of getting our RV back on the road after a bad blowout!  Not only did they sell the best rated ST Trailer Tire for my RV but, they had them in stock to replace all 4 tires!  The facility is super clean and the customer lounge was outstanding.  I did not get to stay in it long because they had all 4 tires mounted and balanced in under 20 mins!  Colton and the team saved our family vacation!  Thank you!

I want to thank the whole team at Big-O, my truck broke down and was towed there from Draper as we have followed Colton “nacho” from a few locations, they always kept us updated on what was going on and what was needed, and then I decided that I wanted new tires and I am very picky, so my husband had discussed a set so when we arrived they were partially on and I was like nope not “sissy” tires on my truck, they went above and beyond, traveled to a location to get the ones I wanted and had to redo everything they already had done. Yes we spent our whole day hanging out but if I had to spend my day at a tire shop I would not want to go anywhere else, their staff is caring and friendly and watching them interact with other customers, they treat them like it was their families vehicle getting fixed and provided top of the line service.

I’ve usually avoided going to big companies to get things fixed because I love local services. They are usually more down to earth and willing to help out.

I am super happy I called into Big O today though. I received fantastic service and was taken care of quickly. Their lobby/office area is very nice. The employees are kind and thorough. Chris helped me today and I was very pleased with the service.

Brought my car in with some noises in the left axle. The problem was discovered quickly and within a reasonable timeframe.

There was some miscommunication about the issue, and I communicated my concerns with them. They made it right with me and communicated their side of the story. They are professional and seek to be honest. Looking forward to seeing them again.

Best place in town for automotive repairs.  Tyson S.and his staff go out of their way to make sure that your car is safe to drive. They have never tried to sell me services that my vehicle didn’t need. They are always very professional and courteous.

Best place to get your car fixed. Oil change, head lights, plate lights, tire repair I had all done in a timely manner and they were busy.

Came in to the Big O Cane Run Rd. store a while back with a home built Kit Vehicle, not really in anybody’s books, but I knew what size and type of tires I wanted. These guys were really friendly, professional and a hoot to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and environment. Got exactly what I needed and on my way in no time. Will definitely be back with my other vehicles when that time comes.

This is the best location around! Always super quick, very fairly priced, and friendly environment. Tyson Straub does an outstanding job and deserves major recognition for owning and running a Big O to be proud of! THE BEST!!!!

Pearson's did an awesome job repairing the tailgate on my truck.  Took it in on Tuesday and had it back Friday.  Looks like new again.  Very reasonable rates too.   Wonderful staff to work with.  I would recommend this business to anyone.

Last night, Kris came to the rescue and towed my daughter's broken down car from Whitley County to our mechanic's in Huntington.  He was quick to respond and very professional! I appreciate him coming out after hours to help us!

EXCELLENT, PROMPT AND GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS. Smashed the front end of my VW. State Farm recommended Pearson’s so I went with them. Chris, Austin and the lady that answered the phone could not have been more professional. Kept me informed on what and when to expect things every step of the way. Glad to have had my car repaired here.

Body Shop

Mark has done plenty of work for me and he does quality work but if you ask him, how can you save some money he will give you his best advice and you go from there, but he does quality work.

Mark did an outstanding bodywork repair on my car for less than half of what other repair shops would have charged.  Very friendly and honest.  Would highly recommend!

Hack job. Paid for work to be done and it was rigged instead of quality. From what I gather sometimes his work is good but this time it was absolutely garbage. I got bent over.

Honest work and some of these replies on here are people who don't want to pay for quality, and he does do good work.

Good guy. Good work. Upfront and straight forward.

Batteries Plus

I've been to this location several times, for various batteries. The customer service has always been great here, but today, Sarah's knowledge and eagerness to help, was exceptional. I'd definitely highly recommend going here for you battery and bulb needs.

I brought in my Fossil watch to have the battery replaced. The tech, who seemed to be new, shattered the crystal in my watch, scratching the band in the process. I understand that accidents happen, so I didn't get upset. The manager on duty was apologetic and told me he would personally take it to a nearby jewelry store to have the crystal replaced, that the battery change would be free of charge, and the store would call me when it was ready. Over a week went by without notice that it was ready, so I called the store to check. They had lost my phone number, but told me it was ready.

When I picked up my watch, the replacement crystal was nowhere near the quality of the original crystal. It had a scratch on the inside, and it is flat whereas the original was curved. Those things wouldn't normally bother me, but the crystal is so thick that it sticks out from the face of the watch and makes it look cheap.

I decided to roll with all of that, though, and just chalked it up to a lesson learned. It has been two months since, and now the battery in my watch is dead again. The staff were all very polite, which is why I'm giving the store two stars, but I'm not thrilled that they tried to make their mistake right with the cheapest repair possible.

Second time around. Asked for a replacement for ETX14L.
Got an Extreme T14L.
Got home, opened the box and low and behold... no HARDWARE!!!

REFUNDED after wasting $20 in gas to drive back and forth, plus lost sleep time since I have to go to work at 9 tonight.

Everybody else wants $140 for a lesser battery, particularly 2 auto parts retailers. Not AUTOZONE, Oddly enough...

Employees are great!  I have always had a great experience. I just took my phone in for a screen repair. Tasha was so great to work with! So kind and helpful!

I have a lifetime warranty on my key fob battery. I was in the store for less than five minutes and the lady had my battery replaced and I was out the door.
Sufficient and friendly service.

Jiffy Lube

I expected service- someone knowledgeable in mechanics of my vehicle that could put me back on the road safely. I have had nothing but good to say about jiffy lube until now!  My engine was overheating and they zip tied a hose and sent me on my way. Now I have to replace my engine. I am not a happy customer

I always use Jiffy Lube on Florence Blvd for my oil changes. Ive been using them for about 3 years now. They are very nice, respectful and friendly.  They do their job without wasting time. Service is always great!

Went to jiffy lube on Florence blvd on for first time and they changed my oil and topped my antifreeze and then the next morning drove to Huntsville and my car overheated because radiator cap wasn’t place back on tightly, now my motor is blowed. I will never ever use or recommend jiffy lube to any one😡

A bit pricey compared to other places. Their people are good, friendly, etc. I needed additional work done to my vehicle as well, but the mechanic was a no-call-no-show, so I've got to go elsewhere. A good shop when they're fully staffed.
