New tires for my daughter’s car. Very fast service took under an hour. Definitely will buy tires from Big O Radcliffe

Overall satisfied. Great people. Price changed after initial quote. Had vehicle towed there kinda felt like they new I would pay what they wanted.

Went there today to see about tie rod install and an alignment. Lady at front was rude from get go. I just ask if they install customer parts. Lol she referred me to her friends garage, I guess. Big O has become a joke. I usually drop car off. At other Big O. They call when they know problem with price. They fix I pick up. Not rocket science. She was having none of that. If she doesn’t like her job or people time to move on. I don’t think people wanna work.

I wish 0 stars was an option. We went for an onboard diagnostic test. Before we arrived, the brake lights were working perfectly fine, afterwards they were not. We called back to ask nicely if the test could’ve affected it and Samantha immediately caught an attitude, saying they have nothing to do with it, not listening to anything else we had to ask or say. Everybody else at this location is great, but this is not the first time Samantha had very poor customer service.
