Amazing customer service. Brian Schaefer took excellent care of me. I took my Silverado in for damage to the driver side door. Brian found wording in the insurance policy that brought my personal deductible down to only $45. Great job. Not only that but I noticed they washed and detailed the truck as well. Brian thank you for taking care of me and getting my truck back to normal. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

If you're interested in walking in and getting someone to look at your vehicle to get an estimate,  don't bother them. They only seem interested if you have an insurance claim you want to file.

Rosemont Auto Body

I sent a message to them through their website to get a quote on having some work done on my car.  They completely ignored that and never got back to me.  I suppose they don't want my money.  I was very polite in my email but again it's been over 2 weeks and I never got a reply and I do not expect one anymore.  I can't do business with someone who just ignores me.

After going through a whirlwind with a different shop. I found Rosemont Auto Shop through my insurance agency, and it was one of the best experience and customer service interaction ever. They went above and beyond with helping me understand my damages and did a great job of putting everything back together. I wish this was my first stop. Check out the pics!!

I had a great experience with Rosemont Auto Body. They repaired my 2020 Land Rover Discovery and made it look like new after a minor fender bender. They handled everything with my insurance company (State Farm) smoothly and efficiently. The owner, Ed Tromer, his son Josh, and the coordinator Dina, are very friendly and professional. They explained the whole process clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you need.

Out of whim we drove over and explained our situation, we did not catch the name of the nice gentleman at the desk, but no questions asked, he put our car up and fixed it for us. I brought my car to Adel and he did an amazing job on my car! I couldn't even remember where the damage was to my vehicle, I had to look at the old photos! He's extremely caring and does what he can to keep costs low.  The work they do is amazing and it was done fast too.  I won't bring my car anywhere else!

I have used this company twice now and let me tell you, they NEVER disappoint!!!  Adele is the INCREDIBLE!!!  He is super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable!!  His prices are affordable and he’s always looking for ways to save you money!   My car sits low to the ground (sports edition) and I must have caught the bumper on some ice or snow (you know how Chicago winters can be brutal) and my bumper and one exhaust pipe was hanging down, almost scrapping the ground.  Adele saved me the money of purchasing a new bumper and taking it to the Lexus dealer!!  He used some of his state of the art equipment to repair it to the point where it looks like NEW!!  The turnaround time was expedient (even right after the Holidays) and customer service is impeccable!!  This is my GO TO shop from NOW ON!!!  I dare you to give Adele’s shop a try….you’ll not only be satisfied but impressed!

Fantastic auto body services, I have taken vehicles here for both auto collision repair and custom body work. They were great with handling bumper repair and fender repair issues. I brought them a classic car as well and they did a full restoration along with a beautiful paint job. I would definitely recommend them for body work.

Recently changed repair shops in 2021 just to test out this Midas since the repair shop I usually go to had been getting more expensive and noticed how uninformative they are.

Had some major AC and brake work done here on different occasions and got amazing customer service here by Bryan.  He explains everything in terms that you would understand and after seeing him engage with other customers other than myself while I was there, I noticed that he really cares about people which is hard to find these days.

He stands out as someone who takes pride in his job and cares about people in general.  I’ll take my car to him every time and this Midas has won over my trust for all my car repair needs moving forward for as long as Bryan works there.

Went for a simple oil change, the told me I needed a new plug. Cool, no problem. But then the mechanic said I would also need a new pan as he could not replace the plug without damaging the pan. He was quoting parts and labor well over $700 dollars. Took it to Jiffy Lube down the street, they replaced the plug without damage to anything else and charged like $120. Makes me wonder if the mechanic damaged the plug to begin with. Dishonest. Don't overcharge people and you'll have repeat customers.

Our company has been getting oil changes and car maintenance done by this Midas location for a couple years now. Josh is very friendly and helpful. He gave us quotes and helpful information about the products we asked about, as well as the products that he recommended. I recommend this company.

Josh was a super helpful associate in the shop. I recently had my car‘s brakes fixed there. When I went to pick up the car, Josh found out some item was over charged by other associate, he was very honest to remove the extra charge. We have using this shop to fix our cars for many years, generally speaking, the people there are nice.

Josh was very friendly and informative. They fixed the brakes on my daughters car which we were very concerned about. He was honest and gave us explanations for each process. I have been going to this shop for years and am happy the next generation can also trust them!

Eric was so great. I caught a flat, and in an instant he helped me with no problem. Super friendly. Didn’t hesitate to help in an urgent need. He was super helpful and in my opinion needs a raise l!!! Was such great environment!!!

OK. This is how a non-dealer auto service is supposed to work. My initial contact with Steve to receive an estimated on the work requested went very smoothly, and was completely transparent as to the time, materials and cost of the work. Upon arriving for the appointment, Eric greeted me and reconfirmed the work ordered, and asked if I needed transportation or would I prefer to wait. His estimate was a three to four hour time window to complete the brake and belt work. Within an hour after dropping off the vehicle, Eric called to offer some suggested additional maintenance items, some I accepted, some I declined. Approximately three hours later Eric called to confirm the work requested had been completed and the car was ready for pickup. The final bill reflected the original estimate plus the agreed upon additional work. Needless to say I am completely satisfied with the Midas team's effort on my vehicle.

RNR Tire Express - Waco

Kaleigh was so helpful when I called and tried to help me as much as they could. I wasn't sure about driving my car over since it looked like a bad flat. When I said that they told me they could help me out when it was slow in the shop and come to me instead. Overall, had a great experience and service from Brandy and Kaleigh!

I got a long screw stuck in my tire while driving so I pulled into RNR Tire Express to see if they could fix it. Even though it was after closing time, Josh quickly, patched the tire ( a free service of theirs) and sent me on my way. The experts at RNR Tire Express were very professional, I’d definitely recommend you patronize this business.

Thank you all for the excellent service, and amazing kindness and consideration. I recommend RNR to anyone that wants a great experience. Comfortable place to wait, although it’s so quick I only enjoyed for a moment. Sending my family and friends to get alignment and more here.

Discount Tire

Was at Highland location didn’t have the tires I wanted so I had the tech call oak lawn location for the tires they told the tech yes they have them drove a 1 1/2 on a doughnut to oak lawn to wait for 45 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have the tires and it’s nothing they can do about it so on a doughnut they try to send me to another store I asked wasn’t it anything else they can do cause I drove a hour plus there one of the managers looked at me in the eyes and laughed like it was a joke asked to speak to another manager heard him say yea I’m to busy for that I use to buy all my tires from Discount Tires I will not give y’all another red cent and suggest if u I tire trouble don’t go to this location

I have always had great customer service here! I was on my way to run errands (3:30pm) and my tire inflation system went off. I turned around and went to Discount Tire to check it out. Thankfully they were still open. I had 2 large nails in my tire. They close at 5:00pm yet still took me even though there were about 20 cars ahead of me. Estimated time was 8:15pm. Not only did they knock out all those cars before me but my tire was done by 5:30pm and no charge. Every person I talked to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable very nice group of guys. Needless to say the gentleman who fixed my tire received a generous tip. Thank you for saving the day!

If you have an appointment it's a long wait time average 3-4 hrs.  If you dont have an appointment even for a simple thing as a flat tire, it's at least a 2 hr wait(that was my wait time for a flat repair who apt)   I was told they book appointments every 15 mins. I would say they over book since no service takes 15 mins...maybe there is a reason for it,
.  I do have to say the young man that took care of me was very nice &  professional.  All in All I would say they do provide good service. 3 stars because of the wait time.

I was impressed with Discount Tire's knowledgeable and efficient staff during my visit for TPMS programming and installation. They completed the task quickly, saving me waiting time, and their skilled technicians ensured the job was done right. The waiting area was comfortable with clean seating and complimentary refreshments. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend Discount Tire for TPMS services and tire-related needs.

During tire rotation I got a call saying the lug is crossthread. Proceeded to say they re tapped the stud. Knowingly left this wheel hub stud like this and impacted it on and sent me on my way.  Not right if I got a flat I probably would have to have it towed & I had to eat the cost of repair.

An honest shop, what is not to love about that? Nick and Jim, and the team they have built do wonderful work. I have had the pleasure of working with them on occasion, and I cannot speak kindly enough about them. They reciprocate kindness, ethical business, and professionalism in their craft. Their pricing is fair, and the quality is fantastic. Thank you, for all that you do, truly, good work.

Nick went out of his way to make sure the final result was the best one. The insurance gave both him and I a hard time and tried to pull a fast one on both of us, but regardless of that, Nick said even though they’re wrong he assured me he’s going to make things right and definitely did more than that. Quality work from a quality guy is what you’re going to get when you come here and nothing less!

Been dealing with Athenian for years and they are a class act. Nick is not only a professional but also a gentleman who does the job right. Took him an older car that most people are afraid to touch(86 IROC) and when he was done with it, it looked amazing. Thank you Nick and everyone at Athenian, you will always be my go to.

The worst body shop ever took them 2 months to paint front bumper and it comes out really bad, he said will puff it later when i went back he said I can’t do it. DONT Recommend at all.

Best body shop around! They have amazing and quick work. They treat you like family and treat your car like it’s their own.
