I sent a message to them through their website to get a quote on having some work done on my car. They completely ignored that and never got back to me. I suppose they don't want my money. I was very polite in my email but again it's been over 2 weeks and I never got a reply and I do not expect one anymore. I can't do business with someone who just ignores me.

After going through a whirlwind with a different shop. I found Rosemont Auto Shop through my insurance agency, and it was one of the best experience and customer service interaction ever. They went above and beyond with helping me understand my damages and did a great job of putting everything back together. I wish this was my first stop. Check out the pics!!

I had a great experience with Rosemont Auto Body. They repaired my 2020 Land Rover Discovery and made it look like new after a minor fender bender. They handled everything with my insurance company (State Farm) smoothly and efficiently. The owner, Ed Tromer, his son Josh, and the coordinator Dina, are very friendly and professional. They explained the whole process clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you need.
