Would never recommend due to lack of professionalism. I asked for the workers supervisor store number and corporate contact and was refused all of the above. I called to make a $150 payment and the lady refused to take it saying I owed 176..I told her I would have to pay the rest at a later time (tomorrow) and was refused...she would not allow me to talk to anyone else in the store and hung up on me 3 times. I use this place for a reason and it seems lately things with their policy and procedures have changed. Update..manager Cain who is always wonderful called me back and had no problems taking my payment.

This was my first time there. Natalie helped so much. She is amazing. All the employees were polite and friendly. Christina was amazing, too. She was super quick and through with the paperwork. Also, side note not a lot of places carry our size tires. We always have a hard time. They always have to order them and we have to wait. This was the only place that had our size tires P255/55r20 in stock. I was happy we were able to get 4 new tires today. If you need tires even with bad credit, you need to check them out. Let them know I referred you.

We went in for our scheduled appointment at 9am for tire rotation, and we had a nail in the rear tire. It was fixed, and tires rotated, and we were out of there within the hour.

Great customer service! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! They answered all my questions and got me set up with a full set of tires and out very quickly.

It was nice and clean and the aesthetics of the environment were cool. They were quick and kind and friendly. I had 2 small roudy boys with me and they were very accommodating. The service was easy and fast and the payment plans were a huge bonus for me. I would definitely recommend!

These guys are excellent! My brakes went out last week when I was more than an hour away from home, and this was the closest place to where I was and I absolutely lucked out. Sam helped me and was communicative and transparent explaining everything. They were able to get me in and do a ton of work in just two business days. Jason helped me this morning when I went to get my car and was also excellent. If I ever need car work in Peoria again this is where I’ll be going- and who I’ll be recommending. Thank you guys so much.

Got my vehicle inspected after hearing something was wrong with it. They got me in so quickly and then were able to schedule me for service the same week. Great service, communication, and assistance. Would recommend using them!

Great folks and very helpful.  Recommend them. They are a little backed up with work due to lots of hail damage claims lately.

This place rocks! Hail storm has not slowed these people down at all. They are busy, but they get the work done! They care about your vehicle,  they care about the work they do! This place is where you take your car, truck, or van! You can tell everyone at Goldens love their jobs. They seem like a big family inside their shop! Next time you need work done on your driver, remember Goldens and become apart of the family!

The staff at Goldens has been most courteous and helpful while taking care of the hail damage to or car.

So impressed with my experience at Goldens. My insurance contacted the shop on my behalf and within 2 hours of my car accident the shop was calling to let me know I could bring my car by so they could give me an estimate. I dropped off my car on Monday and they had it done by Friday. Wonderful communication by the staff of a potential delay (which there was not) but I appreciated the update. Everyone I talked to was so kind and so helpful. They did a wonderful job repairing my car and it looks better than what it ever did before. Great experience.

They did an exceptional job on my truck. Paint looks great. No rattle on inside of truck where they removed  inside panels of door. Took time to do quality work.

I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor of Hot Springs for auto glass replacement.  I have used them twice and they are perfect.  You don't even have to leave the house because they will come to you!  However, don't bother to get them to bid inside glass for your shower.  After sending their guy over to measure, they never called back or emailed with a quote.  I called to remind them and they promised they would have the guy get mine to me as soon as he got back from lunch.  That was a few weeks ago and I still have not heard a peep.

The Glass Doctor replaced my car windshield at my home. I did not have to take it to a repair shop. Very convenient!  All of the staff with whom I interacted were polite and professional.

Glass Doctor did a great job. They came out and gave an estimate. They had to have the glass manufactured and they still got the job done in the time I needed and the cost was just what they quoted. The technician was very conscientious and took care with the trim and shutters and cleaned up. I felt he went above and beyond my expectations. Customer service is excellent!

Went in for a rear window replacement, the technician broke the old seals. After discussing the matter with the manager, They came to my house to fix the seals. Amazing customer service.

Everyone from the first call to the last call was pleasant! It was very convenient and helpful that they come to you! The only thing I could say outside of 5 stars is I wish when they quoted me $440 he would have mentioned that wasn’t with tax! The tax made it $480 something but still great service and we are very pleased!

D's Paint & Body Shop Inc.

I hit a deer at the beginning of June and took my car here. They had my car for about a month or so which is expected. All in all D’s did an awesome job at keeping me updated every week about details of my car when my insurance wasn’t doing so. They made this process as easy as possible on their end and they made my car look brand new again. VERY pleased with their work, and how nice they are in general. Thank you for being awesome.

Quick and high quality work.  Repaired driver side, side impact collision..  installed rear spoiler.  Car was completed by the time they promised.  Very pleased with my experience.  Would recommend.

I had an appointment Monday morning after hitting a deer Sunday. I am from out of town, and I believe I worked with Dave (I called to confirm since I thought it was Nick, still a little frazzled). He was extremely nice and helpful. While I couldn't use their service because my car would t be ready in time to drive it home today, I appreciated his honesty, advice, and understanding. As a result, I would recommend  them and him in a heartbeat.

I’m highly disappointed with D’s in the Peoria Heights. This is the only place I would take my vehicles for repairs however this time someone has really dropped the ball. I went to get some minor repairs to my hood/grill. They ordered my custom grill then called me to tell me they also need to order a new manufacturer grill because it was also damaged….. fine. Fast forward,  I come to get my vehicle every thing looks great so I thank them and leave. Over the weekend my grill loosened up so I took it back, they repaired it in a couple hours. I got my vehicle back again and noticed the side of my bumper was now loose so John states they’ll order another bracket due to how fragile they are. Now it’s today and I’m being told they have to call my insurance company to see if they can replace the whole front bumper because it won’t go back on track. I’m getting screwed, my car looked better with the cracked grill. I now have a issue I did not have before I went and they’re excusing themselves out of the situation instead of fixing it the correct way the first time. I really stood by D’s quality but this experience has put a dark cloud over their name.
……..15 Week Update: I was told I would get a call from Management and Still no call, but I see the owner is thanking people for a good review but will not reach out or respond to the ones they know are legitimate mistakes on their end. Save yourselves the headache and stay away from D’s because the quality is not there, good thing I have the funds to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix what D’s has damaged.
(Final Update)….. once Dwayne got involved everything went up from there. Thank you for taking my issues into your hand personally. He called my insurance company and explained to them that there was damage that still needed corrected which ultimately got replaced at no cost for me. I’ve always believed in D’s which is why I was so confused about my issues not being addressed and corrected. This has brought my trust back and I will continue to do business with D’s. Thank you again Dwayne!!

I had a fuel smell in the cabin. I asked Midas to found out what is wrong and why it smells. They didn’t call me for two days went to the shop and they told me they searched and even looked with a small camera and could not find a thing . Charged me 80 bucks and sprayed something in the cabin for the smell. I drove off less than 3 miles started having problems. I had to pull over and stop because car would not work all lights came on display and  the car would not shift or engine start. Called the manager less than 30 minutes after it happened. It was raining hard that day and he wanted me to bring it in I told him I would tomorrow. He said, “Bring it in and let’s look maybe there is a wire loose or something. Midas called me  the next day and said it needed to go to the dealership and that it’s not there problem. He was rude and unprofessional. I towed the car to the dealership in tears!

This morning at 8 am, my husband drove to the Midas in Fayetteville and dropped my car's keys in the drop box to have my oil changed. We were unaware that the Fayetteville location does not open on Saturdays during football season (Go hogs). I frantically did some searching to find someone to get us our keys back, and the Internet provided me with Austin, a Midas employee in Hot Springs. He was so kind and understanding when I contacted him and told him my tale. I don't think he had any obligation to help me, as it wasn't his store, but he went the extra mile for me. He called other stores near me and found someone in Bentonville willing to drive down to me and get me my keys back. I really appreciate him and the effort he put in to help out a complete stranger. Thank you Austin! You are a kind-hearted young man.

My oil is past due!! Leaving for a 12 hr drive tomorrow, Midas worked me in same day even though they are packed this today! I couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend, every-time I come here they do an excellent job!

Wouldn't share any details with me bout my catylitic cause guy said it's illegal to talk about ...how in a town without emissions....n they charged my mom 600 for pads n rotors n didn't even show her the old pads or rotors I feel they took advantage of a woman. Cause I clda done them for bout 300 less in less time...lost my buisness

I was amazed at the car care I received from Austin and his crew. They are VERY polite. Extremely reasonable.  Not a real big dent in your pockets.  They got my car purring and they took care of the low tire indicator. Thank you for all you done. I shall  return for any other work for my car  🚗  IM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!

What a quality, honest and kindhearted group! Ronnie took wonderful care of my vehicle and got me back on the road in no time following an unfortunate hit and run. They made the claims experience easy.

Was rear ended with lots of damage. Ronnie was a delight to work with and came in on time so I didn’t have an issue with ins co on my rental! Very happy with him and would definitely go back and refer others.

You won't find any better folks than these folks to work on your car.  I had them fix a leak in my trunk and then had them replace my hood latch.  They were reasonable in their price, but more than that they were kind and treated me with respect.  And when I picked my car up they had washed it and vacuumed it out for me.  Can't beat that!  Highly recommend these folks.

Wonderful people and the work was above and beyond. I picked up my vehicle in better shape than before I dropped it off with significant body damage. My car was washed, vacuumed, and the dash had been cleaned.  They have my business for life.
