I was so pleased with the communication, work and extra diligence it took to have my car repaired. I was impressed with the fact that they took pictures and shared other issues with my vehicle from an unrelated incident that I was unaware about. You can definitely tell that they careful . I will definitely be recommending C&H from here on out!

I needed my car towed from north of Sioux Center. Waited two hours on the side of the road for AAA to send a tow truck. Tired of waiting, I started calling around and someone recommended C & H.
I called the shop and within 30 minutes the car was loaded up and we were on our way back to town. The communication was great, everyone was friendly, and the price was more than reasonable.

We were involved in a car accident right here in Orange City and contacted C & H Body Repair to tow our vehicle and inspect the damage.  We were very impressed and really can't say enough good things about the overall experience.  Great communication, great service, punctual in returning phone calls and texts.  They get 5 stars for sure!

Hands down the best body shop I’ve encountered. Aaron and his crew are nothing short of fantastic. Not only is their work top tier, the service is next to none. They keep you informed and go above and beyond to make sure whatever ailment your vehicle is getting repaired for - gets done fast and great. Big O Tires

This is the third on repair (different issues and different cars) that Big O has made for me.  In addition to the tires and alignment which I am also satisfied with.  So far this location has provided, timely, reasonably priced service and good work.  I am pleased with the performance of Big O tires.

Definately is the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing tires the guy who waited on me, was beyond fantastic, and didn’t treat me like a total idiot just because I’m female🙈 He was helpful and explained the whole situation to me and they were super fast at putting the tires on my car. I reached out to Will at Big O Tires & asked a series of several questions about the differences between certain tires in price & performance.  Instead of trying to get me to buy something I didn't really need, he suggested that I go with a different option which was less costly. He & his team went above and beyond for me in getting me taken care of right away, several hours before I was expecting my truck to be finished. He even gave me a ride back to my office so that I could get back to work. I appreciate the excellent communication & professionalism...  This made the decision to go with Big O very easy! Friendly, quick & cheaper than the competition.

We took a 13 day, 16 state, 5500 mile motorhome trip. We were about 2000 miles from home when we blew a tire on our tow car. We were about 13 miles from this location and called and asked if they could take us - they got us in within the hour and got 2 new tires and a delicious restaurant recommendation while we waited! Their customer service was great and made us feel like long time customers (just like others have stated.. and it's true!) Very thankful for all their help!

Justin is a true professional! Our glass doors for three bathrooms look amazing. When we had an issue with our original order through the builder, he stepped in and saved the day! The final product turned out even better than the original order. His level of communication never left us wondering, which can be rare these days. We had concerns about one of the shower doors placement. Justin had no problem coming back, making a change and ensuring we were completely happy! I highly recommend him and Glass Doctor!

Friendly and smooth process to get a quote for my windshield and ultimately getting me scheduled the same week. Install only took just over an hour and their office is spacious, cozy, and clean so waiting was a good experience as well. Start to finish can’t complain!

The people at Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls could not have been more accommodating. Scheduling both the measurement for the shower and the installation was difficult because I actually wasn't in another state most of the time, but they helped me arrange everything. They also helped with some very good suggestions involving my developing limited mobility problems. The installation went very smoothly. I can't than them enough for their very friendly and super professional workmanship and assistance.

Very pleased. We had to make appraisal and had multiple damaged windows requiring replacement. Pamela patiently discussed every detail with me and gave me detailed invoices for prospective work. Couldn’t immediately decide whether to go bigger on the project because of budget but eventually made a decision and paid them. They scheduled us right away and completed all the work in one single day. Their man was very helpful and professional. He even assisted my husband in a pinch. Good people. Efficient and on time. Craig the owner is so nice and professional and it’s hard to find a body shop that does the highest quality and care like his shop. You can’t get a better quality of work then any of those High priced body shop’s in Des Moines.
You will not be disappointed !

First, very friendly and helpful from the first phone call. I set up an appointment for the next day, dropped the car off and the guy at the desk was also very friendly. They called me later that afternoon and said it was ready. They did a great job on the repair and charged me $20 less than what was quoted over the phone. They could have taken advantage, but they didn’t. From start to finish, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I was visiting family from out of state and a my engine splash guard came loose on one side. We called Modern Motors to see if they might have a part to fix it and they told us to come in that morning & fixed it for no charge. Staff is so so so nice & it was so good to be on the road again without any worries!

We appreciate the prompt and reasonable body work from Modern Motors. They went the extra mile to make our 2008 Honda CRV with 178,000 miles look young again! We are spreading the word and will definitely be back for service again!

These guys are AWESOME! Got rear ended and the insurance totaled out our car. They work with us to fix it at a way lower rate. Will never go any where else in the Adel area!

Edit*suspension passed no problem at next inspection station, was told recommended repairs were just dishonest business tactics*
The staff was helpful and friendly at first. Took them an hour and a half to perform a simple inspection and then they told me I needed repairs of over twice what I paid for the vehicle. There's nothing wrong with the suspension, just passed inspection prior to sale and needed another inspection to title it in my name, yet they tell me it all needs replaced to pass. I understand trying to earn business by reasonably recommending repairs but nearly 2 grand on a 12 dollar inspection? I won't return after the staff laughed amongst themselves when I mentioned I'll have to pay another 12 dollars somewhere else just to pass inspection. Joke is on them making 8 bucks an hour to perform an inspection. Customers repairing tires seemed to have no problem and were taken care of in a timely fashion. Maybe they provide quality service on tires but I would not recommend taking a vehicle to their business to be inspected if you value your own time or your vehicle is over 10 years old.

Customer supplied front brakes and rotors replaced, added a new pair of shocks and a wheel alignment paid $750.00.

Had they installed the rear customer supplied brakes and rotors it would have cost around $990.00. 😳

The brakes, rotors came new in the box from Detroit Axle with the oil, brake dressing and all necessary supplies, however in the labor invoice was a hefty charge for (miscellaneous shop supplies)

I wonder if those shiny new $300.00 shocks they installed were 22 carat or 24 carat?

No apologies or rebuttals from the owners shall be necessary in all fairness the service was fast, friendly and professional just like the kind you would expect when attending a 90 minute timeshare presentation. (minus the soda and snacks to loosen up your wallet)

In the end, It is my hope that this honest review should encourage any average person to be sure to shop around before heading to the "BIG O BOX" chain stores for vehicle repairs.

Took vehicle to Big O' Tire in Warrensburg, Missouri for a front end alinemen in the beginning July. As I was driving home the steering wheel was not straight, and it was pulling hard to the right. I called and the tec said they couldn't adjust the caster or camber beacuse they didn't have the bolts. They said they would order the bolts and call me. They never did. I called twice got an appointment and they confirmed they had the parts. I took the vehicle up there and no one touched it for five hours! So, I just took my vehicle home. How can customer satisfaction and safety be they're number one priority?

I took my mustang in for an oil change today. It took over an hour to get in, when I got my car back my floor Matt was filthy. Door handle, shift knob, hand break and anything else that was touched in the vehicle was covered in oil and grease. I let them know and they did not even offer to come clean it. Very disappointing I’m such a well talked about buisness.

I might say 4, but looking at all the hateful reviews I'm going to say 5. They've made mistakes. Human like I. Can't help everyone that failed to plan, but they try and for they I commend them. It been offered rides and other help when things went awry. But quality is great. I drive an Audi A-6, and they are one of 3 places I'll go to. I've seen the way the angry reviewers treat these guys and it's too bad they can't review the customers
Reality is that auto repairs aren't all created equal. I can't say enough about the help from Curtis and the rest of the team here. Keep it up guys

I needed repairs to my bumper after backing in to a vehicle.  When they were done, you couldn't even tell the damage.  I was so pleased with the work that when my mother's vehicle needed major work, I didn't consider taking her van anywhere but to Olson's.  Their professionalism and efficiency is what makes dealing with a family owned small business the best choice for high quality work, excellent prices and great customer service!

I had a large dent on my door and needed to get it repaired. I ended up going to six different body shops to compare quotes. Olson gave me a reasonable quote and had exceptional service. They were able to get my car serviced within a month and it only took a few hours when I brought it in. I was very pleased when they told me the repairs were $200 less than quoted. My car looks at exactly how it did right before I hit the garage, it’s almost like it never happened. I would definitely use Olson again if need be, no longer driving around with the shame of a dented car is priceless. Thank you so much!

Kryger Glass

Had a very nasty rock chip that I was really thinking couldn’t be repaired and would need a new windshield. Office staff was friendly and gave great info and set up an appt. quickly. Scott took great care in getting it to look almost like the chip was never there! Well beyond my expectations.  Yes, you can see a small area that is not perfect but that expectation was clearly communicated since it is a repair. Great customer service and communication across all levels! Highly recommend!

Chad was flexible with scheduling and had great customer service. T. Gross, the installer did an awesome job. I could tell when he dropped the windshield into the opening,  that he is an artist when it comes to auto glass installation!

Hard to find, in a loading doc, lethargic staff, had a small chip repair and charged $150 with absolutely no change in appearance. They said it’s just to stabilize against future cracks but from what I’ve seen advertised there should be some cosmetic improvement. Disappointed for that cost. Feel like they should’ve told me up front if that’s what was expected

My wife was having a condensation problem on the interior windows of her car. Took it to Kryger Glass and Scott Estes was able to find the problem right away. Scott was very polite and helpful. Many Thanks !!

Our vehicle was broken into and Kevin was very helpful, letting me leave the vehicle covered at his shop over the weekend to avoid precipitation until his team was able to work on it. It was done sooner than quoted, and for quite a bit less money and faster than what was quoted to me at an auto body place nearby. This is my second experience with Kryger and the first was stellar as well. Very appreciative for the compassion and urgency!

West Side Autobody

After getting a much higher estimate at Stew Hansen I had a very good experience at Westside Auto Body. The estimate was much lower (lower overhead here I’m guessing) so I was able to keep my car from being totaled out by the insurance company - which is what I wanted. Now I can continue NOT having a car payment for a few more years.

My experience trying to use WSAB for an insurance claim was unfortunately incredibly negative. I attempted to use this shop based on their good reviews. My car sat there for a month on a pending insurance claim, and the insurer says it's because the shop did not provide their supplemental estimate until a month after arrival. I had previously called the shop and specifically asked if they had submitted their documentation to the insurer and that they had what they needed from the insurer and was told yes. I called at minimum once a week for updates and was consistently told that they were waiting for parts but that it was a couple of weeks out. A few times I called and was told I would receive a call back that never came, so I would call in again only to receive the same update. That's fine, waiting for parts makes sense, but I don't see how that stops the shop from providing their supplemental estimate in the meantime. They did not do so. when they finally did provide their supplemental estimate, the insurer came out the same day and declared my car a total loss. I will never use this shop again and I will inform people of my experience if asked; in my opinion their behavior (communication in particular) does not meet reasonable standards of professionalism.

We've taken vehicles here anytime they need autobody work. They are friendly and helpful and do a great job fixing up our vehicles.

I’ve used west side auto for many things. This last time I got an estimate done in mid April. I was told they were going to order parts. I wait about 4 weeks I call to see if the parts are near being in, I’m told they don’t have an ETA  and they’ll call me when they are in. I wait 3 more weeks and call again. I’m then told that I was called multiple times with messages left, I was not. I ask for them to reorder the parts and to call once again. I have still been waiting since. I called insurance to see if I could use the estimate that west side auto did for a different shop only to find out that they never even submitted the estimate.
