I bought a unit there, almost new But when I sent it to have it serviced, it was delivered wrong, I returned it 4 times in a period of 3 months, the last time it was there for almost a month and they did not solve the problem, I had to take it to another agency (pegout and in two days they fixed it for me. It turned out that the Kia people had changed the oil and they put one that was not adequate). The executives do not answer your calls or messages, the receptionists confess that you have to tell them all about your problem and in the end they do not communicate with whom you want to speak, they tell you that they will call you back and they do not.
Due to the above, I personally do not recommend them, they give very bad service.

Today I went to pick up my car due to a fault in the handbrake, they informed me that it had an internal fault and the warranty applied but they kept it for a day and told me that today it was ready to use it although the handbrake button It will arrive after I have to go to a second visit to have it installed, the annoyance is that they assured me that it was already ready and then they would take it but they still swallowed it without any repair and I have to wait for the part to arrive And I will drive my car without a handbrake, what kind of guarantee is that? Very bad for lying to the customer and not being clear about what they should let us know about the state of our car, let's see how long it takes to fix damage that clearly comes from the factory

I recently took my truck to its second service, the advisors who receive your car ask you for money outside of the service, they tell you that they did you a favor by saving you money on the service that you pay for, and you report them, I didn't see them do it nothing to this person, the advisor is called Diego Gonzalez Cuenca and his boss is the one who did nothing, Raymundo López Avedaño, they don't give you the truck as they promise, I suspect that they are all the same, and later an Arlyn Torres contacts me for a survey that It never arrived, I had to give this comment a star to activate publishing, but they don't even deserve that, without further ado this agency is not recommended for services.

Terrible customer service, I bought a semi-new car and despite having a good advisor, its manager put obstacle after obstacle on anything, he never called me back, and when I called customer service, the manager sent me a message to stop talking and then It solved it for me and I was never able to make a complaint since they did not tell me where it should be

We had a great experience here! Fernanda was very helpful, working with my limited Spanish skills. Our Ford Transit converted-mobile-home had a recall, and they fixed it for no charge. It was a multiple day process, and they arranged it so that we could still sleep in our van overnight. The service here is great, very courteous, even as we spent allll day in the waiting area working on our laptops with our little dog. They even cleaned the van, which we hadn’t done since... ever.  A big thanks to the team!
