It took some time to attend us but I think overall good service and the workers here are pretty niece.

Ford Vista Hermosa Nuevo Laredo, in terms of service for the sale of units it is excellent, in the same way in maintenance by mileage, however, do not let the unit fail because they are terrible at diagnosis and obviously with very high costs, currently I have a problem with one of My two Ford units had a fault three months ago, for which I went to the agency for diagnosis, it was showing a fault code and after the diagnosis they requested to change all the spark plugs and coils, both things plus labor for $20K pesos which I did to avoid having later problems, 3 months have not passed and the truck has presented the same fault, (with the same code) when I went to the agency the response was that at this moment they are very busy and can receive the unit in 15 days, not like the previous time I was going to pay them the aforementioned amount for that if they had a lot of time available, in 15 days they will receive it to do a diagnosis again, frankly terrible service, normally I prefer to travel to Mty to carry out the maintenance of my two units for this type of service offered by Ford Vista Hermosa Nuevo Laredo.

What a bad service... it is the second time that I have left a truck in service and the brakes are not adjusted correctly and then they mention that "IT WAS CHECKED BEFORE DELIVERY AND IT BRAKED WELL"... This failure with which the units are delivered puts endanger people's lives... I think there are instances for these people to do their job well and respect the lives of their clients...

Nissan truck towed there because I was familiar and they had a collision center. Forgot they had quoted me $500 for a sonar sensor that was $12 and 5 minutes of labor. The price went from $3500 to $7000 overnight for storage(in the far back corner of the back lot). This after Ken Kachanski said he’d be fair as I’m LE.

Would not recommend this business whatsoever. So dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.

I'd like to thank Pierre and his undoubtedly all-star team for giving me the top-level service that is often promised by many others but is rarely seen. I dropped my car off for a stressful/major car repair that I had to go through due to a rough collision, but Pierre kept me updated throughout the repair and completed it expeditiously; I'm beyond delighted by the workmanship and professionalism of Pierre and his team that resulted in my car looking factory new.

From the parts' fit and paint, lighting, and the little surprise they threw in for me, I couldn't be happier. The rest of the auto service industry should learn a lot from Midway's team here, and I think a good example are the before and after photos of the job you'll see attached to this review.

6/19/23 - Took my truck in for some repairs they said it would be between 2 - 3 weeks. Said it would be ready 7/12/23. Got weekly  email updates "Everything on track for planned delivery date". On 7/12 - I called in and heard they are still waiting for the replacement door.

We had a great experience! They came out quickly to our home on Christmas Eve to replace two flat tires. We can’t express how much of a relief this was, not knowing that anyone would be open or available the day before Christmas. They were kind, informative, and very reasonably priced. We’d recommend them to anyone and will absolutely call them again if we should find ourselves in a bind!

In the time of an emergency On Time Mobile Tire really came through!  The service is open 24 hrs so when I called early in the morning my call was answered with urgency. Jay worked with me patiently to find my location and swiftly came to help with my vehicle.  The situation was handled quickly and I was back on the road! 38 foot motor home with a blowout stuck at the entrance of the rest area in Pascagoula. What AAA COULD NOT DO, this company did it. I was back on the road in 1 hr 15 mins. New tire, rim...it got us home. They don't play around. It was 110 degrees. Professional fast reliable. Bless these guys.

This is the best tire company around period! Jamarius was a God sent. He came to my site and fixed my tire problem quickly and efficiently. He made me feel as if I was a priority. He also educated me on several points about tires that often go overlooked. I had a great conversation with the man. If you are in need of assistance getting a tire fixed call On Time. A very peculiar agency lacks more conditioning to receive the cars, hours of quotations always change and the parts take time to arrive, otherwise it is fine, they need to grow. I like other agencies better than Volkswagen, among other things, it is worth mentioning that the financing is not they are very good

I came quickly to attend to an "inspec" sign and my namesake Eduardo attended to me promptly. He told me that my problem would be resolved in 30 minutes and he did it in 10!! Thanks for that

I chose the agency to repair a dent by the insurance company, they delivered my car with missing parts and with all the signs of working with doors open and with the radio on with burned parts of fabric in bad taste, the truth is where they had no supervision the operators of the workshop on the weekend and by the managers who do not show their face supporting the terrible service, abuse on the part of the workers who were really responsible for the quality of service. I will not return to the Tokyo South auto workshop never.
