Ford Vista Hermosa Nuevo Laredo, in terms of service for the sale of units it is excellent, in the same way in maintenance by mileage, however, do not let the unit fail because they are terrible at diagnosis and obviously with very high costs, currently I have a problem with one of My two Ford units had a fault three months ago, for which I went to the agency for diagnosis, it was showing a fault code and after the diagnosis they requested to change all the spark plugs and coils, both things plus labor for $20K pesos which I did to avoid having later problems, 3 months have not passed and the truck has presented the same fault, (with the same code) when I went to the agency the response was that at this moment they are very busy and can receive the unit in 15 days, not like the previous time I was going to pay them the aforementioned amount for that if they had a lot of time available, in 15 days they will receive it to do a diagnosis again, frankly terrible service, normally I prefer to travel to Mty to carry out the maintenance of my two units for this type of service offered by Ford Vista Hermosa Nuevo Laredo.

What a bad service... it is the second time that I have left a truck in service and the brakes are not adjusted correctly and then they mention that "IT WAS CHECKED BEFORE DELIVERY AND IT BRAKED WELL"... This failure with which the units are delivered puts endanger people's lives... I think there are instances for these people to do their job well and respect the lives of their clients...
