I visited this blow dry bar back in September for a wedding, great stylists, and there was nothing bad to say about the service.

However, they have been fraudulently running transactions on my card since. I got another charge for $70 today?! I confirmed with the card company that it was indeed H2Blowdry and not someone posing as them. H2Blowdry claims they know nothing.

Sketchy business practices to say the least. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I would not visit this business unless you want your card information saved without your knowledge.

Both Katee and Jada have done my hair and it was beautiful both times. Both are sweet and friendly.

Literally love the girls that did my hair and my daughters hair. The place looks super cute. Clean and well maintained. I’m very picky when it comes to my hair. And to have Jayda do my hair as requested she definitely hit the ball park on this one. Will definitely come back. 😍😍😍 thank you ladies

My wife and I got our hair and makeup done here for our wedding. The staff was amazing. I came in with several ideas for my hair and the hairstylist was able to take the parts I liked from each and make a hairstyle I loved. She worked well with my wife's curly hair. The makeup artist was awesome and easily adjusted to the fact that my wife and I don't typically wear heavy makeup while still making us look and feel special for our wedding day. Highly recommend.

I got my hair styled and my makeup done for my wedding. I was really pleased with the booking process. Everyone was very nice and I was in and out very quickly. My hair and makeup looked great when I left and I was so happy they caught my vision without having a trial appointment. Unfortunately my curls fell out in less than 2 hours and my false eyelashes came unglued in less than 45 minutes.

I've been coming here for years, and Susan, Jeff, and Izzy are outstanding!! They take excellent care of their customers and will do whatever they can to accommodate you if possible. Always an inviting atmosphere and professional services rendered. I will never go anywhere else. I'm always so glad to see sweet Izzy and her braces!!

This is the only nail salon I trust in the area. Susan and Jeff are absolute gems! Plus, as a disabled individual with a limited range of movement in my arm and hand, they are always so careful to not hurt me nor make me uncomfortable. This is always my go to recommendation when friends ask me where to get their nails done. The service is great, the prices are great, and the atmosphere is GREAT! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Really disappointed with our 1st impression of this place. Our usual place is closed for the holiday, so I looked around & after reading reviews figured we'd give it a shot. My husband and I walked in around 3:30 and the girl with braces & a Patrick (SpongeBob) shirt asked how she could help. I said we'd like 2 pedicures and she responds with a curt tone and replied with, "Actually, we only take appointments and we're all booked for the rest of the week", then looked down. Didn't offer to try and make an appointment for the next opening or anything like that. When I said "Oh, okay, thank you!", I got no response & had the feeling that we were completely unwelcome.

The door says appointments are preferred - and that walk-ins are welcome if a tech is available (which obviously is no problem if the techs are unavailable - but saying appointment only is different from what's posted).

Hopefully they can use this as a training opportunity to show there are ways to communicate that policy (or if they have a new, unposted 'appointments only' policy) with decent customer service moving forward. 🤔

Im from GA. And I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I called and arrived for a pedicure with gel polish. My toe nails were not cleaned and my feet were not buffed properly. What I received was a $25 job and was charged $70, really $80 bc I was so upset I left the change. I no longer wanted to be there. Oh and I couldn’t get a design either bc the person was not available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but if anyone deserves one, Radiant Nails & Tan does! I cannot say enough great things about this place! I used to live nearby and that's how I started going, but now I live much further away and will still make the drive over just to see them. Not only is their work top notch, but the customer service and entertainment is out of this world. I absolutely adore Tony, Jeff, and Susan!

Professional Hair Design

Drybar - Louisville

The girl running the front desk was not outright rude but needs to work on her fake smile. She gave off mean girl vibes and would whisper things to the stylist while they were working on your hair. Made me feel uncomfortable. There were four of us and we all got curls and braids and three of us had wash and blow out as well. The braid my friend got was a sad basic braid that was not worth the extra money at all and her stylist was not very friendly. My stylist was super sweet, I loved her, but my curls did not last very long at all. My other friend had a friendly stylist but specifically told the stylist  that while she has natural curls, she wanted more added to it and that she knows her hair will not hold curl if straightened and then re-curled. The stylist said she understood and then proceeded to straighten then re-curl her hair, ignoring everything my friend had told her. It all fell out almost immediately. We all had to redo our hair ourselves not even an hour later. My recommendation, don’t come here if you’re feel uncertain at all, the receptionist will only add to your uneasy feeling. If you do come here, just get a wash and basic blow out, they seemed to do great with adding volume but all other styling was very much not worth it. We all could have done it ourselves at home better and cheaper. Also, the place could use a good dusting and there seems to be no protocol for cleaning tools between clients.

Today was my first day at drybar and i was very nervous after reading some of the previous reviews but my anxieties were all for nothing when I came out with hair better than I ever expected. Kimi was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She was sweet to talk to & obviously knew what she was doing! Front desk staff was kind and welcoming as well. I will definitely be back :)

The staff is okay. My stylists are always very nice. But I've only had maybe two that have done a nice job on my loose natural curls.

This was my first experience at Louisville Drybar. I expected to be there no longer than an hour. (Says these appts are 45min). My stylist was still blow drying my hair an hour into my appointment. At an hour in I asked if we'd be done in another 30mins because I had to be somewhere. At that point the stylist was rushing to get my hair done and I feel like the final product could've been much better. My hair holds curl fine and she couldn’t get it to hold. I literally could’ve done this at home especially for this price. There was hair everywhere and I watched the girl next to me not clean her tools after just finishing a ladies hair, just put them back in the box ready to use again.  I watched 3 people who came in 30 mins after me leave before me.  Overall do not recommend.

I love drybar! The owner is the best, and the staff is very talented. The experience you get from the moment you walk into the door is top-notch!

KR Hair Studio

Sarah is absolutely wonderful with both color and style. I have very fine hair that most stylists I have had would find my hair difficult to color and cut correctly. She does both easily and I am always happy with results!

I loved getting my hair done by Cynthia! She did such a great job and provided the best experience and the best hair!

Amazing experience!! My mom, aunts ant sisters all came the day of my brothers wedding to get our hair done. Everyone had a great experience and loved their hair!! Cynthia worked on mine and I appreciated how she took time to make sure she was using products that would work with my hair and make the style exactly how I wanted! Even still the whole process wash to style took only about an hour! Highly recommend 🥰

I had never had a blow dry hair experience! Today I did it for the first time, I was a model for one of the girls and I absolutely do not regret it !! I loved this experience and definitely will be getting them done more often!! I left the salon very happy and beautiful!!

I have to jump on here a give a huge shout out to Pro do! I absolutely love this place! Not only is this my go to hair place but all the girls are the kindest sweetest people. I live in another state but come to Utah almost every month. I like the Lehi Pro Do Salon. Madeline is very talented and her blow outs are amazing. My hair will look good for a week.

I absolutely loved the experience with Anna!! She was very professional and good at what she does.  This was by far the best wax I've had and I've been getting them for years now. I LOVE it here! Everyone's always so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. My first time I had Anna and she was amazing, she's super sweet and makes you feel super comfortable and keeps you distracted from the pain, which I love. My second time I had Jennifer and she's equally amazing. She makes conversation the whole time to keep you comfortable and she gets EVERY hair 😭 10/10.

I am big on support a all black business. My first experience was wonderful they were very professional, communication skills were excellent. It was a very nice experience!! They helped me getting an appointment on a Sunday so I could be ready for my maternity pictures and I loved my curls. I will be coming back after the birth of my baby to maybe change the color of my hair. I super recommend it. The staff is super professional and welcoming.

This place has been wonderful. Wife had some medical challenges and was not able to use her right hand. As much as I tried to wash and blow dry her hair, it was the curling iron I had mega challenges with. Pro Do to the rescue. They all have been super great and very accommodating.

Julie and Gaby were awesome and gave me the perfect style for my event! They were professional and made it a wonderful experience. Allison continues to run such a great business! Can’t recommend them enough!

My daughter and I were in town for a convention and she got a blow out for the week. They got us in early in the morning and they did a great job! The website says that they open at nine but you can make reservations for earlier on their website.

30 Dec 2022 Michelle did an amazing job on my daughters naturally curly hair. She wanted it straight and Michelle made sure she gave her exactly what she wanted. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again.

AMAZING! Got my wedding hair done here, and she did the perfect job! Took her time and made sure the pieces we're all in the perfect spot! Cannot recommend them enough!!! 

Awesome atmosphere and hair feels amazing! I recommend going to Karen, she gives you a massage while she is washing your hair and overall leaves you looking good and relaxed. Highly recommend going ! ☺️

On Wednesday’s there’s a stylist that did an amazing job on my hair she removed my frizz and my hair lasted, yesterday morning a new stylist did ok on my hair but by the end of the day my hair was a frizz mess. Definitely will go back on Wednesday only . Will post names later gotta find the cards 😊

Karen was very nice, and made me feel very special and was able to manage my Puerto Rican thick hair. I was scared to come by but she didn’t disappoint, will be coming again
