Sanborns

Superior chain store in all of Mexico city. Clean bathrooms easy access,  highly trained staff, modern efficient like a small Macy's. Pharmacy and restaurant in all of them. Super baked goods. Some of the best coffee. I visit on every visit. My wife loves the clean bathrooms. I highly recommend, if your visiting Mexico. $$$ on clothes, TVs, etc. High end store and merchandise.

Was starving and had spicy shrimp soup.  Soooooo good!

Nice store where you can find any gift or stuff you want for anyone fashion as well as original, restaurant, grocery and more. Maybe they can improve customer service in the store, if they are responsible for each collection box, because in the absence of staff, the service becomes slow.

Excellent customer service! Perfume Associate Patty García was really helpful and direct us to the right fragrance!!! Love it 😍

I had lunch here.  Service and food we're great at a reasonable price.

Also, this was the only place I was able to find a full size Mexico City CDMX map!  Bought 2 just in case.  I think they were about 60mx.

I love this place! It's a variety of so many different stores all in one. If you need something check here first before going to any of the other nearby stores - Sears, Woolworth, Walmart.

The bulk chocolate and candy treats are just too... Tempting.

The only downside of shopping here is the air conditioning is usually off at rush hour, except for that you can find good stuff at reasonable prices,in our case the bakery is our preferred department

It is always good to be back to Sanborns. So many childhood memories. Great  Coffee and breakfast

It is a great place to eat, is clean, is comfortable waiters and waitress so kind and with a wide variety of meals. My complain is, the kitchen was a little slow and waitress so bussy I saw my waitress in a hurry, she was excellent bit too busy.

The food was very expensive, the salad wasn't fresh and the piña colada tasteless

Specific the restaurant area ! No the best service but no dad attitude! To low service terrible plated poor and far below him restaurant name.good taste but nothing special...
And it's more expensive than other branches.

It was sunday after 5pm and I needed with urgency a travel adapter(electrical plug), I was planning to go to Radioshack but it was closed, so I went to Sanborns and got what I needed. It must be said that Sanborns staff was extremely helpful.

Sanborns, the place you never have to leave, because they have it all here under one roof - a department store with a restaurant attached to it? Or is it a restaurant with a department store? Beats me, but with traditionally dressed waitstaff, homely dishes, and fast and professional service, come in and finds out for yourself

First, I like the good looking of the restaurant, its so fancy and the feeling being while eating is fantástic.
The servicie was excellent, averyone treated me and my family Just fine, with respect and se ven laugh a little bit
The food, it was excellent, personal y, I aleays morder molletes, Just because I lo e the, they seré fabulous, I loved everything.

I ate molletes with milanesa. This plate was delicious. The milanesa was tender and juicy, and beans were soft and seasoned.

Saw this place so I just come in to check it out. I pick out some chocolate to try out. Really like the service here and the chocolate is pretty good.

Nice place to buy last minute gifts. Like I did.

Their Enchiladas are good! Coffee is delicious! This location has a play area for children.

Smth I like about Sanborns is that.. the taste is almost the same no matter which one do u visit.  However, the attention may vary between POS.. It said the schedule was till 11, it was 9 when we arrived.. we were looking forward to order super fast.. once we had our meals, at least 3 different people were staring at us and pretty much asking 'politely' to leave the place... That was really rude to tell the truth since we paid just like everybody else!!

The food and attention is not bad, but we got a bad experience. They gave us a bad beverage.
Although the food is not bad, it's not particularly delicious. The service and attention is very good though.

The best

- enchiladas suizas are very good.

To improve:

- value for price. Quite expensive for the food you get.
- there was live music the day we went (sunday) and was quite loud. We were there on a family lunch and sometimes was tough to talk due to the noise

Staff is doing anything else but taking your order.

Very poor restaurant. I ordered a margarita en las rocas/on the rocks. I was brought a frozen one. The waiter said he did not understand my Spanish so he brought me this. He exchanged it for a frozen one with ice in it. He disagreed with me when I said this was not on the rocks. On the rocks means liquid over ice, not a frozen drink with ice in it.
The food brought to me was not what I ordered. I asked for my plate in Spanish and the waiter clarified with my partner who explained what he thought I wanted. Why he did not ask me is a puzzle.
This was not my first but rather my third bad experience with Sanborns cdmx over the years. Three times you are out!!

The good thing about this visit is that I confirmed that it doesn't matter which city it is, if there is a sanborns restaurant  the food will always be tasteless and pricey.
I don't know how they manage to make meals so bad.

Great chain restaurant to have some traditional Mexican food like Barbacoa, Carnitas and molletes that are awesome here

Food was delicious and authentic, clean, organized, friendly.  They have fresh squeeze juice of many different kinds.

I love the service and the fact of a Mexican wine

I dont like this place. Food is trash and some of the waitress are quite mean. No wi-fi signal (at least not strong enough) and not electrical outlets to connect your computer. They said they eliminated that "benefit" because some people use the electricity and dont buy even a chip. The air conditioning sucks too. I stayed there because I was expecting a client. It was a torture.

Too many unsupervised children running around.  Not adult friendly.  Food is okay but not worth sacrificing a peaceful adult atmosphere. Prefer Tok's.  At least one has choices to be in a "family" setting or adult only area.

Food is always good. Our party had enchiladas Sanborns, enchiladas en Mole, caldo Tlalpeño and all of it was good
