Modest store. They spend more time in security than in service personnel

Consisten service and food.  Nothing really amazing but a decent meal.  Free WiFi.

Awesome! The service was good, it was a bit busy so I can't complain. The food was good, the steak well prepared, guacamole fresh, the fruit fresh.

We left our big lense photo camera behind, an hour later we returned, they had found it and kept it safe for us. You guys are great, we didn't loose all the pictures we took that day of the pyramids and recovered out property!! Thank you!!!

High price for poor quality food, average service.

Sanborns is always a great place to stop for good Mexican food that has been slightly Americanized.  It has a nice store that has everything you could need from toiletries to gifts to take home with you. The food is good. Everything is very clean so you don't have to worry about getting sick from the food. It's one of the oldest and biggest restaurant chains in all of Mexico.

The food was delicious, and the menu had a huge variety.

The atmosphere is very nice tranquil and professional.

My only complaint is we had to ask our waitress for the same thing multiple times, and when I thanked her on the way out she did not even wave smile or respond in any manner.

I remember every Sunday my dad used to take us for breakfast!! Omg !! 50 years and still the same !! Love the shop in the entrance where u can pick up all kinds of things, even a pharmacy ! But again!! My favorite is the people !! Friendly staff! They make you feel so spoiled ! This is great treatments for clientele.... the foood !!.. fresh and good old fashion hand squeezed juices .. fresh bakery , etc...  if the a/c wound be cooker I would call it the perfect fun place for breakfast .. 💕💎💃. PS ... loved those fuschia piñatas ....

Amazing throwback department store. They had a great selection of everyday items, sweets, and a pharmacy. This location had beautiful art deco features as well.

Average restaurant... Free coffee refill... Mexican cuisine but just not any Mexican food.. I'll say better... They look like short on personal kinda slow service but waitress did their best! Right on waitress!! (Forgot your name)

Always take my foreign friends to Sanborns for enchiladas suizas. Everyone likes them!

Starbucks

The staff made mistake, over charged 8pesos, after found out that I was waiting on the line again to tell her, I was holding my kid, and the staff just let me wait and she started to make other customer’s sandwiches,then later she tell other staff to ask me what do I want, and the other staff started to make sandwiches too…

In the heart of Mexico City’s most glamour zone, Polanco. This is one of the spots in the city where you can get a great coffee. A little bit busy I would say due to the zone. Quite cozy and nice, bartenders are excellent hosts here and the music is smooth

Your usual Starbucks. The restroom odors are gross and all over the back of the shop.

Excellent staff and service. One of the very few Starbucks that have English speaking staff.

I have been coming here for the past two years when I visited Mexico City.  The food is normally very good and the prices are good for me.   This time, I didn't feel so great with my stomach.  I can't say for sure it was this place, and I wasn't going to mention until I saw another review having stomach issues after eating there. I want management to know as I own a bar, which also serves food. I'm concerned there needs to be a review with hygienic procedures. If I knew for sure I wasn't feeling well from eating there, I would have given a rating of 1.

Unfortunately this time I didn't have a good experience. I had a strong stomach infection due to one of the dishes I had, which is called "pozole".  I would avoid that dish if you can. Order something prepared at that moment. I was going to give them 1 star but it would be unfair for the employees that are very nice and friendly. Services is very good and it's inside a shopping center called Reforma 222. I never had an experience like this before, but there's always a first.

Absolutely delish! Sanborns restaurant is a MUST when you’re in Mexico! From the delicious and traditional food to the stellar customer service, you will not be disappointed. It came highly recommended to us -it was a smidge expensive for what was offered, but good. Blanca was a wonderful and caring waitress. The buffet is on weekends only -$12.50USD/person

I swear Sanborns is like the perfect Christmas store. Cosmetics, toys, chocolates, electronics, clothes and more!

Also they offer a gift wrapping service and they wrap so well. Check the picture and 👍

We went there for dinner. It is a nice restaurant (some tv screens not seem necessary) I had enchiladas suizas de pollo and my bf has gorditas. It was good and brought the left overs to the house. We share sopes which was fine, nothing really special. We enjoyed the place and the food was serve very fast after ordering.

A recent remodel has made this western Mexico City classic a great spot for a traditional breakfast or supper once again. Beautiful place decorated with pictures from the 20s that look more like an installation than wall decor.

Always great! You will find almost everything that you imagine! In the restaurant you have an excelent service and great food! Ask for the enchiladas suizas and molletes!

The service could be better, overall the store has almost anything you could need.

Walmart Supercenter

Has recently become my go to for all my shopping needs! Almost all grocery store prices are becoming out of control and having to make more than one stop when need other household items that 99% of grocery stores don't carry becomes a pain. Super Walmart certainly gets 5 stars from me with only 1 minor complaint. Wish they had better deli meats, and every now and then they're meat selection can be a little poor, but that can happen during busy times of he year anywhere. Don't have to worry about never finding parking either, they have a massive free lot.

Did my shopping on 27 November at 22:25 young man that was working at self checkout help me like 5 times forget his name but he did great job thanks 😊

We got followed around the store by a man with glasses, like he was expecting us to steal something. He then watched us at the self checkout. extremely creepy, takes his job too seriously, makes me wonder if he’s a stalker in his free time. the only positive thing about this entire store is the one nice hispanic greeter.

Nice clean store. People are pleasant. I don't understand the limit to buying gaming cards or gift cards. Especially with college starting!
If they are going to restrict his many gaming/Steam cards, there should be a label on the product.
I also prefer checking out with an actual person!! The self check outs are not fun 😊

Bathrooms are gross. They don't put out baskets. Customer service desk is never open. Registers never open, only self checkout. Management is obviously not capable of running this business. Richard Suarez the store manager is possibly the rudest, worst manager I've ever encountered. He is obiously over his head as I have witnessed him treating customers very poorly on multiple occasions.

It was a good experience.  The floor and pharmacy staff were kind and helpful. The store is clean. I didn't have the opportunity to eat. Therefore, I have no opinions about the bar or restaurant.

Nice restaurant/bar which is close to the airport and if you have a long time to wait for your flight you can stop by and don't have to spend huge amounts of money in airport restaurants.

Good service, waitresses were courteous and attentive.  Unfortunately our soups were not hot enough so we requested to get them warmed up. Food is flavor is above average. I'll recommend this place for quick and low price meal.

Good service and traditional food, I had a fresh orange/grapefruit  juice that was amazing, chilaquiles, with 2 over easy eggs arrachera tacos, and molletes, I was seating outside and we could see the planes pass by Hong Kong style and weather was perfect 🥰

Good for an average meal...not really good but affordable. Sanborns used to be a nice place and excellent restaurant, but now it's just average. So sad to see they just don't try to improve this nice place.

Ok it’s a Mexican diner BUT a must go, sit and people watch. Not the greatest food neither the greatest place, with that said, take some time and enjoy a drink or a seasonal dish. You can’t go wrong when out of options while in Mexico City.

Always do self check out, I'm able to put hundreds of items in my cart and remember/know to the penny the price listed on the shelf. Minimum 2 items out of 10 ring up wrong PLUS an employee constantly watching over like I'm stealing.  Kind of creepy but understand his position but not to the point of looking over my shoulder. Asking to see receipt when leaving is annoying BUT again, I understand. Don't understand when all my items are bagged but folks exiting before me have many items not bagged and not asked for receipt.  Empty store, walking and shopping NOT ONE employee says hello, good morning but the janitor always "hello and good morning SIR!" Ed is by far the very best employee. Always kind, helpful and doing several different tasks. Great GREAT employee he is!

I use their pick up for grocery shopping every couple weeks and they are great. They're reliable, on time, and I've never been missing items. The one time I *thought* they missed one, (it had fallen out in my car ) they were polite and offered to replace it right away.

It's a walmart there pretty much standardized. Service and expectations.

Warning to RV-ist and other people who are expecting to park overnight. They do not allow overnight parking they will tow.

This place is very meh! And I agree with the other person about self checkout 110% I honestly will wait in like 30 minutes before I get harassed at self checkout. It’s bad enough they ALWAYS have to check my receipt even after literally watch me check out with their cashier at their own register. I try to avoid going in there. I get it I’m not fully “white” but like at the same time, really? This has always been a problem here. Not to mention nothing is ever in stock. I actually had to stop buying milk there because it was ALWAYS bad no matter what expiration date.

Nicely stocked grocery section. Deli and bakery included.  Not too many registers open. Lots of assistance in self checkout.  Eyeglass center, garden center.  Drive up  order pickup,  for online orders.  Friendly staff.  Lots of handicapped parking.  In a strip mall  setting,  offering  a restaurant and about four or five other stores.
