Poor customer service. I found that janitorial members are not to be seen or heard by customer and that should use back door when leaving work area

They have a general number for several dealers.  It is hard to get an answer by phone. I have been waiting for thirty minutes and they still haven't respond.

They did a 1,5hour check on my camper van for free last febriary. Very nice of them!

The car was not delivered on the same day of the service and was not delivered washed on two occasions, it was barely serviced two weeks ago and now it has an antifreeze fluid leak, awaiting diagnosis to see if the warranty comes in, which I hope it does. since broken cooling hoses should be covered under warranty.

I leave the service and driving facing the sun I notice that my windshield is broken, I immediately return and ask the girl who attended me if it happened, even with my receipt from the previous inspection of the car with the windows intact. He reports that they will check the security cameras to see if I have broken it and that he will call me later to inform me, the call never comes so I speak on the phone for the service manager to inform me of what happened, he says that Rosy is walking out but that he will contact me as soon as possible, time passed and I decided to stop being a Honda client, this same service of almost 7,000 pesos and broken glass included, in other places I get less than 3,000 and the car works wonderful as always. IMHO, as soon as it's not required by warranty, look for a better place than this.

Bad service from the workshop staff. If it were not for the good attention given to the first contact personnel, I would not give them a single star because the after-sales service is not being met due to the poor attention they provide in the service area and that makes other areas look bad. and to the same COMPANY I hope that: THE MANAGER LEAVES HIS COMFORT ZONE and is more aware of the staff that do not attend to the satisfaction of the clients since the clients support all the businesses of which we also have the need to ATTEND. Although I don't quite agree that THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT, but in my case there are already two occasions when they have treated me as if I were going to ask them for alms and with an arrogance as if they were the owners of the company.

Very bad service, I have tried to contact spare parts two weeks ago, I left my data and all the information about the vehicle and it is the moment that I do not get any response, I think that the person in charge is not doing his job and it reflects very clearly on the user, who is the one directly affected by the terrible service. Had a great experience with all sales people/  personnel in the new cars dept!! My sales person in specific ,  Mr. Jesus Antelo went above and beyond my expectations!!    When  it came to the trade in part of it o had the worst experience as i understood that there was a new gal managing the place with absolutely no experience whatsoever .  The Director / Head Manager  wasn't any help when the complaint was brought up to his attention, and he himself has no customer service skills and le people person skills  , all he wanted to do is talk over me and comfort me with what he already had repeatively told me and had no way of making my point clear so I gave up  and had no other choice and walked  away.  While the rest of the personnel did an outstanding job in always making me feel welcomed with such great positive energy !  They approached me with great attitudes, and even though they had face masks 😷  you could sense their smiles.   Me. Jesús Antelo went the extra mile and i am greatful and thankful to still be able to come across people like him !!

This is the most expensive gas station AND mini mart in Palm Springs. Gas is OVER a dollar more per gallon than everyone else and cigarettes are over 2 dollars more than everyone else. It is a blatant rip off taking advantage of folks visiting Palm Springs. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Plenty of gas stations within a mile or two of this one. SHELL is an obvious rip off with the prices they charge. Spend your money with someone else. Taking advantage of people isn't good business. Ridiculously overpriced on everything they sell.

Rip off!  100 bucks for a smog check because my car is a 1999?  Charging more for people with less money is LAME.  Shame on you.

Don't come here bad service kinda racist.

Bought four ties here in 2015. Had to replace yesterday with 15,000 miles wear.  Sidewalks were cracking.  The garage I had inspect the. Showed me the tires were manufactured in 2004 and 2006.  This means they were already 9 and 11 years old before being sold to me.  The current manager said it is not his problem. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said he would not give me a name and I would have to find out for myself.  Would you do business with such a place? I will not any longer.

Do not go here. Put the wrong VIN on my smog check and cost me an extra day at the DMV. Did not apologize. Unprofessional and unreliable
