Bad service from the workshop staff. If it were not for the good attention given to the first contact personnel, I would not give them a single star because the after-sales service is not being met due to the poor attention they provide in the service area and that makes other areas look bad. and to the same COMPANY I hope that: THE MANAGER LEAVES HIS COMFORT ZONE and is more aware of the staff that do not attend to the satisfaction of the clients since the clients support all the businesses of which we also have the need to ATTEND. Although I don't quite agree that THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT, but in my case there are already two occasions when they have treated me as if I were going to ask them for alms and with an arrogance as if they were the owners of the company.
Very bad service, I have tried to contact spare parts two weeks ago, I left my data and all the information about the vehicle and it is the moment that I do not get any response, I think that the person in charge is not doing his job and it reflects very clearly on the user, who is the one directly affected by the terrible service.
