Only come here if you absolutely have no other option. Place is a joke and whoever manages this store needs to step it up. Horrible customer service, online information is not correct and up to date, bathroom was filthy. I could go on and on… QT is a way better option if you can wait and don’t mind the drive.

This rating is for fuel prices. It’s insane to see the price of diesel almost $1 more than anywhere in Arizona. Not even in Scottsdale is diesel this expensive. 5.79 when down in miller at the QT you get it for 4.69 and better service. Hot food etc.

Need to update everything online! My wife went miles out of her way to go to this shell just for it to be closed when it says it's open online!

Unkempt store always dirty. Always out of fast hot food to eat.  Coffee is horrible. Warning if you have a chip in your credit card and it doesn't work they will not let you swipe card to pay for it, even though the card reader says swipe card.  Cashiers are not very friendly.  I pass by there at least once a month and nothing ever changes always the same experience.  Don't recommend stopping there if you don't have too.

I'm sorry but for the location this place is not kept up to par! Always dirty, torn beat up signs. The past couple of times their pumps were not accepting cards! Im not leaving my kid in the car to go inside to pay. The car wash is a nightmare. And whoever trains the staff is not training them... no one has a legitimate answer. It's either "I dont know" or "the manager isn't here".  This place has so so much potential. Might be clean to some...on the inside. The outside is neglected! Update your signs, carwash, computer system or internet service.  You guys are over priced and for the company it is I'm sure they have funds to step it up! Visit a QT one day. Just saying.

The service of all the cars is very expensive, I drive 3 different types of chevrolet and it is super expensive apart from the fact that they tell you a price at the beginning and at the end they take more money from you even for something stupid

Terrible service. In 2021 I bought a 2022 Aveo and it was supposed to be new: it was delivered to me with the back seats all dirty and there was garbage in the glove compartment and it had 373 km. already traveled.
I complained to them and they told me that I had brought it with them as a CD. Juarez. And since I had already signed all the papers, I was already excited. The seller, Francisco Molina Vazquez, was kind while he carried out the sales process, then he washed his hands. I am super sorry for having bought with them and they are very unfulfilled in their services. In short, they sold me a USED car for the price of a NEW one.

CBD is none refundable, ok well… what if you hit it and it is not working???

Been going here for as long as I can remember. Went for an emissions test today on a car that had not been driven in 9 mos. Car needed to be driven in order to pass. The owner told me to go drive awhile and bring it back even if it was after closing time. I brought it back, he opened, reran the test. I passed. Great customer service!

Great Shell station that includes a small convenience store, good quality touchless car wash, and drive-thru emissions inspection.  Emissions inspections are available pretty much any time the station is open.  Long time owned by a friendly family who gets to know you the more you come.

Great gas station and super friendly people! Habib has always been very helpful and kind as well as his wife and kids. Emissions, gas, wash, and store are all my go to!

Pumps don't read the credit cards consistently which requires you to go inside. I don't like the inconvenience of going inside, standing in line, and then waiting on the slow credit card system to process my payment. This happened to me three times. No thanks, there are many other choices out there for gas.

This place has turned into a dump! Garbage everywhere, potholes in the pavement and numerous pumps that don't work or are the slowest pumps you will ever use. The guys that run this place are clueless.

Always a good price, but don’t stop if you’re in a hurry. I’ve never had a pump that goes so slowly. Still standing here writing this review, still waiting… Only 4 gallons so far… This is ridiculous.

This place was taken over by corporate a couple of years ago because of the terrible service level.

They remodeled and apparently franchised it again.

Went there tonight to gas up and buy some ice. In the entire gas station not one single squeegee.

Went inside to buy ice - no ice either.

Complained to the attendant and he told me don't come back again.

Went to QuikTrip gassed up purchased ice and cleaned the windows. Quik Trip was sick busy while Shell was empty.

Great location!! Best & lowest gas prices in the area . Staff are friendly & nice .I come here often & will continue. Thank u for your services.

Gwinnett Place Body Shop

I want to say thank you to Stuart, Mike, and front desk for all the hard work and communication. My car was hit by rock and created multiple damages on the passenger side. Since I had to go out of country and relocate to different state after coming back, I left my car key with Mike before I left. They did a great work fixing my car. However, my insurance company was not compensating them for fair amount of labor hours especially for feather prime and block. And I am very thankful that Stuart tried so hard to fight with my insurance company and even shared the information with me with what was going on. Thank you everyone for working so hard!!! And it’s time for me to switch insurance…

Every time I want an estimate from this company it's an issue. The last time it was a 2 weeks waiting list really just for an estimate? Now they want you to make a appointment. I'm done doing business with this company.  I went around the corner to a competitor and it took all about a few minutes. Gwinnett Place body shop work is good if you can ever get your car in.

The staff was friendly and communicative with me and insurance.  The work they did was quality.  My car was freshly cleaned when I picked it up and that made me happy.

If I could give zero star I would. They are very unorganized and wouldn’t give me an estimate so I could give to my insurance. Also my insurance tried contacting them, but they wouldn’t answer for days. Also they submitted the supplement request late so I couldn’t even receive it. They told me around how long it’s going to take to fix it, but it took them more than 2 months extra to fix it. DONT GO HERE

I really wish I was able to put a negative star. They way my family was treated while car was in the shop for over 5 months. Not only was my car not fully fixed and repaired.. this shop put used parts on my car. The day we finally got it, our wheel was making a such a loud sound that I called the administrator at the front desk at shop, she asked what is that loud noise.. I told her that it was the car. She said I will have someone call you back. No one ever called back.. They don’t answer their phones either. My family could have been seriously hurt if the wheel fell off! Then we almost had an accident , because the tire they put on was used, that the tire was literally bald and ripped on the highway. I will NEVER take my car here.. and reporting them to BBB!!

Mall of Georgia Ford Body Shop

I came in on a Saturday to drop my vehicle off for repairs. Before I could even step out of my vehicle I was greeted/welcomed by Bryan. Bryan's greeting wasn't just about what he and his shop could do for me. I promise it felt as if I had spoken to him many times before about random things that we've both always been mutually interested in. The process of getting your car into the shop would literally take anywhere from 2-5 minutes if you don't find yourself lost in a conversation about cars or sports. Bryan told me he'd take care of my car and he did. My car was done in a week due to my damage. I knew the damages would be taken care of with no problem but I what I was most concerned about was a paint match. I was told there's nothing they can't handle and they proved they aren't all talk. You will receive a text message alerting you of the processes your vehicle is going under during its repairs. After picking up my car I could't tell it was ever hit. These folks have experience! From the drop off to the pick up you will feel good about your choice of shop to deal with. I told Bryan I'd be back when needed and I meant that. You guys made a friend and fan of me!

Travis and the men that worked on our roll off dumpster truck collision repair did a great job. They worked until 8 PM on a Friday to get it done. Travis the manager washed our truck personally and test drove it before we left to make sure everything was working properly. The  exceptional service we received is a rare thing anymore. Thanks fellas!

Ashley was rude and unprofessional. When I went to pick up my 15 Escape I noticed a couple things not right about it and she tried to tell me it was fine even though I showed her what was wrong. The glass was not put in the hatch correctly and I pointed it out to her and her only response was "Well are you taking the car or not". All she cared about was getting the car off the lot, not if we were happy with the repairs. She never once apologized or or acted liked she cared about a happy customer only with us taking the car so they could be done with it. The major repairs were satisfactory but the small details and customer service was a major let down. If you go here don't deal with Ashley.

So i brought in my service van to have a side panel repaired. When i arrived to pick up my van the front desk staff was fantastic, as they were through the entire process, and was super impressed at the repairs that were made.

Now the complaints. When i brought in my service van it was messy. tradesmen you know how hard it can be sometimes to keep your van clean, so i hope you empathize with this, but the cargo portion of my van was covered in dust. not a light dusting, but like a flour bomb went off and nothing was done to clean it out. I used 2 tanks of nitrogen to blow out the dust as soon as I got off site. this could have easily been remedied with 5 min and an air compressor.

2) they did a decent job cleaning the interior of my cab, but they did an aweful job with my windshield. as a result of that my dash cam was no longer hanging under my review mirror, but pushed to the far right corner and the wires that were neatly hidden under the roof of my van were now pulled down and pushed to the side. After a quick clean with some windex i was able to get everything back to the way it was before i brought it in.

3) the tip of my gear shift is missing. how this comes off and how it was missed are beyond me. I choosing to believe it was missed and they didnt just ignore it instead of taking the time to do the right thing. Now they did work with the parts department to get me the part, but its the wrong part and i need to get it resolved.

4) now here is the kicker: my windshield fluid lines are now loose. I drove my van for a LONG time before i brought it in. I know that those lines were not leaking. Now the passenger side leaks just infront of the passenger tire and the drivers side has a very weak spray and leaks just behind the tire.

Emily was fantastic to work with!  They were able to get my repair knocked out within 4 days of NTP from our insurance company and the communication along the way from Mall of GA Ford exceeded my expectations! I would take any of our vehicles here regardless of make/model!

When my car came at the indicated time, the advisor was not ready, it was a simple oil change, terrible service from the mechanical workshop, I would not buy a Honda again just because I had to take it to this dealership in Monclova, in previous services They haven't done anything about the police and they grabbed a cell phone charger from inside.
