Gas station closed. be back in 10 mins. It's now 25 mins. Not away to run a business.

I need a receipt for my employer for gas in the company car.  The machine never prints one; I always have to go inside to get it.  When the inside is closed this presents a problem.  This has gone on for over a year.  Why can't the machines be fixed to print receipts?

Hate to give a 1 star. Arrived to this station at 7pm on 12-4-22. The doors was locked and the clerk leaving with her puron her shoulder. What I've noticed about this town is EVERYTHING closes early or the inside of the establishments are closed and only drive thru are open. People seem to Not want to work. Wow!!!

I bought gas at this gas station 2 days ago, my vehicle is still in the shop it pumped me a tank full of water. The guy who owns the store refused to get me a rent a car when asked so I’m stuck walking until further notice. I just can’t wait  for Monday morning to come around so I can call Shell’s main office to file a complaint with his “ Shell” named store and get ahold of legal aid and see what further steps can be taken. Unless you feel like walking for a few days I wouldn’t EVER buy gas from here. Only reason I give one star is because I had to 🥴

Not a very friendly establishment! My fiance's work van broke down in the parking lot after purchasing gas. Unfortunately he had forgotten to bring his cell phones that day, he had left them in the car at work. When he asked the station attendant if he could use the store phone to call for help he said no. I mean seriously!? luckily a nice lady had over heard the conversation and let him use her cell phone to call work so they could send a tow. Belle Chase Shell station you guys suck!

Went in to see if chicken was good. I would eat this chicken over any brand name places. Cook well,just the right amount of spice. The gentleman who helped me explained the differant amounts and prices. Will definately go back.

My experiences have always been welcoming and their chicken is tops. Yes have had problems at pump but reported inside and just moved to another pump. Maybe those who go in with a bad attitude (which isn't a excuse) is why it seems employees are rude

Damned towel heads have no gas and won't put up signs or turn of the fuel displays... Then they want to argue with you ..

Lots of room in parking lot.  Excellent " gas station" chicken.  Reminds me of being in the south. Cashiers are friendly

Never been her, gave it a try. At 11:30 am on Sunday no sides were ready, I really wanted a side with my chicken. Got 3 pieces and a biscuit for 7.55, kind of expensive since you get no side with it. I would of paid for a side but again they weren't ready so here I sit eating chicken knowing I'm still gonna be hungry. The biscuit was small hard and crunchy and to sticky with honey and overdone. Most likely won't go back.

This was the very best car wash experience! My car didn’t fit, so the nice fellow got a ladder, took off the box, I went through the wash, snd then he put the box back on. Could not have been nicer and my car is shiny and clean

They have good candy and drink selections.

Google maps shows they have a RV dump station. I called and the said they do not have one. The info on that sight is wrong. Mike was helpful and friendly. I am happy I called before going there.

They keep running out of gas.
Went back there the other day and ran into major problems with joey and his manager Lisa. First had a problem with the pump not wanting to work. And when I told Joey about it, he did nothing about it but go in the back room. And then I found out later. Lisa was in the bathroom for the last 25 minutes. Ask to speak to a regional manager name. And they would not give Out His' phone number. Nor would they take mine so I could call him. Contacted the corporate office of shell and they took the complaint and then did nothing with it. I highly highly highly recommend the Circle K across the street. It's funny, they're always busy. And this shell is dying slowly because of the Is lack of customer service.

The customer service is decent, but the fountain drinks are overly and unjustifiably expensive. The place also seems outdated. We will stop there for gas if we are in a hurry and don’t want to wait in the line at Costco. The owners need to liven up the place a little and put smiles on the staff.

This location has plenty of modern pumps on their fuel islands and their pricing is always competitive and often lower than others. The convenience store itself is maintained just okay. The car wash is a bit pricey for the quality but nice to have in the neighborhood for a quick cleaning. However their outside payment processor machine is extremely difficult to read especially with the sun shining on the bleak display and it should give change when you pay cash...I ended up paying $10 for a $9 wash. I'm certainly glad I didn't insert a $20 bill! Ha, ha 😄

Very good service and attention, and the purchase of accessories is fast. The bad thing is that they did not want to check the new car that they had just given me because of some noises that it brought, it has been a while and the noise still has it, and the mechanics outside the agency do not give me confidence because they have told me different things every time I take it in for inspection.
The noise it brings is from the brakes.

The place is very good, the latest models are shown and the people who serve are very friendly and have a service attitude.

Now the service is more friendly and knowledgeable, they don't make you give the service to forces c/6m

The service was fast, but the cleaning of the car left a lot to be desired, it was not vacuumed and the windows were stained

Um.. you guys really need to update the phone number. Its wrong on google and on your website. Its the number to some random guy's cell phone. I can only imagine how many calls he gets.

The worst. I hoped this place was going to replace our overcrowded circle k, but it won't. These con artists mis advertise prices and not one screen prompt in the store or on the pumps has worked since they opened. Only good thing is the friendly staff.

Very clean and nice. Cheap fountain drinks too!
