Let me preface this review by saying that I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership. However, I do let them perform the service maintenance on my car because they are cheaper than anyone around. They are also some of the nicest people I have met in the car service industry. Today was no different. I go in for an oil change and brakes (with an appointment). I am normally in and out pretty quick with an oil change. Their lift ended up malfunctioning, which ended up getting fixed shortly after, but it delayed the wait time naturally. My service advisor, Amanda, kept apologizing for my wait, which was no problem for me as I had no urgent plans. She finally came in and told me that she was loaning me a vehicle for the afternoon so that I wouldn’t have to continue to wait. When I returned for my car once it was finished, she informed me that she also gave me a discount on my bill for the inconvenience. For me, the inconvenience would have been if they had acted like my time wasn’t valuable, but they didn’t. I would’ve continued to wait all afternoon if need be due to their hospitality alone.Again, I have never bought a vehicle from them, but they treat me like I have bought 10. It truly does not matter who you are or how much business you have given them. They treat everyone with professionalism and respect from what I have seen and I will continue to give them my business.

We had trip plan for fall break! 2 days before leaving for the trip ! Our truck started acting up and the check engine light was on! I call Bo at James O’Neal!  He said they couldn’t get to me right away they was back up ! I was telling him we had trip planned for my granddaughter fall break! He asked me if could bring in morning he take care of it ! Writing this endearing review to give props to the outstanding and thoughtful customer service and assistance I received by Devin who was a huge blessing in a time of vehicle servicing need.

I went into fill up, and also noticed my tire light was illuminated. I pulled over thereafter to the servicing department and this charming young man (Devin) offered his invaluable assistance.

He checked my tire, confirmed that it was low, put some air in it and offered some sound and practical advice on how to proceed with purchasing another tire which I did elsewhere immediately.

Although I have roadside assistance wisdom averted having to utilize and pure happenstance that the light came on at that exact moment and I got the service I needed and then some which was extraordinary!

Shell, please know what a wonderful employee you have in this young man who was warm, endearing, empathetic, professional and knowledgeable as his invaluable service/assistance alone gave me the security I needed to make it home on a wing and coupled with a little prayer of which I am deeply grateful for.

The store is very.diverse. great for snacks,  lunch, drinks and convenience items. The car wash does a great job. The access is a little challenging so proceed with caution.

The tires on my Tesla were low and there was no air machine in the area.  I pulled up to the service station and they filled up my tires for free.  The manager was very friendly and helpful.  They refused payment for the service and I was impressed enough by their courteousness to leave this review.

I’ve taken my van to Gulf State since I bout my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan from them. There’s no one I trust more to work on my van to continue to keep me safe on the road. There first priority is to the customer and making sure there Knowledged before leaving there facility. There work is top notch and have never taken advantage of myself. Shout out to James. He’s always been there for me when I needed to ask a question over the phone. Always been there for me when I was on a jam.

Really Good People Work Here, Todd Was A Really Big Help For Me As They Equipped My Vehicle With A Mobility Hitch For My Mobility Vehicle With Ease And Was Fast And Neat. They Also Assisted My Mom With Two Batteries For Her Scooter As Well. I'm Really Impress With Their Style And Great Service, Thanks.

Recently went through the process of purchasing a van with Superior Van and had an excellent experience! CJ and the staff at this location were all very friendly and helpful. CJ and staff made the whole process really easy and were very accommodating. CJ was willing and able to answer any questions I had. I received my van a lot quicker than expected and am very pleased with it. Highly recommend checking out Superior Van in Montgomery if you are in the market for an accessible vehicle!

Installed left foot accelerator on second vehicle. Great service and very pleased with them since 2016. 2009 Hyundai SantaFe both times. Perfect install and very neat looking. Looks like came from factory!! Latest one was June, 2022. Very nice waiting area too if wait on simple installation like mine was. Extremely clean and friendly.

Not that impressed with Super Pumper that closes at 8pm on Saturday evenings. I was shoo’d away by the cashier and told not to come back until 6am. When asked if this was a one time occurrence or new hours she said, “it is today, today is the day the hours are like this” …. Cool, I’ll go next door to Circle K

I think the manager Alex and one of the customer service reps Dee are amazing. They are always friendly and looking for ways to make sure you have a good experience. They are honestly some of the best customer service folks I know. I fill up here regularly both gas and propane.

A cashier is a ripoff, tackes on money to your credit card but doesn't give it to you, but she talks to you like a friend, has you looking one way, like the movie The Sting!!! Karma's coming!!! Keep watching I'll be posting every day.

PLEASE go here if you want to be called “gross” for not having ALL THE MONEY in the world for gas. my boyfriend needed gas after work around 4/4:30 and this was the closest gas station to him. he stopped and grabbed all the money he had went to the cashier and tried to pay for his gas. For some reason she rolled her eyes at him, called him “gross”?? and threw a fit because he had to pay with a few quarters and dollars. living paycheck to paycheck is not easy so please don’t make it any harder.

Do not give them your money. Very poor service. They stole me 4 carwash  I paid in advance and they close services whenever they want. Don't waste your time and money, the manager doesn't care about clients concerns, they laugh if you ask for customers service. This place is going down.

Today was my second visit getting my oil changed at this location. I just pulled up no appointment. The Service was first Class and very timely. They didn't try to sell me anything or up sell me. I was given a complimentary  car wash after oil change. I'm a Happy camper. Thanks  guys.

You need to upgrade your services on your website. I tried to see if you do oil changes or fluid checks no where on your website does it advise that.

This gas station is so close to my work but more than half the time I stop to get gas, there’s an issue at the pump. The computer is down, or otherwise won’t take payment, or I can only go inside to pay. It’s so disappointing to have to go to another gas station.

The location is convenient but chaotic. The prices for gas are competitive. But SKIP the car wash! It does a lousy job and costs too much. Inside was clean and the clerk was pleasant.

Gas prices are ridiculous right now.  Not sure that's shell's fault. I stopped for gas, inside was clean and I noticed a large selection of wine bottles and a seating area outside. Not suggesting drinking outside just an observation. The cashier was nice and explained some specials on free tobacco w purchase of tobacco. Jackson's is definitely a decent gas station... also has air/water/carwash!

The pumps don't work-the credit card readers are jammed with physical barriers and the select buttons don't register your selections. They have a semi parked in front of the air machine for over 15 minutes. Had to go elsewhere for gas and air.

I don't love the location, it can be kind of hard to maneuver back out to Tatum/Deer Valley.  The staff is always friendly if you have to go inside and they have clean restrooms.  The carwash is open limited hours and is old.

Easy place to fuel up at before leaving town. Not always clean, but not not gross either.

Best car wash. Self serve, Touch free!! No belts, no brushes to scratch your paint. $10 max.

Updated to two stars only because the car wash actually worked and did a good job but mind blowing I wasn’t able to get gas at the pumps via card at night.

MANY EXPIRED BEERS!! I purchased beer here, but when I opened one at home I noticed it was flat and had chunks floating in it. I took the beer back and although they did exchange it for a different beer that was less expired, they initially said they did no exchanges and seemed to know the beer they had was expired. The beer I took home in exchange is also expired and flat.

This place has a beer that’s hard to find so I always stop after work…or try… 9/10 times within the last 3 weeks, I arrive around 7-8pm and there has been a sign saying “using restroom, back in 5” or “cleaning restrooms and floors, back in 10-15”

I have waited the full 5 minutes and 15 minutes before and it has taken long enough for me to leave since they exceeded time.

I just want to make sure it is known that this doesn’t feel like how the business is supposed to be run and something should change if more money wants to be made. Doesn’t affect me though so that’s on whoever wants to do something about it.

Employees should work while at work, and then when the day is done, lock the doors and finish the cleaning.

Do NOT get your car washed here. The spray bars do not rotate to clean the front and back of your car. I alerted the attendant so they could put in a work order to have it fixed. I was told that they've known that its been broken. In fact they have known it has been broken for an ENTIRE YEAR. They say that there are no parts available to fix the machine, but yet they still take your money. My issue is that they are allowed to charge unsuspecting customers FULL PRICE for a substandard car wash and they don't care. Meanwhile, I thew away $8 and my car is not clean. This is very bad business. I will never go back.

It’s a gas station. I get my gas here. The price has always been the same at the pump as on the sign. On the occasions that I go in to get a drink, they had what I wanted.

Stopped by to grab some gas. First pump accepted my card and was ready to pump, but when I pulled the handle nothing happened. Talked to the cashier, she said to try a different pump. So I moved to another one (which was difficult -- nearly half the pumps were already 'out of order') and tried again. I ran my card and it said 'please see cashier', so I went in and prepaid. Went back out and the handle still wouldn't actually start the pump. I went back in and told the cashier, and she went to get her manager. The manager checked the fuel tank readout inside the store, said the underground tank had gas, and said he had no idea why it wasn't working. He asked me if I would mind paying for a higher grade fuel, which I wasn't willing to do. So he told the cashier just to void the transaction and refund my prepaid amount. He didn't even bother leaving the store to investigate the pumps themselves. I ended up having to find another gas station nearby that had working equipment and a manager that actually cared about my business. Avoid this dump.

Bait & switch! Price at the pump ($2.89) is higher than the posted price on the street signage. Go to Circle K north of the fwy; better prices with no gimmick.

I stopped in here a few days ago for a beverage & some lottery tickets. It appeared to be clean and the employee was very friendly. I read the previous reviews and laughed at the customer who bought a cancer causing item and was irritated it was expired (or past its "best by" date as most things have changed to) as if that should be the main concern. Buyer beware, always check dates as some items are maintained by vendors and not the retailer. As for the review complaining about "switch & bait" and posted photo of street sign, I suggest next time they read above the posted gas price where it basically states you have to buy a car wash to save 10¢ per gallon. Some people only see what they want to see.

This place has false advertising. They will advertise a price on the street that is cash only price but there's no signs at all that say cash only. this is very misleading on their gas prices and unethical business practices. I will report them to shell.

“Big Os” cause they get Over on you in big ways. I purchased a Truck from this lot for $6800, got to drive it for two days and now the rolling shell has been in my garage for the past month because i’m having to get the motor rebuilt. I tried to call when the truck first broke down (2 days after purchase) and was told, “Lemme see what i can do for you and i’ll call you back.” However, i never heard back from them. This is definitely a “few miles off the lot” kind of car lot. They fix things to run well for a test drive and/or a little longer, but rest assured something will go wrong with ANY used vehicle you buy from these con men and scam artists.

The worst or might've been a bad day or cause it was close to closing but none of that matters we bought a 2011 gmc terrain 6 Months ago guess what motor an transmission both are trash still 10,000 in the hole an they say there's nothing they can do then say they don't even have a mechanic that's even willing to check it out. But the owner said "Well we just had the same issue with another customer a few months ago" I wish someone would've warned me smh!!

I bought a 94 road master in  June of last year. I also bought a 97 town car in September of last year. I had one issue with the Lincoln that was addressed  quickly. Both cars are fine. I realized when I bought them that they are not new cars they are not warrentied. It is the buyers resposibility to check the value of a car they are interested in. It is up to the buyer to decide if what the dealer is selling is worth the price that is being asked. I am reading a lot of reviews about this dealership complaining about the prices. I feel I paid a fair price for what I got. Some people feel like if they pay $4000 they should get a  car in new condition. That's not very realistic. Do some research. There are many choices and no shortage of dealerships. I am happy with my choice that I purchased two cars from Big O. -Jonathan

Update: It's been over a year with my vehicle and she's still running strong.  I've had to make some repairs made but nothing that's not going to happen with age that could have been forseen when the car was purchased. I definitely don't regret my purchase!

Just purchased a 2001 Xterra SE from these guys! It's a wonderful vehicle, and is in very nice condition.  Even has a much nicer radio than originally came with the vehicle, as well as a hitch!
-The staff was super nice and accommodating, and they are willing to negotiate, which is a big plus.  I found the car I wanted, and took it for a test drive, and fell in love. I couldn't buy it that day and said I would come back the next day and purchase it.  I asked if they would be willing to hold it for me until the next day and they said they would, but just in case I gave 300 just to be sure, and they counted that towards the car purchase.

- I came back the next day  paid, filled out the paperwork (which took about 25 minutes) he printed me the temporary tag, gave me the keys and I was on my way! I don't know if they do this for everyone, but they did give me a gas card as well.   It was a great experience!

-The one thing I do suggest is go and actually look at the cars they have before talking to anyone. When I first went in they told me I they had nothing in my parameters, and when I went out just to see if there was anything close, there was more than they had first said, not too much of a problem just go look before giving up and leaving. They do finance but I paid all up front so I don't know how they do theirs.

Drove all the way from Alabama since a friend recommended that we see the lot. Website showed numerous cars and wrong Mileage readings the old guy kept saying oh it was posted months ago and they been moved around a lot well seems they move them Everyday even when there closed for the mileage to be 1000 miles off.
Cars aren’t worth the price when the mileage is high can go to a dealership and pay the same price for low miles
