WARNING! This company has NO integrity. They stole 452000 from me and it's been well over a month of them saying they will refund it and they have not. I bought a used car from them and they screwed everything up. It was not clean when I got it.. as promised, didn't have an oil change, the list goes on. I'd run like hell.. go buy your car somewhere else.

New car, Toyota Yaris S, let's see after few months of exploitation, so far, so good. After 6 months waiting for Corolla Cross... Sales process was good, small details like service book (too small to fit documents) could be better, no plastic protection around tires, not sure if it's OK. Waiting for respond from Toyota. Rest is super nice.

We were going to buy a new RAV4 Hybrid - until we read the reviews. I do not trust this dealership. I have had 3 experiences with them. The first was 8 years ago when we brought our RAV4 in for service. They said it would take about an hour. We sat in the agency for 3 hours and saw that our car was never even looked at. We finally left.  The second contact was to ask how long it would take to receive a RAV4 Hibrido. We were told 5-6 months.  Two weeks later we went into the dealership to ask about a different RAV4 and we were told it would take 3 months to receive, but if we bought the (more expensive) Hybrid, it would only take 1 month to receive. It is obvious they just wanted to get our deposit. How could it be a 5-6 month wait and then suddenly be only 1 month?  I don't trust anyone at this agency. Run away. Buy anywhere else.

They try to rip you off. Go to another toyota dealer. Cancun has much better service. Dont trust these guys. They will charge you for repairs that are not necessary. Estafa. Alonzo and maria fernandez 👎

My girlfriend bought a car and was told it would take 3 months…it took almost 9 months to arrive but that was not why I wrote the review…apparently there were world delays.

However when it arrived they said they needed paperwork with bills the same address however the bills are slightly different so they will not accept. Again not why I wrote the review.

When my girlfriend asked if she could get a refund before paying again in her own name (before was under business name) they said if she doesn’t pay now, before being refunded they will give her car away to someone else.

That’s an unacceptable way to do business.

Won’t go again until they get new pumps. Every time every card I have is declined at the pump, very frustrating. Otherwise I like it more than other ones in the area but what’s the point if I cannot purchase gasoline.

Amazing how good at price gouging they are.  Some items are double their normal price.
Don't expect to see a regular clerk unless you go there in the middle of the night. They seem to run through people very fast.
There are better stations in the area, done wasting my money here.

Friendliest staff at any gas station around! You feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Good prices on goods, conviently has a car wash and doggy wash in same parking lot, plus it's right of the 95!

Why is their oil change place only open until 5pm? Who are their customers? Most folks work until 5pm!! You can't scoot over after work for an oil change, since it closes AT 5pm. Why not open at 9am (instead of 8am) and stay open until 6pm? Are you really that busy from 8am - 9am? I think you would be surprised how much more business you would have if you changed your hours. Once people know your new later hours, you'd be packed from 5:15 - 6pm! Until then, looking for another fast oil change place near Augusta that I can go to regularly.

Nissan Cozumel

Sra. Rosy will make buying your Nissan very enjoyable. They also have a service center. I have personally used the service department.  It was very good.

I have a 2006 Nissan Murano. I took it there to be worked on.   I was told that that all my problems that were discussed were taken care of. After paying high dollars I picked up the car and it still wasn’t fixed. When we went back they lied to us.  Their service department and customer service is horrible.  Nissans are such a great automobile to own. It doesn’t do anyone good if it can’t be serviced locally. I am done with the Cozumel dealership.

Christian at Nissan Tulum was so helpful. Though the process took longer then we hoped, we could not be happier with our new Kicks. Christian was more than helpful and always kept us informed.

We purchased our new car from them as have many of our friends.  The dealership is top notch and very helpful and responsive.

The service center is we'll run and provides good services, although the prices seem a little higher than I would expect.

An apology for the delay in passing on the reports that I verbally made to the service manager of the Nissan Tulum agency, where I have had some incidents with my service advisor Anet Kumul, which I detail below.

During my service on May 16, Order No. 18198401, I informed my advisor that when I got home I noticed that my car was making a very strong vibration, in the front part of the car, to which I opened the hood and noticed that the staples on the front fascia were not in place, and to which he replied that when I took the car to the agency they did not have them, he never informed me of this situation and it was not registered in the service sheet either. If it was the information that she mentions, it would have been detected at the time of the general inspection, and it would also have been noticeable since I was driving the car before entering service. To which she asked me to take the car, and that she would assume the expense of said staples, even so they were not complete.

In the service on November 16, 2022, with number 21145571 I had my appointment scheduled at 9.15 am, I arrived, parked and as I saw that there were two more clients, I decided to wait for it to be vacated. Minutes later I got out of the car, she was still with another client and she asked me if I had an appointment, I said yes and she said oh but her appointment was 9.15am, I am going to serve another client if I arrive on time, to this I replied that I I arrived at my time, but I saw her busy and I didn't want to interrupt.

While he was putting up my service order and explaining the options I had, I asked for N2 (nitrogen) to be added to the tires, and he said ok and I'll include it in my quote. When the service was, pay what was agreed. When I went to pick up my unit at 6pm, I noticed that it did not bring the N2 warranty caps, so I questioned if it had been installed, because it had already been paid for, she assured that it had. But since I do not have this guarantee (the caps) I asked him to do it as it should be, that he apply the load, and put the caps on. Since I was not sure that it had really been done.

I talked to the service manager, and I gave him details of these situations with Mrs. Anet Kumul, and I asked him to please stop taking care of me on my future visits.

They have very good attention in terms of the workshop services department, they are in constant communication, from the moment you schedule the appointment (and it was online) until the unit is delivered to you, everyone is very kind, the billing service was already a little less last time I think it was already in the system (apparently it is due to the new tax provisions that have to review all your data before issuing the invoice), in the other areas at the moment I cannot comment, I hope one day to do so and that they earn their other star

Acceptable like any agency in the municipality, it is outside the city (somewhat lost) for those who do not have a vehicle it would be difficult to attend, there is not much transportation and in terms of service very friendly, quiet because there are not many people and with That's why there aren't many vehicles, at least those that are, that are available for any test or exhibition.

Terrible Service, as long as "tying up a sale" they are liars to say the date of delivery of the vehicle, INCOMPETENT, USELESS AND RUDE MANAGER. Background of my case. From November 23/2021, they authorized credit, the same month the advance was deposited, the vehicle never arrived and they offered the unit in another color (white), so why do they ask what color I want? In mid-January he changed the model of the vehicle for an existing one, and it turns out that now the credit cannot be given to me, I need a guarantee and to verify a guarantee it takes more than 3 days, and first capture the data and then check the bureau, What nonsense is wasting time for the third to say no!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, and the manager who is incompetent because he does not help at all, nor does he give solutions, rude because what he answers is DO HIM AS YOU WANT. When I bought the car they made me go around for 4 months wanting to sell me the color they wanted, today the car every time it goes to service comes out with battery farts and a year and a half ago I bought one from them and again the original battery of almost $3000 has problems. ..they are definitely hungry.
