WARNING! This company has NO integrity. They stole 452000 from me and it's been well over a month of them saying they will refund it and they have not. I bought a used car from them and they screwed everything up. It was not clean when I got it.. as promised, didn't have an oil change, the list goes on. I'd run like hell.. go buy your car somewhere else.

New car, Toyota Yaris S, let's see after few months of exploitation, so far, so good. After 6 months waiting for Corolla Cross... Sales process was good, small details like service book (too small to fit documents) could be better, no plastic protection around tires, not sure if it's OK. Waiting for respond from Toyota. Rest is super nice.

We were going to buy a new RAV4 Hybrid - until we read the reviews. I do not trust this dealership. I have had 3 experiences with them. The first was 8 years ago when we brought our RAV4 in for service. They said it would take about an hour. We sat in the agency for 3 hours and saw that our car was never even looked at. We finally left. The second contact was to ask how long it would take to receive a RAV4 Hibrido. We were told 5-6 months. Two weeks later we went into the dealership to ask about a different RAV4 and we were told it would take 3 months to receive, but if we bought the (more expensive) Hybrid, it would only take 1 month to receive. It is obvious they just wanted to get our deposit. How could it be a 5-6 month wait and then suddenly be only 1 month? I don't trust anyone at this agency. Run away. Buy anywhere else.

They try to rip you off. Go to another toyota dealer. Cancun has much better service. Dont trust these guys. They will charge you for repairs that are not necessary. Estafa. Alonzo and maria fernandez 👎

My girlfriend bought a car and was told it would take 3 months…it took almost 9 months to arrive but that was not why I wrote the review…apparently there were world delays. However when it arrived they said they needed paperwork with bills the same address however the bills are slightly different so they will not accept. Again not why I wrote the review. When my girlfriend asked if she could get a refund before paying again in her own name (before was under business name) they said if she doesn’t pay now, before being refunded they will give her car away to someone else. That’s an unacceptable way to do business.
