Terrible candy selection but they had candy cigarettes? Messed up. Counter clerk was nice but bad gas station, almost no selection to choose from. Except candy cigarettes. Also the gas station has tables to eat at, so weird people just stare at you while you shop.

Horrible customer service. I drive a VW TDI, which requires diesel. I tried to fill my tank with at one of the diesel  pumps at this station, but I could not. My car has a safety feature that will not allow a smaller fuel nozzle, which is typically used for gasoline pumps, into the fuel tank. I had to leave and go find another fuel station. I called the station to let them know about the issue. The person who answered did not believe my issue because " no one had ever complained about it before". She was very rude about it. I tried to tell her that most people would have just left and not said anything. I was trying to help. She said she would try and let the owner know - I don't think she will. At the end of the call, we said our goodbyes. As she was hanging up, she started laughing about it to someone in the station. Do not recommend this establishment. Go somewhere else.

Staff on duty were very helpful in explaining their rewards card. Their service encouraged me to visit again.
Truthfully, I never shop Shell. It just isn't convenient until they just built this establishment.  Very nice and  conveniently located.

Who writes reviews for gas stations anyway. This gas station is wack though. They have the most insane hours of operations and its typically a gamble if their open or not. They have a drive through which closes in the middle of the day for unknown reasons. At that point I'd rather them not even have one to begin with! Typically out of the tobacco products I use and they only sell the packs that has fewer amounts but overall is inefficient to buy because their more expensive than buying 4 packs (undisclosed product). Some of the staff is cool though, shout out to y'all.

I was very excited to hear a new gas station was being built in our neighborhood. I was looking forward to the convenience. However, this is anything but. The staff is not friendly. The breakfast is always either old and not very fresh or by the time I come through, nothing is left at 9:30 am. Twice I've gotten cappuccino and they had the wrong mix in the dispenser. I came in once and the staff was threatening to quit because the store owner did not pay them that week. I suppose the only convenient thing about this place (and why it has two stars instead of one) is the gas. I can pay at the pump and don't have to go inside.

I think it's strange to review a gas station, but I have been here multiple times and I feel like they deserve a shout out.  The employees are always welcoming. Store is very well stocked and the RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN!!!!  Way cleaner than the Starbucks across the street.

This 5 stars for the employees that work here & they are super super nice. They have good conversations. The gas station itself is clean. They have a hand wash station right outside the bathroom which is nice. they always paper towels and everything is always stocked.
The prices are solid & fair
I go out of my way to shop here even when I’m barely spending anything. I recommend supporting gas stations that are ran like this place. Solid shop & solid crew

I love this gas station & the people that work here R amazingly nice. It’s super super clean here & prices r always solid. I go out of my way to go here even tho I don’t spend very much I still always go to where the employees are happy!!

Spent 6 dollars on the air pump thinking I was doing something wrong for the clerk to tell me it is broken, has been broken, and that nobody would fix it because the guy in charge of it was running a scam. I get that corporate is the one who says who puts what on the property, but would it kill management to put their foot down and stop some air guy from not only duping people out of petty cash, but also leaving people to drive to another gas station on a flat?

They really went down hill. I used to go here everyday on the way to work. The staff was super awesome, the pizza was 🔥, everything was relatively fresh. Now the pizza is…yikes, everything’s kinda disheveled, no baked goods and the staff isn’t as awesome.

What happened…to the original plot…of the movie!? 😒

Very friendly workers! The new management has got it running very smooth and clean!!

My husband bought a sandwich there. He started eating it and found out it was frozen. He went in to tell them and he was cussed at. The woman then called the law when asked for his money back. He left with no refund or replacement and was banned from the gas station.

Always convenient to be able to get gas while you been there shopping at another place.  A good place to get convenient items when necessary.

Just put a sign saying credit card only at pump instead every single customer to walk in, wait in line and then wait for your pearl of wisdom. NOT making America great again.  When do you get bored of people coming in asking the same question? Do you get off on it? Are you lonely? Toilets clean.

I do not review gas stations. Ever. But the people working here are pretty much the best attendants I've encountered.

Overpriced gas station & a cashier there needs a new job.

Pumps are always slow, and always out of printer paper and half the pump card readers don't won't.

OK. Gas was higher priced. Food selection was limited. Friendly staff. Clean facility.

I was in Louisiana and that was the nearest truckstop I could find. I’m glad I stoped. It’s a small truck stop I got to explore shell they are 24/7 including subway. They have showers too. So if you can’t find big one like pilot, loves or TA. Hey it’s a win win. I stayed over night I got no problem for staying there over again. They have casino so for hustlers that’s a place too.

I did not go inside but decent truck stop with free parking. Behind the building is awful, deep holes.

Stopped for gas and bathroom….don’t recommend either. The whole store is gross and dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. The gas I got on Friday 5/26 was bad gas—caused my truck to misfire. Will never stop here again

Nastiest, dirtiest, filthiest, foulest place I have ever been in my life. All the bathroom toilets were full to the top of the bowl with stuff and used paper and there were piles of used paper all around the outside of the toilets almost as high as the bowl.  Any health inspection would probably result in this place being closed and condemned.  We just got out of there as fast as we could and wanted to scrub our entire person down with sanitizer.

If it could get negative stars I would surely give it.

Not a suitable stop with small children. The only ladies room is in the attached subway. There is no changing table and the floors and walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned in quite some time, enough so that I didn’t feel comfortable even leaning against a wall to support myself enough to change my child over my knees.

Came here with my partner to buy him a new vape. Not sure who was working the counter, it was a man in his thirties. We came 9/14/23 @ ~6:00 and the man who was working the counter shorted my partner $10. After going back inside to get our $10 the man was already waiting with it. They take your money. Don’t go here. If we wouldn’t have counted our change before pulling out he would’ve gotten away with it. Who knows how many people he scammed before. Not how a business should be run.

My husband and I just stopped at the Shell station at 930 S. Broadway in Lexington KY, and kindly asked the direction to the restrooms, we were very rudely told that they were not working!! As we drove around the side of the building we were given full inside view of both the men's and woman's restrooms, which neither one said anything at all about being "Out of Order" we were judged, disrespected, and treated in a foul manner, you "Towel Heads" come to America, are given free tax free money to run our American Businesses, then you want to say that we are racist!! I have never been denied the use of a public restroom before, but I guarantee that we will no longer EVER be at this store again, I will call the BBB and take this as far as I can to show how rude and disgusting you people are!! Go back to where you came from please, stop taking our American jobs away from us!!

Greed plagues this place and that’s why I will never support them again. I do not want enable greedy and selfish behavior. Others may support and keep this madness going. But I stopped a while ago. Just wanted to let you all know to go elsewhere because these folks are ridiculous. God bless!

Worst gas stain ever. Filled up on pump 5 with nothing but water in my tank. Was on my way back to MD but now we are stuck in KY.  Tried calling store to get info but no answer.

Shell has always been the gas station to go to.  You know you're not going to get stale food, you know that is not going to be in the area that's crime ridden.  You know that the gas is going to be competitive or at a larger discount than other locations.  You know that that name means that you got to get quality service every single time you go.  You know that you are okay when you shop, you know that you are all the more quiet or more busy areas of the city.  I'm from The Hood and I understand why Shell is not located there.  That Revelation disturbance be because I do want the area by City to be fit for a Shell.  That place is who try to take advantage of our community.  Shell is Legit.

Stopped by to fill up my car today while passing through town.  The pump had no paper so I had to go inside.  I told the guy at the counter I needed a receipt for my purchase.  He handed it to me and didn't say anything.  It would have been nice to hear "Sorry for inconvenience" but nothing.

It was a little ways from the freeway, but so worth it.

It's NOT like you can just exit the freeway and pull into this station,  but it's very close to the highway and definitely worth the stop! Their prices were better than the nearby truck-stops and it was so easy to get in and out.

Cheap gas. Good selection of grocery. Cold drinks and good staff. The bad? Hang out spot for lots of... Less than ideal people. Security is an issue here. Be warned after dark. Or practice 2A.

It’s possible the clerk just didn’t know how to do math.  And it’s partially my fault for not paying attention.  But a $3 can of Mikes Hard Lemonade and a $0.65 cup of ice does not equal $4.65.   Beware!

Super clean and super friendly. I’ve had to stop here a couple times to get gas on my travels through Lexington and I’ll continue to stop here. Gas prices are comparable to other stations but it’s nice for a change to stop and not mind too much about it.

The older female African American cashier is very rude.  If customer service isn’t your thing just go fill out job apps, not sure why you’re choosing to be miserable

By far the most greedy prices on all items. YOU could make a profit by buying a few items at another gas station or shell and return it to this gas station. Suggested means absolutely I thing to this owner. Thug life

This is the most clean gas station I've ever seen. The bathrooms was so clean and didnt smell. I work at a gas station and we are clean but this one tops them all

Stopped in as a "weary traveler" lol to get gas, and I  immediately received excellent customer service! As I walked toward the entrance, an employee waited and held the door for me and pointed me in the direction of the bathroom (she must have known from my walk). Once inside, the bathrooms were clean and smelled as such! Bathrooms are another thing I'm picky about, but bo worries here. The rest of the store was equally as clean and well stocked. They're conveniently located right off the interstate, so definitely stop in here.

Traveling west on Interstate 64 & got off to get gas at this station.  I must have had perfect timing because after I parked at the pump, three school buses parked directly in front of me.  Just my luck.  Those buses not only totally blocked me in, but all the kids on the buses jumped out & ran into the station's convenience store.  The gas station was packed & really busy.  As busy as it can get.  These kids were everywhere.  Very hazardous for drivers maneuvering to get gas & having to dodge a deluge of kids where they shouldn't be running.  It became evident to me that this was a routine for these buses & these kids.  THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR THESE KIDS.  Stop this practice immediately, before someone's kid gets hurt.

Awesome station they are VERY KIND and understanding. My car broke down in front of the station and I was 300 miles from home. They let my car sit there for 5 days without getting it towed in until I could get it towed home. I'm so thankful for there understanding.

Pumps won’t take your credit card sometimes.  The people that work there are extremely nice and kind but there are some basic issues.  On top of that the things that go on in that parking lot are wild.  Lots of people coming off the bus asking for money.  Happens every time.

Clean, well stocked and the employees are nice friendly and sometimes even funny. The Manger was helpful with a situation I had and I highly recommend this gas station.

Hate this gas station.  Me and my husband were following each other and stopped for my husband to get gas. I handed him an ale 8 that I had purchased elsewhere and he wasn't thinking and had it in his hand when he walked in to pay for his gas. The cashier is foreign and either couldn't understand our explanation or didn't believe us so we had to pay for it. He wouldn't look at the cameras.  Will never go back there

Me being pregnant and my 4 year old son needed to use the restroom, he told me no only customers allowed. I asked him are we not customers? He said no & was extremely rude when my husband had full intention of getting gas & drinks. We didn’t buy anything & left. I will NEVER go back there & this was our go to spot as I’m a shell member…
