Not only are the people here rude but you will pay at the minimum $5 more for every single item in this store. I don't know how to get away with price gouging but they are. From gas to chips to nicotine products everything is overpriced in this gas statio. please shut it down @shell

Absolutely disgusting inside with poorly stocked coffee and dirty coffee machines and supplies. I walked out, leaving my gross looking coffee behind. Only good thing was a lot of pumps to conveniently get gas.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. I literally live in the area and I needed something from the gas station, which simply says open 24 hours seven days a week. I get to the gas station. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of anybody in the gas station. I tried calling the phone number on the glass a gentleman answers the phone. Sounds like he’s sleeping in the back and says That I’m not able to get anything right now. Please change the information on the window because you are not open 24 hours and the person who is charge and working overnight needs to be written up or replaced.

This place is a joke can't wait for the 7-Eleven to open up down the street ! I don't know why but these guys are always trying to steal my change after my purchases

My card was scammed here! I went in the store and used my card, with my pin #.   I bought $49 worth of gas  and got charged $124.79!!! Of course,  no one there knows nothing. I'm disputing this with my bank, but in the mean time, they have my money! I think it's someone in the store because I WENT TO THE REGISTER! I'm not letting this drop.

Big O Tires

Big O Tires on Smoky Hill Road is the one and only tire place for my family's vehicles. I have worked with them for years and always been very satisfied with their service and products. I've often worked with the gentleman named Dennis who has helped me out of a jam more than once. I highly recommend this big o location and if possible ask for Dennis! I'm grateful they are the people when I need tires that get it done. Five stars!

Started my day off with a flat, called into Big O and Dennis was so quick and happy to help. I came in around 3pm to have my tires replaced, oil changed and brakes inspected and was out the door by 5:15! He was so friendly and helpful without being the typical pushy sales person. I will definitely come back for all my car repairs!

I needed Preventive Maintenance performed on my company fleet vehicle. Setting up the appointment was easy and working with Dennis was absolutely perfect. Dennis was very helpful and professional. He explained some of the things that couldn't be performed due to our corporate mandates and overall, was very helpful in explaining what was performed on the vehicle. An absolute pleasant experience overall!

I’ve been coming to Big O for over 5-6 years; for oil changes and work. The guys always take care of me; they’re upfront about diagnostic and what to expect then they deliver quality work! Extremely grateful they’re in the neighborhood, get me in for work within a reasonable time and honest. As a woman sometimes its hard to find a quality, honest mechanic. They do require an appointment for oil changes but honestly prefer it this way! Dennis usually helps me when I go in. Great guy and attitude! All of the crew is friendly and welcoming. I’m big on customer service and again they exceed my expectations!

I went into Big O tires to have a tire checked for a slow leak. I dropped my car off, walked over to a local restaurant to grab some lunch and by the time I got back, my car was ready to go. Dennis provided prompt and courteous service and dealt with my issue all within the hour. Big O didn’t even charge me a dime.
I highly recommend stopping this location and seeing Dennis for great service!

Harbor Freight Tools

Love going in here everything is organized and the staff for the most part are friendly and helpful wish prices where not so high but otherwise it's a great place for tools definitely will make return visits

One of my favorite places to go.   This store has every single thing a garage man would want.

Needed new dolly wheels and amazingly they had them in stock. It costed less than $19 I recommend this store highly, for your tool needs and supplies.

Always friendly needed new tires for my dolly they carried them and less than 9 dollars a tire loved it and I recommend highly

Ace Hardware Saddle Rock

Not every store clerk treats you the same. I was recently at the store 11/13/23 at 12:30pm, looking for picture holders and holiday items. The young man at the register was very nice and helpful. However, there was a younger guy on the floor helping a guy, when he was done I said, “Excuse me I have a question.” He ignored me and went straight to the back in a room. So I asked the young man at the register if he could get me help on the floor. He did so and another guy helped. Now, I don’t want to believe it was about race. However, it certainly felt that way. Given, what I experienced, Ace will be the last store I shop for home supplies. Especially this location. Advice: All customers should be treated with respect. I was surprised, since I just moved to Colorado and for the most part people have been really nice. Please train your staff to be helpful to everyone.

This is the first Ace hardware that wouldn't accept a return from another store.  I have used ace for years in multiple states with no issues.  Very disappointed in this store.  Will never buy anything from this store.    Response to owner.   I don't know where you are getting that most Ace hardware's don't accept returns from other stores.   You are the first store I have ever gone to that would not accept a return from another store.  I have worked all over multiple states doing side jobs. Been to 20 plus Ace hardware's and yours is the first store that refused a return from another store.   The only exception is if they don't stock that item.  Which is understandable.   To not accept returns from other stores at all is just bad business.  Probably why I was the only person in the store.  Have fun running your business into the ground.

Store is generally decent but recently I had a paint pole break that was clearly labeled "Ace:  Satisfaction Guaranteed" so I took it in, they refused to do anything without a receipt.   Might be a corporate thing but who keeps a receipt for every household item they purchase?   Why have an Ace Rewards account if I have to keep a paper receipt?  Label was still on the pole anyway that said ACE on it.   Contacted corporate, they told me to pound sand, didn't even offer a coupon toward a replacement.  Warranty doesn't mean much if a company won't stand behind it.

Response to owner:  It's really simple, here's what it says on the label that's still on the tool:  "The Ace Promise:  If this Ace product when used for its intended purpose, fails to give you complete satisfaction, return the item to the store for replacement of same or similar item".     No caveats, no requirements, no limitations.   If it's going to be printed right on it, you back it up.   Having stuff not break is why you buy the more expensive metal ones instead of the flimsy plastic ones.   The Ace warranty used to say "Ace Brand hand tools are guaranteed for life. Our full lifetime warranty states that if any Ace Brand hand tool, used for its intended purpose, fails to fulfill your expectations, return it to any Ace store location for a free replacement of the same or similar item. This warranty provides you with the ultimate quality assurance."  Easy to find on the internet.  If that's changed in the meantime it should still apply to tools bought with that.   Maybe I grew up in a time with the Craftsman warranty when things used to be simple and companies didn't make you jump through hoops, but on the other hand you had the opportunity to create customer loyalty and didn't.  Didn't have to be a replacement, could have been some other gesture.  Replacement tips for poles are cheap on amazon, you should carry those.  Would have been easy to offer a free $2 replacement part and salvage an otherwise perfectly good tool.   I didn't expect a whole lot when I went in, but thought I should ask since it was printed right on it.  I think the way it was handled actually bothered the other customers in line more than me, as several people approached me in the parking lot after and were annoyed by the interaction.  You may have lost a few customers at the time unfortunately.

I just brought in a single 21" × 37" window screen, to be re-screened only. No new frame or clips needed, just replacing the fiberglass screen. I am in complete shock they are charging $57 for this, especially since another Ace location, also in Aurora, charged slightly over $100 TOTAL for 6 screen repairs just a month ago?!!  Price gouging????

09/15/23 Update
Went in the store ans asked to speak to the manager as instructed with my original receipt from the other Ace location in Aurora for the 6 screens they repaired in July.  I was told pricing for screen repair was set by the owner.  Also that the other Ace location needed to adjust their pricing for this (basically raise the cost by 300% of what this location charged me.  I was issued a $5 credit....

Long story short, drive the extra distance to Ace Hardware Buckley Square, where you won't be big-time overcharged! I learned my lesson.

Ace has the screw, nut and bolt section I need.   The staff are always helpful and friendly.

I work a very physical job and had some questions about certain supplements pertaining to energy, repair and mass growth. Jillian was very knowledgeable about each product she recommended and was extremely helpful in making sure I had exactly what I needed to meet my goals.

Jillian helped me with my purchase and took the time to explain several different options, and the ingredients in each. She was knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and I couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience. Super helpful and informative!

10/10 Recommend. Very helpful staff. Especially Liz. I purchased some protein and pre-work out last night from her,  awesome experience! Also she is very beautiful! She is the sole reason I will come back to this store!

Staff member was informed well in the product the store carried, but was not quite as knowledgeable on of how to work the register and therefore was unable to sell us the product. Overall, not an unpleasant experience, but unproductive.

Found them to be most helpful. They remember what I need and me. This is really helpful, as I can’t speak.

The UPS Store

I routinely visit my local UPS facility every morning to drop off packages for my e-commerce business. Over the past two months, I've successfully delivered approximately 1000 packages without any issues. However, today I received an email from a customer who ordered from us on 11/11 and has not yet received her order. Upon checking the tracking number, I discovered that the status for the item I sent on 11/12 is currently unavailable. Further investigation revealed another package with the exact same item and size box showing an "unavailable status" on 11/15. I acknowledge that it was an oversight on my part, as I chose not to obtain receipts to streamline the process due to the high volume of packages. I now recognize that this decision might be the root cause of the problem.

I went in to shred a box of old papers and paid over $30 to do so. I wanted to watch the shredding as several of the documents were personal in nature. The female clerk acted like it was A BOTHER to do the work.....picking up an item....looking at it.....and throwing it back in the box as if disgusted. Usually I don't write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. What an attitude. She didn't seem to understand that she is there to do a job and without customers, she won't have a job. Get an attitude adjustment, chick-a-dee. You are young and have a LONG working life ahead of you. You won't ever get me as a customer again....your attitude stinks.

Vic the owner & Bonnie and all the staff are truly amazing so helpful! I started going here for Amazon returns and realized they offer great printing services and the prices and quality are great! So I go often now for my business printing needs! Thx to all the staff for such great customer service!

Everyone is friendly. Felt like a valued customer. Overnight package arrived earlier than expected in the AM which was a nice surprise. Will use again and skip the competitors.

I've never had any issues since I've been using this store for the past 3 years. It can be annoying getting there and only one employee is working the register and another is doing something else, all while there is a long line of customers needed assistance, but I manage. I've dealt with rude employees, whether being ignored or like the employee is annoyed to be at work. It's overall been an okay place for me.
There is an older gentleman who works there who I always prefer getting assistance with when I go there. He is very helpful and kind every time I get help from him, compared to others.

But now to my issue and reasoning for 1 star...
My home printer has issues every so often, so I've been coming here to get a document or 2 printed if it's important and I would bring my own thumb drive and use their computer to print what I needed. Every time I got a document printed, it would cost me between $1-2. The charges would be the obvious page fee and using the printer service, you know, the stuff that makes sense.
I literally just printed a document this past Friday, July 14th and paid the typical price.

I was in today to print one page document from my thumb drive and used their computer and at the register to pay, I find out I'm being charged a $3 computer fee for when you are on the computer for 1-15 minutes. From the time it took me to plug in my thumb drive, open the document, print and disconnect, you're going to charge me $3 for something that took me like 45 seconds to do? And after I found out about this ridiculous charge that they suddenly implemented, as the lady with dark hair explains, it's because of "new management", she also tells me it's cheaper to email the document to their store email and have them print it, so the charge would be $1.50 instead... are you kidding me??
I use the computer to print a paper and get the paper from the printer and bring it to you to pay for it and that charges me $3 for doing the work, but I email you a document and you print it for me and it's $1.50.
This system that is set up makes absolutely no sense!
And not only that, I've been coming here for a while and nobody, not one employee, not even once, ever mention about it being cheaper for me to email the document to the store for a lower charge price, than what I've been paying for these past 2 years.
Terrible customer service!

Went into this location the other day for an air check, as my tires were sending a signal to check the air pressure. Location is huge, bright, clean and the employees were helpful and professional. Carlos quickly started to help me with it. The car is a 2023 with under 5000 miles on it. So obviously, there was no need to discuss replacing any of the tires. But the free service, with Carlos, was pleasant, quick and reliable. Carlos was super helpful, friendly and so very polite, yet still genuine. I have a son around his age, and I sincerely hope that my son is interacting with the public, with even half as much of the incredibly polite and respectful nature, that Carlos maintained throughout my visit.

Ended up with a nail in back tire that went in at the wrong angle having to be replaced. I was told that since it’s an all wheel drive vehicle all four had  to be replaced. Only had 22,000 miles on the tires. I replaced all four tires at almost $900 only to receive a coupon in the mail for $100 off four days later. I called them to see if I could use the hundred dollar coupon since it hasn’t been a week. They said coupons are generated from a purchase & couldn’t be used but would offer $100 for future.Unbelievable that $100 means so much to a large business instead of making a customer completely satisfied. It would’ve been really nice if they could’ve credited me $100 back to my charge account since Christmas is coming and being a senior & disabled I could really use the extra money.  It’s gonna be a while before I’ll need tires again and I have a mechanic that does everything else. Disappointed since me & my son have been coming here for tires. Really thought customers meant something to them, since in the past I’ve been treated very well. Too bad I really thought this place was it for being the one place to get tires when we have so many places to go to in Falcon. Definitely shop around!

Have used this shop for 2 of our vehicles over the last couple years with excellent service each time. Recently dropped off my car for repair, and instead received a phone call after their inspection/diagnostics that the issue was likely an engine warranty issue. Rather than just doing the work and charging us, they had me call the dealer, and sure enough it was an engine warranty-covered issue. Saved us thousands! We will continue to use and recommend this shop as long as those guys continue to deliver good honest service. Thanks Big O!

Justin from Big O Tires helped me out with my motorcycle tire, really great guy couldn't get it to bead on the rim and he was able to do it and didn't charge anything, really happy with their service and will continue buying tires for my work van and other vehicle in the future!

Really appreciate Justin!  I came by a couple months ago to have a tire going flat fixed about 45 min before closing.  They noticed 2 of my tires were put on backwards by Discount Tires.  My tire was fixed, both tires were put on correctly and I will only be going to them in the future.  Almost ready for an oil change and check my tires before taking a road trip to see the Solar Eclipse. See you soon guys - I’m very impressed.  Customer for life!

The Honey Baked Ham Company

Last year I was lectured about how I couldn’t reserve sides. So I ordered the meat and would get the sides when I picked that up. Didn’t see sides on website when I ordered the meat, probably because I didn’t look very hard due to the scolding I got last year.
Go to get meat and I’m told that if I didn’t reserve the sides, I can’t get any.  Now the rest of Thanksgiving meal is a crapshoot.

Disappointing!!
Picked up a ham yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the ham, see photo, and the overall experience. I placed the order several weeks ago because I wanted to make sure we could get a ham. They were offering a coupon for $5 off if the ham was picked up on the 20th. I tried to apply the coupon when I purchased the ham but could not. When I got to the store on the 20th they told me since the ham was prepaid they could not apply the coupon. The cashier kept saying that there was nothing she could do. It is too bad the company does not give their people more flexibility to take care of their customers. It made the whole experience frustrating. We will not be buying Honeybaked in the future.

Normally don't have an issue with Honey Baked Ham. This time however, I received my order and had a bug on my lettuce within my sandwich. This tells me the lettuce was clearly not washed properly prior to placing on the sandwiches. There are so many other bigger problems that could arise from eating unwashed lettuce other than the visible bug. I am extremely disappointed!

I'm 8 & 1/2 months pregnant and this place has completely RUINED my Thanksgiving this year!!! I ordered a holiday meal trying to make things simple for myself and my family. I prepaid days in advance and selected a specific pick up time. I drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told there is no separate line for prepaid pickup orders with specified times and that I would have to wait 2 hours in line! I have never experienced anything like this before and honestly couldn't believe it! They were extremely rude and there was no way I was going to wait in line for that long especially being so pregnant. I decided to leave and now I'm headed to the grocery store to scramble to find things and prepare a Thanksgiving meal for my family. So much for trying to make things easy amd convenient this year, not to mention the waste of time and gas! NEVER AGAIN!

Just facts- ordered our $100 Tgiving dinner and paid online. Arrived at 5:20 to pick it up on 11/23 (told to arrive by 5:30) and waited in line, mostly outside, till 6:30 with roughly 50 people with similar stories. Another line of phoned in orders and walk ins was inside the door and moved a bit faster.  Wound up handing my cellphone to a worker so she could read my order off the screen and put it together, except for the Honey Ham. A different worker eventually approached with two hams, neither what I ordered, but he offered the substitute since they didn't have what I ordered. Left an hour and 10 min after arrival to pickup my online order. 6:30 was their stated closing time but I saw about 6 people still in line outside the shop at 6:30 when I left. Food was good, as always.

Budget Blinds of the Ozarks

A project quoted for 5 weeks took 9 weeks, only after I called endlessly to get updates and accountability. The office staff is rarely present and uses an answering service, so when you call, the person answering literally has no information. When I finally did receive a call back, the staff was rude and not one bit helpful.

I eventually had to call another Budget Blinds store to get someone to help me with the lack of communication from this store. After multiple calls requesting a conversation with the owner, Karie, I did finally get a call and apology… however the service was all around awful. I’ve given my business to Budget Blinds in Kansas City for years and have never had problems as I’ve had with this franchise. I promise you’re better off going to Lowe’s.

I’m so thankful I didn’t put any money into this Westside business.  After I made an appointment that they didn’t show up for and no call to reschedule and an answering service that is 200 miles away. Then reading some dismal reviews that mostly get deleted I will shop on the other side of the lake probably saving money in the long run.

So disapointed in this company, I had an appointment for 3 and 1/2 weeks. I'm new to the area, have a new home and multiple window treatments needed including 4 sliding patio doors. On the day of my appointment, they called and cancelled because the lady coming for sick. I understand that, but when they called to reschedule they said it would be another month and 2 days!!!
I need my windows covered and cannot wait another month. I thought they might at least fit me in sooner since they cancelled me but I guess they are too busy and don't want our business.
I called their local competitor that my real estate agent recommended and they will make time for me next week!! In addition they are going to help me with some additional decorating and design!

Customer Service was amazing! Karie always helps our family with our blinds and curtain needs! I would recommend her everytime for all your window covering needs!

We purchased Blinds for our entire lake house from Budget Blinds of Laurie. The service and quality of the blinds is NOT up to standards. The people who own/run this don't have anyone to do the repairs and they obviously are not able to do the work themselves. The blinds cords on the blinds are all broken and will not raise.....IF YOU PLAN TO USE YOUR BLINDS DAILY DON'T BUY THESE BLINDS THEY ARE MADE FOR VERY VERY LOW USAGE.
The blinds are so bad that we are taking them down since they are all broken (won't open)and budget blinds will not get things serviced.
They even put a wrong colored blind up.  The blind was side by side with 3 other blinds, she told my wife and I it was the right color even when sent pics from the outside and inside....
In short I wanna save other the 50+ phone calls and all the broken promises. Blinds are an expensive investment and I made the wrong choice learn from me.

The guy that helped me was real nice. He has people skills, that's what it takes to be a good worker. He was real helpful, showed me things I didn't know. He ordered my vitamins thru the mail. I really appreciate people that help me, because I'm not smart

Tyler was excellent and very knowledgeable about every product we had questions about. He wasn't pushy at all and really just wanted to help us find the best products for our training goals. Definitely recommend this location and Tyler.

Staff was beyond helpful, no BS just good friendly assistance.

Keep it up fellas

I used to shop a lot at this location but the guy who was working today completely ignored us when we walked in I asked him a question and he looked at me like I was dumb telling me what I had in my hand was a thermo yes I know it’s a thermo I want to know what the difference is between the ones I had in my hand and the other options. Nice way to lose business. Btw customers should take priority over your technology.
