Al and Michael hooked me up with their amazing customer service. Earned a lifetime customer today! I traveled an hour and a half and they did everything they could to make sure I was on the road safely. Y'all are beasts!! Thank you so so so much. Fast and efficient for reals. Much Love guys!!

Went in at 12:30 to get car checked only customers at this time. By 1:30 4 customers that came in after us all got finished. Tires and etc. I know they work on commission and I needed to find out what was wrong with my car to get it fixed. They had it up on the ramps the whole time not attending to it. Was going to take it back in there to get it fixed but after this experience it’s very doubtful! They need better customer service.

Was excellent service! They got my car in quick and got me all fixed up at a reasonable price… The employees are awesome and trustworthy I will go back for any future needs

The guys that work there are knowledgeable and listened to my concerns about my vehicle when I have them. Took my car in on a Saturday at 9am to get tires rotated, brake fluid flushed and filled, and oil change. Ended up staying around 2 hours, but they did seem pretty busy. Other than that would recommend

I went in for a flat tire repair, I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and then quickly the job was done! I was amazed when I asked how much I owed them and they said nothing! 😍🤯🫡 You have reinforced my faith in the goodwill of humanity! I tipped the worker of course and he was appreciative. VT Industries Inc

Came in 3:30pm. You enter next to dock 25 and There is a phone to use and call somebody to come and check you in. Waited AN HOUR for a guy to come, AN HOUR. He said they are in shift change. Then he said I have 9:30 appt. broker didnt say that, not even shipping when I called eariler to check. Then this guy tell me that he cannot pick my load before my appt because other trucks will come. All I saw for that day was ONE TRUCK ONLY. At 10:20pm he came and knocked. Loaded me in an hour and broke tighting mechanism bar for Conestoga. But I wasnt there while he was loading trailer so I couldnt prove it. I will have to weld this.

They had me leave my job and do physical and drug test me and I pasted everything then the HR lady Ms  Danielle decides to leave and not tell me that she was out of office for a week. Thane come to find out that my background check was done way before she left now I’m out of a job because of her. VT in holstein, you guys need to fire her.

They called and fired me over the phone, would not even try to hear my side of what happened!!

I find all of your employees extremely nice, except for, I assume, a manager in load out.He is extremely rude and obnoxious. When I load I want to tell the loader how to load my trailer so I am legal, this manager tells me that the loader knows what he's doing. If that's the case I would never have to come back and have them redo the load.

NB.For Dry Vans that are Delivering Btwn Dock 1/20 ! From Route 20 turn onto S Main St /59 N. Pass the first VT building on your R/H drive up to the T junction and take that right turn /140th St. Turn right before the Red roofed building . They took me a day before my appointment.  Unloading was very fast!

They unloaded my truck late evening, which was very helpful! Young and beautiful manager was very kind and professional!

Was greeted by employee that also walked with me to the product I was there to purchase. Very friendly and helpful will definitely be returning!!!

Almost always has what I need and don’t go buy their hours online for when they close… They just be closing at any time whenever they want. With a clerk in the window at the register shaking his head like “no we’re closed” with 15 minutes till 9:00…

I needed bolts, washers, and nuts for my auger attachment.  They had what I needed.  Good price and selection. Only thing that would have improved my visit is if the cashier had been more attentive.

Walmart Supercenter

They suck anymore . First they reduced the hours then they make you check out your own stuff and bag it while employees stand around like prison guards mean mugging you the whole time. Makes me very edgy.  If I had another choice I wouldn't give them my business or $ !!

Very poor store the shelfs was not filled. My little store in my town is much better. Maybe You need to talk to the manager about improvement, or replace them. this is a big store it needs to be managed properly. You are losing money.

No alcohol tissues available to wipe carts off when I entered. Felt like I was getting germs from the cart handle the whole time, so I made my visit very short.

Needed to park up , called them and they said ok . Very friendly and nice bunch of ppl. They have my business when I'm there

Lately, the store has been very dirty with trash all over in the parking lot. Watched an employee walk over trash to in the store it was crazy didn't even blink an eye to do anything about it.

Bought a garden hose, it developed a leak I purchased within Walmart 90 day return policy with a receipt, wouldn't return because I didn't have the box it came in with a UPC code. Read the policy, they weren't happy, very unlike the way Mr Sam founded this company on, I spoke with Walmart corporate, they indicated that store management has greater leeway than was administered by local manager, but ultimately they have final say so

Tried to exchange the cheap television the dead beat non custodial parent to my son purchased. The manager wouldn't let me pay the difference without the receipt knowing it was a gift. I offered to get a copy of the receipt since the cheap dead beat is in another state, I offered to show a text with the card numbers and the manager just walked off refusing to help with the Christmas gift exchange in any shape or form. She just got rude and started ignoring me. I went ahead and bought the more expensive television but the kind lady at the counter told me I may only have 15 days (2 days from now) to get the receipt. It's a 5 hour round trip and I have to work. Why isn't a fax or copy good enough? I wasn't asking for a refund at all. You are a mean one misses Grinch. But the company is proud you stood up for the bottom line rather than a single parent.

This store single handedly ruined shopping at Walmart locations. They don't have non-returnable items marked so even if you get the wrong item they refuse to return or exchange items. I called the store manager and received unprofessional attitude and snarky remarks about their policy that didn't make any sense when I politely asked for clarification. Employees and management are rude and their policies are clearly made to be confusing and purposely hidden from customers. I'm disgusted with this location.

I love this Walmart they have a lot more things in Oklahoma always clean and great service

One of the best Ace Hardware stores out there. Don (the manager) does a great job keeping a welcoming environment and it defiantly shows with the smiles on the staff too! They have a wide variety of options, and quality brands on the shelves. Keep up the great work!

Nice place. Pretty organized. Went in just to look around and check it out and they have a pretty good selection of stuff. I got asked if i need help about 8 times and i personally find it annoying when stores try to be too helpfull but thats just me.

The best place for all of your bike needs! Bike tune-ups are excellent and affordable. There's also a great selection of bike gear, and Chris always helps me find exactly what I need! Thanks for being in town!

Tell ya what... this place always has people working that are ready to help and answer questions.  If they don't have it, they can get it next day for you.  Not to mention the hugs... if ya need one, see the boss man Mr. The King 😉

This place has a good variety of products. This past winter when the temps got down super low, this was the only store within a 40 mile radius that would be able to have a space heater to me by the next day when we had our pipes freeze. I ordered online & they had it before noon the next day. Pickup was a breeze, too.

VERY RUDE SERVICE!!! Held my 52 year old mother at the door over a receipt that didn’t print against her will with her belongings without a security guard, in the middle of covid, flu, stomach bugs, etc while her husband who has seizures was waiting in the car for her, they made a whole deal about it and watched cameras to make sure she didn’t steal 5 items (tape and wrapping paper) and wasted over 30 minutes of her time just to find out that she did in fact pay and they were holding her against her will with belongings that no longer belonged to Walmart but in fact did belong to HER. She tried to show them where her bank took it out of her account and showed it paid to Walmart and they told her that wasn’t good enough! And then when I called to speak to someone the lady transferring me to the manager could care less what I was calling about, argued everything I said to avoid getting me a manager and used the term “whatever” after she argued that we aren’t in the middle of Covid. This store is TRASH! They treat people like criminals when the store doesn’t even own the items after the fact of you purchasing them, what they’re doing is illegal.

The  cashier I had tonight was very sweet and did a great job with a few huge multiple families transaction for a program that was giving Christmas Gifts to Elementary School Students I was the last person of those transactions and  had a few items I had to get while I was there Shopping for my kiddos and she was still nice and very polite after all of that most cashiers are short and rude after that many people have been through the line like that

Lots of parking near lowes and home depo, off the main road so not to drive into or out of traffic. Parking lot was a great place to park.

I pulled into curbside pickup which was quick and easy. 10 minutes later I was headed home. BUT as I unloaded from car I found my two bread items, wheat bread and flour tortilla had been eaten through the packaging by what was possibly a rodent. Disgusting. Several food bags were placed into trunk and upon removing I noticed the damaged bread. how could Walmart not have noticed when they put it into my car. It must have happened in their pickup area as they awaited my arrival. Terrible. Gross. I must admit, overall I have a good experience with Walmart and the pickup

Prices are high, if you're shopping on a budget this year where you want to shop. My friend thought he rang up a fishing pole the guy didn't stop him to check his receipt before it got out the door and when he got on the other side of the doors then the staff came running because he had failed to check it himself correctly and accused him of shoplifting. They offered to go and pay for the fishing pole but they still called the police on my friend. If you want to make sure things are paid for appropriately then perhaps you should support the city that you're in and hire people to actually work cash registers instead of expecting us all to be able to bring things out all on our own when we're in a hurry and we have places to go and things to do. We don't have time to always stop and wait for your guy to run check our receipt, we don't appreciate being accused of shoplifting or seeing other people accuse the shoplifting because they failed to ring something up appropriately because your computer didn't catch it. This store is rude it is unfriendly it is not family oriented it may have lots to offer but if you're shopping on a budget it is not economical and you can never find the help you need unless they think you're trying to steal for something from them and then they're all over you. Absolutely hate shopping at the Walmart in bartlesville. Will continue to go to the one in Coffeyville Kansas and in Tulsa as you're not treated like a criminal there and they have so much more stock on the shelves that are budget friendly including generic foods.

Glass Doctor of Rock Valley, IA

Had my window frame for more than 6 months. Would not return calls. I finally had to drive to rock valley to retrieve the frame. Justin had no response to my questions.

I was impressed with the way my window looked after they fixed it.

Good "HOT" food along with friendly service.

Fixed my windshield on time at the price they quoted.
