AutoZone Auto Parts

This is another perfect example of a company that has ZERO, and I mean ZERO interest in the well being of the employee. While working for this terrible company you are under compensated for tasks complete and reprimanded for being unable to complete tasks assigned to other people. I'm not going to claim that no one should work for AutoZone, but if the rest of the company is a bad as this region, then I wouldn't recommend working here for anyone. Not until livable work conditions are met. The consumer side of the company has its issues as well. High prices, limited quality. What a terrible way to do business. Why did you have to hurt me, mentally and physically for what felt like no money. You even want to take the money I make away from me for "benefits" when even if I could afford your benefits, I wouldn't be able to go to the doctors.

All the employees seem like they regret working there. No friendly attitude on the phone or in person. Ordered a simple exhaust gasket and the employee told me it would arrive later that day. After returning back to the store to pick up the part, I was told the employee never put in the order and they would go ahead and put in a new order. Which was promised that it would arrive that following morning. A bit frustrating, but not a huge deal. I then came back that following morning only to find out that the part still hadn't arrived and it was not properly ordered by the previous employee once again. Afterwards, I was ensured that the part would arrive after another order had been placed. However this time the employee couldn't tell me when it would arrive. I'm not sure how many Autozone employees at this location it takes to order one $10 part. Either their employees are not trained properly with the system or they are simply incompetent. At this point, I've probably spend atleast $20 in gas for the multiple trips to this location and can't wait to be told once more that the part has still not arrived, as well as that the order was probably not properly placed through the system again.

I understand that these employees and managers do not get paid well, as well as don't care too much about the company. But atleast do the job you're paid for with an approachable attitude.

Very knowledgeable and fast helping us figure out our oil change needs. Employee was particularly helpful, more than other AutoZone stores

Very helpful employees this is one of the best auto zones that I have been to in the country. Thus far I prefer to shop at Autozone and I have been to a lot of different cities, but this is Autozone in particular has given me some of the best assistance. Thanks to the wonderful employees and the manager Charles.

Walmart Supercenter

Michelle (in the Apparel department) was absolutely exceptional ! She went above and beyond to make sure that I could find a beautiful last minute outfit to make my daughter’s birthday extra special since her original outfit didn’t work out as planned. Michelle’s attitude was wonderful and she was very patient with me during the whole process!

Clean store, has everything you can need, the salon is awesome too! But what really stood out to me is Miss Ann the door greeter. She is exceptional at her job. She is on top of saying good morning or afternoon or welcome to Walmart and being very very friendly. She does a great job at checking the receipts and making sure no one is stealing and if there ever is a problem she is amazing at handling it professionally. This store in a whole is amazing.

The store has a large number of items!  Since the products are always stocked on the product shelves, it is very good that they are not empty.  There are a lot of seasonal products, so sometimes I ended up shopping just here.  This store is one of my favorite stores.  I think it's wonderful that the products are lined up neatly on the product shelves and product cases in the store whenever you visit.  The inside of the store is also very hygienic and you can rest assured even if you are shopping.  All employees were wearing masks, and there was a sanitizer at the entrance of the store.  Whenever I can't find what I'm looking for, the clerk will kindly guide me and talk to me in a friendly manner, so I feel comfortable.  The food is good and the replenishment of products is well managed.  The self-checkout was easy to understand and I was able to make payments smoothly even when it was crowded.  , Tableware and cooking utensils, decorations, towels, tableware, etc. were also abundant.  All the staff were very kind and answered the questions.  I will definitely visit again as most of the Asian products I need are available at this shop. Items such as clothing are divided according to size, but the clerk is cleaning them up as needed.

What’s the point of having lights in your parking lot if you don’t bother turning them on? This location has plenty of lamps to light the parking area, but they all either don’t work, or they aren’t turning them on. I’m not trying to risk my life just to get into a Walmart. They’re sacrificing customer safety to save money.

I decided to print some pictures and after finishing at the kiosk, the message on the screen asked me to take the receipt it prints to the associates working the counter. So I did and the guy in the bronco jersey working today completely and rudely dismissed me to another associate who was occupied filling orders of MANY other customers standing around.   Another customer who was waiting for her pictures noticed our interaction and told me he basically gave her the f u type of treatment as well.  I took a lap because he rubbed me so wrong and I didn’t want to say what I was thinking because it was not going to be kind. When I came back I was greeted by a much kinder associate who completed my order and helped as many people as he could considering there was quite a line of people needing help.  As I waited for the kind associate to finish my order the guy in the bronco jersey proceeded to stand on his phone for the remaining time I was there and even though there were other people were needing help.  I wish I could have gotten both the names of the rude associate and the really kind one.  The only reason this Walmart got 3 stars from was because of the kid who was able to help me and kindly assist the others around me.  And for future customers if you see an associate in a bronco jersey best to avoid because he won’t help you anyways.

Harbor Freight Tools

The store is very clean and organized, making it easy to find products.
The shelves were full of merchandise and there were no empty shelves. The lighting in the store is bright and clean.

I like Harbor Freight, because they always have what I need, in terms of tools, at decent price points. For Chinese manufactured products, the quality has gotten better, and better, over the years. But, then the prices have also gone up, accordingly.

Have the tools I need and more to get the job done and cashier was very friendly, professional, and polite. Roaming employees though were to busy though at the time I guess to ask if I needed help but, as a mechanic I already knew what I needed.

Looking for a carbon monoxide detectors for Mom. Store was busy and help was scarce. Had to wait in line at the register to get location of product. Purchased last one.

Harbor Freight always has a fulfilling shopping experience. It's not very FREQUENT, but they have the range of products I'm searching for.

I had a great experience at GNC in the Manhattan Mall. I had been looking for a Kaged pre-workout, and I had been to a few other stores but couldn't find it. When I walked into GNC, I was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. I asked her about the supplement I was looking for, and she was able explain the different benefits of pre-workouts and other supplements and how it could help me achieve my goals.

I was really impressed with the employee's knowledge and expertise. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood everything. She also made me feel comfortable and welcome, and didn't try to push any products on me like other places. Overall, the store was very clean and well-organized there were so many vitamins and supplements to choose from I’m honestly glad they were there to help.

I came into this store not thinking much just coming in to look around and browse while my fiancé was in the bathroom. The women there were so nice and knowledgeable. There was one that had a similar name to mine Tatyana was her name I believe and she was super sweet and not pushy and gave me a lot of good information about the goals that I did want to reach and some simple things for life style that can help as well. Like a healthy grazing platter so when I snack it’s easier to grab the healthy snacks instead of the cookies I keep in the cupboard. The other lady was really good at explaining multivitamins to me and how the packs are cheaper than buying individually but that the multivitamins are the same in the packs as the individuals as well. Both weren’t pushing only GNC either it was a mix of stuff they use their own selves. The new employees are so nice and respectful and I found out they price match so I think I might be coming back here just to see them again.

So the girl who was working the new manager would not help me she was too busy I'm guessing talking to her friend they where really buddy buddy in the store doing nothing she had a different employee named Will working he knew all of his stuff helped me nice guy overall the girl on the other hand should not be a manger also she gave me a crystal as I was leaving it made me feel weird and in shock 🤯 I don't think ill he shopping in this store anymore

The new manger shey knows nothing about suppments I asked her about a cetrain product and gave me a completely differnt product mine was for liver support and then Gave me one for brain health just wasted like 50bucks also she was super pusshy and Bossy with the whole rewards member thing

Walked in to a complete mess of a store, protein powders covered much of the limited space, my girlfriend and I were in the store for about 2 minutes before someone came from the back room, didn’t acknowledge either of us, we walked around looking for items clearly having some trouble and weren’t offered any help.
This was unlike any experience I’ve had here and it completely ruined any chance of me coming back.

Radiant Esthetics And Wellness of Lincoln NE

I am recovering from a respiratory bug and my breast milk supply is starting to suffer. I wanted to try some IV fluids to see if it would help be bounce back. The staff were able to get me in quickly and were attentive. The building was inviting and the experience was comfortable.

Awesome experience! They came to my apartment and got me feeling much better. I am not one for needles and had no issues being poked! Great place and people

Very professional and polite. Went through several options to make sure I was getting what I wanted along with explaining to me the vitamin IV therapy. Comfortable setting and enjoyed the experience. Grace did incredible with IV as I never felt a thing.

If you’re on the fence about trying a hydration IV, definitely give it a try! I am on the tail end of a cold/viral thing and have been dragging for a week. I had the Immunity Boost IV and a B12 injection and feel SO much better. I slept well and had energy to get through my day. A big plus is that Grace and her team are incredibly kind and caring humans. I’ll definitely be back earlier in the cycle next time I catch the creepy crud.

The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt so much better after my vitamin IV drip. They have heated blankets and pillows for comfort during the drip. Will be back again

Great communication and great work!  I can’t say enough about Paul Davis.  We had a leak in a bedroom from an outside spigot bursting.  We called Paul Davis and they took care of everything.  From start to finish they communicated well and got the job done.

Paul Davis Restoration is a top-notch business. Greg Sander, Adam Hassebrock, Nate Dillon, & the rest of the crew were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I very much appreciated their attention to detail. They kept me up to date throughout the entire (fire) mitigation and restoration process. I would definitely recommend Paul Davis Restoration to others and will count on them again, if needed.

Thank you.  When our water heater had a massive and continuing leak, my frantic call to my insurance agent resulted in a call to Paul Davis.
I spoke to Kristy first who took my information and passed it along.  The next call was from Doug, who assured me staff would be there as soon as possible.
Within, I believe, two hours Paul Davis staff was there.  This time gave us a chance to get furniture and personal items removed from the basement so your staff could work.
Kind, polite, respectful, and efficient staff.  I wish I could remember all the names, but I am sure you can look it up.
This happened about noon on a Thursday.  We were kept informed of the process over the following days and by Saturday afternoon, we were "back to normal."
Again, thank you, I will not hesitate to call should we or anyone I know need help in the future.
Your presence made our mess a manageable situation.

Paul davis restoration Came right out and helped me out with my water intrusion! I had a  broken water faucet on the outside of my house leaked Into my basement. Called my insurance company and said that they highly recommend Paul davis due to being the only company in Lincoln with a perfect 5.0 rating! Brad came out and he also brought another person marcus I belive his name was and they got right to work and was very professional and attentive with all my questions. Hands down the company around. Ace Handyman Services Lincoln

Daniel was great!  He fixed both problems efficiently (under an hour) and professionally and was willing to explain to me why he did what he did in the repairs.  He had all the necessary equipment with him except for some extra large screws that were necessary because of the size of the lumber I provided for a doorway frame.  I felt comfortable having him in the house and letting him work on his own -- he clearly knew what he was doing.

Great work by Daniel installing a new storm door for us. Was able to get an appointment the day after calling ACE. Arrived right on scheduled time and finished exactly as estimated. Painless experience and great results!

Daniel is personable while professional. I look forward to working with him again.

Everything was terrific. Ras was very communicative and detailed about all the tasks he performed, and I felt he educated me regarding electrical, drywall and painting issues-got a lot of good tips. I look forward to having him rescheduled and return to complete power washing and deck staining.

Daniel did a great job. He is steady, patient,  and meticulous. I hope he'll be available in the future when we have other projects that need to be done.

THREADS-Footloose & Fancy

Extremely disappointed by the customer service the last several times that I have shopped at Threads. I have supported this store (previously at both locations) for YEARS. Have recommended them to so many people and bought a lot of shoes and most Christmas gifts there.

The last two times I have entered the store I have had to ask for help even though there was no other customers and 2+ employees in store.

Today I asked for help and the employee said I would need to look through the shoes myself to see if they had my size. I had already looked through before I asked for help. I asked her if they could order my size. She said “I guess we could order them for you if you really want”. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Very saddened and disappointed in this once great local store!

Wonderful experience!  Jane was one most pleasant person person to work with.  She found me just what I wanted!!!

First time in the store since it relocated.    I was promptly greeted by a sales associate who helped me find what I was looking for directly.  The store is full of light, attractive merchandise and friendly staff.  A very positive retail experience.

Wow wow. Always impressed with the service and selection. We held a private shopping evening with my employees and it was perfect.  The team was so helpful and flexible made it so so fun.

It's awesome place for job opportunities highly suggest to anyone.

Had a delivery scheduled Thursday at 0700. Called them around 1100 Wednesday, was told to come anyway, in at 1200, rolling out at 1245. Enough space to straight back. No overnight parking but there are parking spots if you have to wait for your door

I delivered a load there. They are first come first serve until 3:00 period if you cannot make it before 3:00 p.m. reschedule for the next day period they will not accept you. Other than that, they are quick and very friendly.

At 7:45 am on 6/27/2022, I had one of your Coca-Cola branded truck drivers scream at me that I was a fat freak while I was riding my bicycle south along NW 12th St in Lincoln. Seems like your drivers are nice people.

Front desk employee stinks of alcohol..yet management chooses to ignore it
