I really appreciate the great customer service. The gentleman in the men's big and tall department and the gentleman in the men's shoe department were both incredibly helpful. My partner's son needed an outfit and shoes for his homecoming dance, and with the help of the store employees, he was able to find something to fit his 6'7" frame and size 14 feet.

Have been a longtime customer and they have everything I need. They carry a wide selection of classics and contemporary styles for the entire family in a range of prices. Their sales are good too. Plenty of dressing rooms to try on clothes that are tidy and neat. Professional helpful employees. Clean restrooms. Easy parking out any of the exits.

Had a great experience. The wonderful gentleman that helped us find the perfect wool coat for my military husband was on point. He was so above and beyond helpful. We looked for 2 weeks for a coat for him. Yea, I could ship online, but my mom is 80 and likes seeing items in person. I'm so terrible with names. He was working in the men's department and is from a curry culture. (I didn't want to assume India or Pakistan. I have friends from those countries, and you never wanna mix that up. Also, you have to be careful you don't offend anyone in this world.) Sorry I didn't get the name. I don't ever remember names. Brain sucks. 🧠. Anyways this guy desrves a raise. (Yes, kinda wanted to make it funny just a little. Not at the guy. He's wonderful ❤️. I just feel bad I don't remember his name. He deserves the credit of helping us though.)

I found our visit to be a frustrating experience. Not only was it difficult to get help at the Clinique counter, the gal sold/bagged the wrong product. Now another trip back to correct this. An example of why Amazon is better that buying local.

This store is the first of it's kind in Chandler, they carry every brand and probably more variety compared to the brand stores. You can buy anything and everything needed for outdoor adventures from this store. I am not too sure about the pricing, I felt many items were a bit overpriced. But the outdoor clothing, shoes etc were not plain grey or black, they carry a good selection in terms of design and colors.

This is like a mix of Sports Authority and Bass Pro Shop! Great place for everyone of all ages! The Ferris wheel was great, however the ride mostly consisted of unloading and loading passengers. Maybe you’ll get three continuous rotations? But it costs only $1, what could be better? You will need some good walking shoes as well. You’ll probably spend about 2 hours walking around enjoying the scenery.

This place has everything you can imagine when it comes to ANY activity that occurs outdoors. From hunting to BBQ to Fishing and then indoor toys like rare Star Wars Lego sets and corn hole. Come when you have 5-6 hours to browse. These guys have excellent customer service!!

This place is unbelievably huge and has something for everyone! It obviously caters to sports and outdoor enthusiasts but also has a cute home decor area, arcade games, and a little food court inside. The staff were extremely welcoming, upbeat, and professional. I like that it connects to the mall so you can easily add on other shopping errands. It gets very crowded by midday so get there early if you want to avoid the crowds

This store is unbelievable! They have literally everything you could ever want, and something for anyone! Great place to take the whole family, or just kill a few hours on the weekend.
The prices aren't bad; they sometimes have sales. Staff is super helpfup and friendly. Love coming here!

They had just what I came for a good variety of crocs and plenty of tennis shoes that I liked, definitely I'll come back for more, good prices and good customer service.

This store was awful. My friend and I ran into grab a purse because her bag broke and we were running out of time and the line was extremely long and we didn't have time to wait so we asked if we could just grab a bag that you would put your purchase items in and they would not give us one unless we purchased an item will we couldn't wait in line to purchase one the store was dirty and cluttered it was just an awful experience 👎

This store ALWAYS has huge lines and only 1-2 cashiers; literally you can be in line for an hour! The store has anti-theft devices beeping and going off everywhere and the associates don't care. The store is an absolute disaster and disgusting. You can't find any clothes your size because there's so many clothes of the wrong size crammed in there that haven't been put back in their proper places. Corporate needs to get involved and get new management that knows how to run a store. Absolutely absurd running business like that!

Over crowed! I couldn't get through an aisle without bumping into someone—a long check-out lane with one cashier. I went there to find a PJ set for my husband. The employee couldn't say for sure where this would be. They pointed me to the 2nd row in the back to a disorganized clothing rack. 😑 I Didn't find what I was looking for.

Extremely Disappointed with famous footwear Decision to Let Go of Stellar Employee

I shopped here for some time now and have loved each and every associate as they would always go out of there way to help me one associate did stand out and always tried making everyone smile, I walked in to see if he was working to shop and when I did not see him for the past three days I went to Arizona mills and ran into him there he told me that the company dismissed him?!?! That is a disappointment I told him I would write a review but he asked me to not mention his name all though I did I hope he does not get in more trouble but This shows you what type of company this is he told me the story and i was shocked at first but to know that there was a group of associates that had a group chat about him there that is disappointing and disgusting I am truly disappointed with the companies choice on firing one of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Anyways to start my review

I can't express how deeply disappointed and disheartened I am with famous footwear recent decision to terminate one of their most exceptional employees. It is with great sadness that I write this one-star review, as I feel this action undermines the integrity and reputation of the company.

Chris whom I had the pleasure of working alongside during my time as a customer at famous footwear , consistently showcased not only exceptional skills but also a passion and dedication that set them apart from the rest. Their expertise, work ethic, and positive attitude were truly commendable and added tremendous value to the company.

The decision to let go of such a valuable asset raises serious concerns about the company's management and decision-making processes. One would expect that such an outstanding employee would be rewarded and retained, rather than being dismissed. This abrupt termination undoubtedly reflects a grave lapse in judgment on the part of the company's leadership.

By firing one of their best employees, famous footwear has not only lost an integral part of their team but also jeopardized the trust and confidence of customers like myself. It raises questions about the company's commitment to fostering talent, supporting growth, and recognizing excellence within its workforce.

This unfortunate incident has left me questioning the company's values and its overall commitment to providing exceptional service. It is highly disappointing to witness a company that claims to prioritize employee satisfaction and customer experience, yet seemingly fails to recognize and appreciate the true value of individuals who contribute to their success.

As a result of this decision, I can no longer in good conscience recommend famous footwear to others. In my opinion, a company that overlooks and dismisses their best employees raises significant red flags and calls into question the treatment of their entire workforce.

I hope that famous footwear takes this feedback constructively and reevaluates its decision.

This staff acknowledged my family when we walked in and let us know of the bargain sale going on. An associate that went out of her way was Alyeza. She deserves some recognition for her help on Saturday. This store is better than the one in Christown mall and they have more inventory.

Brianna aka Bri was the worst acting asst manager I have ever dealt with.  She stated the shoe store on 24th St & Baseline Rd was dangerous and that everyone that went in that store carried guns and knives, as a reason to not give me her name when I asked for it. On top of that unprofessional behavior she hung up on me immediately after.   I escalated the issue to corporate office and I have yet to receive an apology for her discriminatory remarks and rude unprofessional behavior. As the acting manager of this store, this type of behavior should cost her position to be
terminated as it reflects on Famous Footwear as a whole. Even more so since I have not been contacted back by corporate as they said they would.  Store Manager Tara you need to hold your staff to a higher standard as this reflects on your management skills.  Again this has been escalated to your corporate office.  I do not see anything FAMOUS ABOUT YOUR FOOTWEAR.

Overall service was excellent associate299951. Went above and beyond of Services of helping out excellent Services I do appreciate the service and I do appreciate ordering the shoes that I wanted on the internet and having them delivered to my house that is awesome five star experience great

Employees very helpful if they don't have something in stock they will find it in their warehouses and get it to their store for you or have it mailed to your home or to their store for pickup very friendly employees

To start off had a great sales rep, her name is Jennifer. Outstanding customer service couldn't be more top notch. She made sure I was ready to go. Thank you Jennifer for being such a great person and sales representative!

Famous footwear is COMPLETELY disconnected with its customers and the information erra. I asked if they would price match and the associate said it has to be on their website so I showed her where their online and instore price were 40% higher than a local competitor and she said yeah I can't price match. This brick and morter is out of touch I'd rather pay full price at a relevant  store.

You walk in no one helps you, I ask if they could size my kids all They did was point at a size mat and told me to do it myself.
We ended up getting the wrong size shoes so we took them to get exchange but at our store location in casa grande, Turns out they didn't charged me for My shoe only my socks. I thought it was going to be difficult to do a exchange because of the receipt error but Janelle the casa grande location Got it fixed and I was able to get the correct shoe size

Jennifer was amazing , she gave us a great customer experience  and attention.  Will definitely be coming back .

ECCO OUTLET PHOENIX

We just bought shoes from ECCO and Aften was the best! She helped me picking shoes for my 10 year old daughter and was patient with us trying on many shoes. Lovely to see people who care about customers. Thank you Aften!

The store is clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful for informing customers current promotion and clarifying deals. The assistant manager, Aften, is knowledgeable and great at customer service. She provided a wonderful shopping experience for us.

Such a great place to shop! Great products, prices and customer service! Much better in-store shopping experience than the other big box stores. Online ordering and pickup is so convenient! It’s obvious that this is a well managed store and that the employees respect customers.

On Saturday December 2, 2023 I had an issue with pickup service on a stormy evening. Nick didn't have to take the time to explain the situation but I was grateful for his kindness. Remember to ask for Nick. He is very understanding. (If he is not up for promotion or a raise he should be) Thank you

I am both surprised, and disappointed. Customer service is not up to par as far as helping you to find what you need.  When I asked for help I was told that the product was, “down there”.  Needless to say that was the wrong area and I found the right area on my own.  I will give credit for having a clean and well organized store but my expectations were a little bit higher as far as service goes.

Had never been in this store/location! I had a blow out on the highway in front of it and after getting my spare put on I decided to go in and wash up! Well, after seeing this store from the entrance I had to take the tour! Starting with the restrooms, which was my main reason for entry, very clean, well kept, everything in working order and condition. Quite impressive! On to the main store: Very classy and sophisticated in appearance! Very modern, clean and well stocked! Loved just looking around and actually spent way more time than anticipated! So much to choose from! Every department was loaded with merchandise, which was very  nicely, well stocked and displayed. It appeared to be very well staffed and maintained throughout the entire store! I was very comfortable here and did not encounter any negativity from anyone here, working or otherwise. Everyone was quite friendly. I was impressed by everything they sold, the fact they actually have a CVS pharmacy and Starbucks inside the store! Just can't find anything bad to say about this place! From the parking lot, which, by the way, was very nicely kept, organized, roomy, clean and well landscaped, throughout the entire store! Excellent experience! Recommended retailer!!

When you don't have the app they don't send the barcode that is needed at pick up till you have picked up your order but I have a two star cause the employee was by himself handling returns and pick ups witch we all know this time of year is very hectic he was very helpful since they didn't send the needed barcode but he got my order pretty fast really no wait
