My favorite shoe store online as well great service fast delivery and if they have it at the store believe me you will have your product packed up and ready

The young man who helped us (I think he was a manager) was super awesome ! So helpful , very kind , I really appreciate his input .

I give this store five stars for customer service. The two girls running the store knew how to run the show. Always asked us if we needed to try on any shoe or asked if we any questions about a shoe. Super attentive employees working here.

The female worker was rude and not very helpful. The other male employee never once asked if we needed help. I'll never ever shop at this location again. If you need good service, great customer service representatives and awesome people go to Litchfield and McDowell
