Such a great place to shop! Great products, prices and customer service! Much better in-store shopping experience than the other big box stores. Online ordering and pickup is so convenient! It’s obvious that this is a well managed store and that the employees respect customers.

On Saturday December 2, 2023 I had an issue with pickup service on a stormy evening. Nick didn't have to take the time to explain the situation but I was grateful for his kindness. Remember to ask for Nick. He is very understanding. (If he is not up for promotion or a raise he should be) Thank you

I am both surprised, and disappointed. Customer service is not up to par as far as helping you to find what you need. When I asked for help I was told that the product was, “down there”. Needless to say that was the wrong area and I found the right area on my own. I will give credit for having a clean and well organized store but my expectations were a little bit higher as far as service goes.

Had never been in this store/location! I had a blow out on the highway in front of it and after getting my spare put on I decided to go in and wash up! Well, after seeing this store from the entrance I had to take the tour! Starting with the restrooms, which was my main reason for entry, very clean, well kept, everything in working order and condition. Quite impressive! On to the main store: Very classy and sophisticated in appearance! Very modern, clean and well stocked! Loved just looking around and actually spent way more time than anticipated! So much to choose from! Every department was loaded with merchandise, which was very nicely, well stocked and displayed. It appeared to be very well staffed and maintained throughout the entire store! I was very comfortable here and did not encounter any negativity from anyone here, working or otherwise. Everyone was quite friendly. I was impressed by everything they sold, the fact they actually have a CVS pharmacy and Starbucks inside the store! Just can't find anything bad to say about this place! From the parking lot, which, by the way, was very nicely kept, organized, roomy, clean and well landscaped, throughout the entire store! Excellent experience! Recommended retailer!!

When you don't have the app they don't send the barcode that is needed at pick up till you have picked up your order but I have a two star cause the employee was by himself handling returns and pick ups witch we all know this time of year is very hectic he was very helpful since they didn't send the needed barcode but he got my order pretty fast really no wait
