This has been my go to store for Christmas this year. I can always find what I am looking for. They were out of an item the gentleman helping us ordered it right away for us and it showed up in 3 days no shipping charges. There are always employees right there to help and they are all very friendly and so helpful. Something you don't see anywhere else. Kudos to this amazing store and the management.

Cool store.  Lots of employees. Has a unique aquarium at the entrance. The candy shop is great.  The taxidermy displays are awesome. Lots of clothes & a vast array of choices for hunting, fishing & sports! Store also has a toy section & two bowling lanes to play on. There is also a great little home furnishing section. The store has an elevator or stairs to use & it has direct access to the rest of Town East Mall as well. Also have to mention the cool statues out front of the store!!

WHAT a store! Where do I even start evaluating this incredible store? I visited just to check it out and to see if they had curtains for my bedroom.  (They did not, that I found.)
I need to come back and take my time wandering each department, try some fudge, and see how many fish I can identify in their mind blowing aquariums.

Loved it! Everything was organized and stocked. Had everything you can imagine and something for everyone, even a candy store and mini restaurant. The aquarium archway and animal displays are beautiful. The staff was very helpful and easy to find.

Arianna and Denise were extremely happy to help me. They were a sheer joy to meet! They helped me find the exact item I came to the store for! Excellent service!

Got seven pairs of shoes at their buy one, get one half off sale. We have three little boys and the price was right! Great atmosphere and service.

I will definitely be a repeat customer here. Staff went above and beyond for what I was looking for, plus some. Highly recommend anyone to go here. The two assistant managers are amazing at their job!

Been in this new location twice now and when I go in nobody acknowledges me. Store want busy 4 customers in the store, 1 person helping a customer, 2nd employee putting stuff up on a shelf and 3rd employee just standing around. 2 of them could have asked if I needed help but chose to ignore me. I recommend going to Gretna better staff. Same issues here as the old location.

Target

I really love this Target's Health and Beauty department. Some of the design makes me feel like I'm in a high-end salon or beauty supply place, and the store is often adding new brands and products. I also appreciate the friendly and helpful employees.

I wish there was a way to add zero stars. When I called nobody answered the phone. I tried various times of the day and evening and still no answer. I went online found what I needed to order, ordered it, only to get an email stating they were out of stock. When I place the originally the website stated item was available. This happened at not only this location but every location. Being that I used a gift card as well as my visa, I now have 30 day wait. For my funds to be returned to my accounts. I should have spent the extra $10 at Walmart and I would have my item this evening. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. SHAME ON YOU TARGET... NEVER AGAIN

Last time I was there, I had just started putting items out to be rung up, checker waited til I finished loading the conveyor belt to say she was closing. I grabbed all my stuff, moved to another line, put items out again, grabbed check book, then this checker told me he didn't have check reader. I gathered up again, put stuff back on shelves and walked out. Rudest cashiers ever. Too lazy or just incompetent in their job  they need huge improvement.

Mobility scooters never work! On several occasions I have been unable to shop due to scooter battery down or mechanical issues. I love to shop Target, so it’s very disappointing.

Lied to multiple times at this location. Went into there today and once again False Advertisement. Was trying to buy a figure that had a clearance tag, showed a picture, and the self checkout worker didn’t do anything. All she did was stood there and radioed over to the toy dept. Absolutely useless! Didn’t even walk back there as I saw multiple figures in the toys, where I found this one. 🙄

Very nice atmosphere inside it was clean and Zen.
The level of help offered for someone walking in knowing nothing about Birkenstocks was amazing.
They were very patient as I had a lot of questions and was unsure.
They took their time and I left with my first pair.
I would definitely recommend coming inside and figuring out the correct option rather than guessing online.
This is one of those things that it is better to see and feel in person.

the people here are super nice and helpful. i very highly recommend. in addition to birkenstocks, they carry a line of handmade leather bags - backpacks, satchels, totes - that looked really cool. overall, definitely worth the drive from kc or topeka, etc.

Great customer service and excellent communication. I been looking for a pair of gray London Birkenstocks for a long time. This was the only store that had them in stock , and they were on sale.  This store is awesome.

They couldn't fix my first pair of sandals even though they said they would have my info on file. Went over with my ole sandals and was told they couldnt repair. Bought my second sandals here but couldn't get anyone in the store to assist me the first time, she was too busy helping the white folks. I went there to try and buy them. Went another day and finally got help...worker lied about how they NEVER have their Birkenstock sandals on sale so bought the second overpriced pair. Less then a month later they had a sale on them. Never helpful and bad record keeping lost me my ability to get the 💯 guarantee on my first pair repair. Now my second pair suck and never stop smelling regardless of how many times I've cleaned them. Don't waste your time and money!!

Footprints has been my go-to Birkenstock store for more than thirty years. My first, and only, visit to this mecca in Lawrence came after driving 600 miles through a blizzard. The drive was a nail biter and the visit glorious. While I have yet to return to the store, I have purchased more Birks via mail from them. They do great mail order/Internet service. Once you know your size, you can live a thousand miles away and shop like a local.

More importantly, the Footprints team offers Birkenstock repairs. Mick is a craftsman; he's kept a couple of pairs of Birkenstock shoes of mine serviceable for decades. Just recently two pairs came back from the shop and are ready for more wear. Not like new, but serviceable and ready to comfort my feet as I go about my day.

The shoes in the pictures attached to this review are more than 20 years old. They have just returned from Footprints from another repair session. New life has been breathed into these shoes. You may think you're paying too much for Birks, but with a little love from Mick's hands, they may be the last shoes you need to buy.

Converse Factory Store

Your all converse store with all the styles and colors. You will have to catch them at the right sale time for that good deal. They do have some mark downs throughout the store. Small section on clearance but few sizes to choose from. Many converse shoe styles you will not find at other retailers.

Customer service is exceptional!! Very friendly and love the shoes! ❤️

Most organized and clean show store within the Legends shopping district.

The employees are courteous and helpful without being overly interactive.

I went in prepared to pay a lot for the hightops I wanted, but ended up pleasantly surprised. They had a huge selection of clearance shoes where I found hightops that were even better than the ones I planned to buy. There was a great sale going on and they give you an extra 10% discout if you have your student I.D. The manager helping us was fun to talk to, and it was over-all a great experience.

Nike Factory Store - Kansas City

Visit dated Aug. 20, 2023:
Fitting rooms closed and no chance to try and find out which size fits best.
The staff could not explain either, why the rooms are closed.
Sad experience!

Great customer service showed a old head how to shop for cool shoes. Intelligent and use patience with you. Going back soon. Good people

Went into Nike Factory store on 6/4/23, they had a stack of returns and I seen a shoe I wanted. I asked an associate if I could buy the shoe, the female associate told me they couldn't sell it to me without processing the shoe first, really because last week I walked in and purchased two pair from a similar stack of returns with lids attached with no questions or excuses. On 6/4/23 team manager said I could buy the shoes but ripped the lid off, told me it store policy blah blah blah, my point is every week the policy is different, please educate everyone to have the same consistency. See my pics of shoes I've purchased from returns or clearence with lids (have reciept proof). Proof of policy inconsistency is week to week here. I even bought dunks today from clearance with the lid, showed the team manager right then and he just looked at me. Congrats team Manager you proved your BIG man in charge by being childish about ripping the lid off a $200 dollar pair of Jordan's box.

This store is huge. They have a big selection and good deals. They also offer military discounts. Thats great for vets and active duty military. (10% off)

Being that there is only 2 stores in 100 miles this one was exceptional and great young people not in your face team members..We are serious about our footwear probably just like you..if they don't have the one you want great care in getting the ones you do.. Overall great spot..Puma is right next store and vans for your skater kid ..

Busy store, a bit tight in some areas.
Good selection - even of some of the latest collection.

I love the quality of the shoes and the discounts they offer here. There are plenty of shoes to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting affordable shoes that are great quality.

There's always a great deal on a nice pair of shoes here, but if you have a larger size the more popular styles are usually sold out.

Love this site! Easy to navigate and easy checkout. Got my purchase when they said it would arrive with no problems. Kept me updated through the whole process of where my order was at. They got a lot of cool unique clothes and other merchandise on their website and good deals that you can't refuse. Worth a gander

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

It’s bigger show store that has many selections. It’s located at Zona Rosa so it’s convenient for shopping and dining as well. Found the boots that I really like and happened to be on 60% Sale so I just grabbed it without hesitation.

How can you not rate a shoe store 5 star.  Such huge selection for men and women.  Sale racks are so great.  Ordering online is also a breeze

I’m a big fan of DSW. I decided to go in to see if they have anything nice for the summer and picked up a pair of shoes I liked. My little one was with and she picked up a toy. We get to the register and the cashier greets us , she’s being super nice until I ask her for a plastic shopping bag. The cashier rang up the items and just stood there not bagging the items. I asked for a bag and she said we are going bagless. I was confused and said well maybe you should put up a sign so customers are aware. She eventually gives me a bag and says you have been warned for next time ! I almost burst out laughing ! I just rolled my eyes , said have a good day and went about my way. Just FYI everyone apparently DSW is going bagless.

I was greeted as soon as I entered. The Rep was very helpful in directing me on how to get my return processed. Only had to wait in line a minute and was done in about 5 minutes. Refunded promptly.. Low stress..

I ordered a pair of shoes online that came scuffed up with no tissue in the shoes or box and dirty/worn on the bottom. I have ordered shoes from DSW dozens of times in the past and have never experienced this. I took them in to the DSW at Zona Rosa and was shocked at the lack of quality customer service. I explained to the employee at the register the state that the shoes were in when I received them and she called for a manager. I don't know if she thought my story was suspicious, but she never asked any questions or explained why she was calling for the manager. The manager came up and did not make eye contact with me, only said "this is how you received them?" while looking at the shoes and then told the employee to damage them out. There wasn't an apology offered by anyone for the state of the shoes, which is the very least they could have done.

Nice shoes.. lots of different  choices. Found a pair of the Sketchers slip ons and took them to the register. I knew I had a coupon and was searching through my email as the man rang us up while he spoke to my husband. My husband paid as soon as I found the coupon. As a person  who has worked in the customer service industry for a very long time, I would have refunded and applied the coupon with no questions. He believed that because the transaction was completed, it could not be reversed. I was very unhappy with that. It's just great customer service, and that should be the aim. What do you all think? Am I expecting too much?

There are lots of options, and there is a huge clearance section. Staff was friendly and helpful to figure out different shoes by need. They do not take checks for those who still write checks, which is a drawback. They didn't have a lot of traffic at the time I was in there but the store is bigger so lots of people can shop at the same time.

Great selection, comfy shoes, and a variety of styles. I'll definitely come back. Staff was helpful but not pushy. Bought 5 pairs!

The store was clean and well organized. I wear a 12 wide, and was excited to see two aisles dedicated to wide shoes. I was  disappointed that many styles were completely missing size 12, while having lots of those shoes in smaller sizes. I did find two pair that I liked, and the promotion got me both pair for well under $100 total.

“I’ve never seen so many shoes I like!” Said my picky daughter as soon as we entered. The staff here is great; super helpful and very available if you need anything. Lines moved quickly at the register, and there is a ton of selection. Sketchers warehouse is an easy recommendation!

The Foot Spot

I'd been having some foot pain in my arch, and found this place online. Not only did I get treated with respect and compassion, but I learned a whole lot about my feet and how I'm walking. Wow, who knew! I would highly recommend coming here if you have any kind of foot problems. Plus the staff, especially Karen, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like an old friend. Thank you, Karen!

IMPECCABLE!  The customer service was incredible to say the least!  Businesses could take a lesson from them!  The one-on-one customer service and special care from "Ryan" was amazing!  Ryan took the time to take the molds of each foot and order the shoe inserts with care!  Once they arrived, (much sooner than anticipated) they were customized to my 2 pair of shoes and boots!  Fit like a glove!  The store is so "pristine" and gorgeous displays....but, they still don't beat out the #1 Customer Service!  I WILL BE BACK AGAIN, AND THANK YOU RYAN!

Karen is WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable and has alot of patience. Very attentive and friendly. Listens to reasons you need a certain shoe. Thankful she showed me the insoles. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this shoe store.

Great help on solving my foot problems.  I felt like Karen took all of the time I needed to educate and show me possible solutions to for my foot issues .  And this was during a busy period.  I feel hopeful that I can finally walk without constant pain.  Thanks Karen.
