Hooters, I feel like they need a second one in my town because it’s very busy all the time. waitresses did a good job of keeping up even though it was very busy. They have car shows all the time which makes Hooters even better. food was average atmosphere is great of course.

Looking for someplace to watch football and they were more than willing to put the teams we were rooting for on tv ... plus, the Buffalo shrimp at Hooters is unrivaled!

I show up to wash the couch football championship game. Sat for a while. Was Carter despite my graybeard, which was fine. After $30 of food one drink and one shot was cut off. It was the fourth quarter of the national championship game. She said it was because of company policy. Friends of the staff were clearly wasted. If you're not in the click you're not served.

First time at Hooters. The service was good, it was not too crowded. The food was fresh and delicious. The girls enjoyed burgers, hubby had the plate with wings, shrimp, and boneless wings. I had the spicy garlic wings and curly fries. The cheese was not good at all but overall it was delicious. The drinks were good as well.

Couldn't build my burger without a $5 up charge. The hourly bar manager said I couldn't have a crispy chicken sandwich with a hamburger patty added  or a double burger with one less patty and add a $5 peice of chicken. They were missing a couple other menu items and every time I come here (I have been since I was 12) the service gets lower and the options become less. I came in during lunch time on a Friday (noon) and it was about half full. The orange in my blue moon wasn't on par, and I sat here disappointed watching commercials and frozen TV screens while my brother ate tacos. Oh, and he ordered fries and they never got them. A pretty common theme the last 3 times we came here. (3 times in the past month after a year hiatus-> my brothers birthday tradition. ) Sure hooters are nice, but the franchise has steeply gone down hill. It used to be my favorite restaurant, I doubt I'll come back to this one again.

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My recent visit to Papa Murphy's left much to be desired. The overall experience was far from pleasant. The pizza I ordered lacked the quality I expected.

Unfortunately, what truly marred my experience was the attitude of one particular employee. This individual, who was adorned with numerous tattoos and piercings, exhibited a level of indifference and rudeness that was frankly shocking. Customer service should be a priority for any establishment, and this employee fell far short of even basic expectations.

It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism, as it tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment. I hope Papa Murphy's takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.

I went inside to order.   The lady at cash register  was occupied with something else.  I ordered a 5 meat stuffed with easy sauce and a NYXL with easy sauce. Got my pizzas home and baked them.  The had extra sauce.  I had to fix myself something to get due to the extra red sauce.

Very disappointing 😞

Went in on Friday 9/22 and was verbally insulted by their employee because she didn’t want to make my pizza as I came in “too close” to closing time. I have never been treated with such disrespect and was too worried to actually eat my pizza so ended up throwing it out. Will not be going to any more of your establishments or my church as I do not feel comfortable with the standard of employee you hire. I plan to call management on Monday , as they were not there Saturday, to call in the description of employee.

Tried to call and complain because our pizzas did not have extra cheese, Nor the extra meat stuff. Pizza barely had any meat in it at all. No extra cheese at all. Everything was overcharged and they were not willing to make it right. They told us if it's edible. We just had to keep it basically.

I've been to this location twice and both times they've been super busy, so I could understand why online orders may not be ready in time because they have walk-ins, too.  They've always accomodated my special requests with generous toppings.  I take it home, add my own seasonings and bake it.  No complaints yet, will definitely be back.

Had a delicious lunch with help from our server Liz! I had saw there was a Wing Wednesday deal, and she was able to adjust our order to accomodate!

The manager there, Brian, seems to love screaming at his employees. He has poor professional etiquette, and puts a large amount of unnecessary strain on the staff. I saw a group of men (regulars, I assume) have to walk into the kitchen and remove said manager from the scene because he was out of control!
The food is also lackluster, but not constantly. I guess it just comes down to who is in the kitchen when I'm there. I frequent this because only because it's close to my workplace, but other than that, I have no incentive to dine or drink there. If you have to eat here, try the shrimp tacos.
Lastly, the service is great. Very friendly, very community-centered vibe. With the exception, of course, of that terrible man they have to call manager, Brian.

Hooters can do better, and should do better.

We are regulars here. Been going for years. Usually food and service is very good. Went in last Friday. Second ones in the door. Waitress was at our table quickly and took our order. Drinks came quickly also but waited for an hour for our food to be served. Looks like the kitchen staff needs training.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. Before we were even able to order food, we saw that there was mouse poop ON THE TABLE!!! When we pointed it out to the manager, Amber, and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and said “well you are sitting outside”
We left immediately because of the unsanitary state of the establishment and because of the terrible service that we received from the “manager”. Absolutely DISGUSTING. If 0 stars was an option, that’s what I would have chose.

This was my first time at a Hooters.  I really don’t see what all the fuss is about.  Everyone says the wings are amazing and the sauces are great but I just don’t feel the same way.

Fried pickles were ok, but didn’t blow me away.  Ranch was ok.   Nothing memorable.

My buddy and I got the medium boneless and were less than impressed with the sauce.  It’s got an odd flavor.  Not sure how to explain it, but it tastes buttery 🤷🏼‍♂️

My other buddy got the teriyaki boneless and said they were decent.

Service was top notch.  Hostess was prompt and sat us quick.  Server checked on us often, made sure drinks were full and got us our food fast.

It’s not a bad place to eat… but again I really don’t see what all the fuss is about.  It’s a lower quality twin peaks with an outdated decor.  I won’t go out of my way to eat at another one, but I didn’t hate it.

The Honey Baked Ham Company

Restaurant is bright and clean. Staff is professional, quick, and friendly. I had the Ham Classic which comes with a pickle spear and chips. I also asked for water which is filtered from the soda fountain. I plan on frequenting this place.

Not sure where to start it was so damn good!! very clean and neat dining area and The staff was very helpful and patient with our questions while ordering. Then the sandwhichs came out and absolutely slapped !! the traditional turkey,  the chicken salad, the tavern club, and classic ham each on a different bread/bun were all equally astonishing!! the thick cuts of ham and turkey were juicy and full of flavor. Then the sides the broccoli bacon bliss a cold broccoli cole slaw type side was a mind bender and must try soo good!! the potato salad is also a stand out bussin side to go with any sandwhich! cant wait to  get back asap and try the soups and sliders!!

Good food friendly service and if you take advantage of their reviews on the bottom of your receipt you get buy 1 get 1 sandwiches.

This is a great place to grab lunch!  Fresh delicious sandwiches.  Clean and wonderful atmosphere!

Didn't get today what somebody else got 3 months ago... Cashier leaning on counter eating her own lunch, with her hands, as I entered the store. She begrudgingly took my order, and not as much as a "thank you" when I left with it. Will not be returning, based on that interaction alone. Disappointed.

The Big Biscuit

I really enjoyed this place. The decor and atmosphere made the dining experience great! The waitress was very nice. We did not have a long wait for Sunday after church time. I ordered the French toast breakfast and it was so good! My friend ordered the frozen iced latte drink. The food came out in a timely manner and overall we had a great experience. Prices were reasonable and portion size was good!

30 min wait on a Sunday 11 am brunch rush was awesome. I don’t even think we waited that long. Great staff and food came out hot, quick and made just right. This is officially my personal favorite breakfast spot. The bottomless $3 coffee was actually really good. I’ll be back to try their entire menu everything looked amazing.

I got the yard bird. It was fantastic, probably the best fried chicken I’ve gotten anywhere around Springfield and the combination of the chicken, sausage gravy, cheese and biscuit was the best. Highly recommend, our waitress was sweet as can be and very attentive. Beautiful, clean restaurant.

Great food and great service. The Bonuts and the omelet were my favorites.

Emily was our waitress and she was awesome.  Quick to order and food came out very fast!

Chick-fil-A

Since the location closest to us is closed for renovations, we've been going to this location.  It's always been the better one food wise.  The last time we visited, my daughter ordered nuggets and fries.  Her nuggets were so salty that she couldn't even eat them.  I tried them for myself, and it was awful.  This has never happened before, so I'm not sure what happened. Hopefully it was just a one time deal.

Actually love the Ozarks, everything looked so clean and new there.  The long lines are the worst, and the crabby people in them which isn't the restaurants fault I suppose

My husband had a surgical procedure and wanted some thing to eat as we were leaving the hospital. His chicken club sandwich was very good. He had a milk shake and it was very good also. The price was high in my opinion.

I never catch her nametag, but she is the best server with the most approachability and smile.  Downside? Some of the managers may SOUND like they are being nice, but in a negative and demeaning tone.  It is cutting and rude. Short balding guy.

the customer service was awful, it felt like the guy in the drive thru window threw it in the car. not friendly at all, also the french fries were cold when we got them. they looked pale, definitely undercooked. will be going to the walnut location from now on if this is the normal experience i will receive.

The Lazy Dog Sports Bar and Grill

Casual but refined. The menu is huge the prices are higher but the food is worth it. We have 4 kids and didn't feel it of place. The menu has classic pub fair but also includes some really interesting dishes, so you can get a good burger, be and fries or you can find a delicious sushi grade tuna bowl.

5 stars. I would love to go back and explore the menu.

No wonder this place is always busy! The drinks, the food, the friendly staff 👌🏽 I really should've taken a picture of my steak, cooked to perfection! I could have done without the chimichurri on top of my steak. I like my steak nice and plain, maybe some butter, but other than the chimichurri, everything was amazing. I will definitely come back over and over and highly recommend this wonderful place.

This is our  favorite gluten free restaurant! The new menu is delicious and creative. Hands down the best tasting Chicken Pot Pie ever, really enjoy the protein bowl, the pork tenderloin is amazing and the breakfast menu is awesome. You gotta try the gluten free green chili!

This was my first time at the Lazy Dog Bar & Grill. I had heard that they were amazing. They did not disappoint. Stephanie's service & suggestions were like a warm embrace. When I tried my first bite of the New England Clam Chowder it was like my fist kiss, unforgettable. I am leaving so satisfied that I will look for people who have never eaten here and invite them back with me to experience it.

I recently visited Lazy Dog Sports Bar and Grill, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The service was a major letdown, with our waitress being not only slow but also quite rude. This negatively impacted our overall dining experience. Speaking of the food, it was mediocre at best. None of the dishes we ordered stood out in terms of flavor or presentation, which was disappointing considering the variety on their menu.

Additionally, the physical condition of the establishment raised concerns. The booth we were seated in had a significant hole, indicative of broader issues of neglect and disrepair throughout the venue. It's evident that the place is not being maintained as it once was.

Having frequented Lazy Dog in the past, I couldn't help but notice a stark decline in the quality and atmosphere that used to make it a great spot. It's disheartening to see such a downturn. Based on this visit, I am compelled to say that Lazy Dog Sports Bar and Grill has unfortunately lost its charm and appeal.

Thirstea tea and Coffee

Lovely, actually milky milk tea and a nice variety of add-ons like tapioca and popping boba, crystals, jellies and more. They also have some interesting looking Asian sandwiches, but I didn't try them

I'm visiting from Oregon and my friends brought me here; they speak very highly of it.

The atmosphere is very clean, relaxing, and welcomes everyone of all fandom (comics, Pokemon, cars, and squishmellows).

I had a Thai Tea and it was absolutely delicious.
My friends had mango and kumquat, and they raved at the use of fresh ingredients.

The manager (in the picture) greeted us and told us about the shop. He has worked hard to get collector's editions of comic POP figures displayed with their corresponding comic book cover to add to the aesthetic.

I had an amazing time with my friends here and I hope the very best for this store!

Love the ambience. Takes me back to my childhood with all this Pokémon merch. Must try in Rogers. The Taro boba was incredible!

Great selection of flavors the ones pictured are the Kumquat with rainbow jelly and Thai tea with boba. We’ve tried many flavors and so far all have been hits!

Such a fun place and thrilled to have this in our area! Great smoothies, Thai tea, and bao buns.

They advertised a $5 special on TV.  I called ahead to confirm it. A man confirmed the special pricing. When I got there it was $6.  I gave the employee a little more. He kept the change, without asking.  Not a big deal. The taste was ok.  But a premium frozen pizza from Safeway or Walmart tastes better and it's more convenient.  Maybe the other pizzas are better.  Not sure, but probably won't go back.

I've ordered online several times with no problems. My order was ready when I  arrived and tasted great when I got it home and cooked it.  The minor effort of cooking it at home will save you significant money.  Last time, I ordered on the phone and they lost the order. Hac to wait about 5-10 minutes while they tried to tell me I must've called you wrong store, then when I proved I hadn't, they finally realized their mistake and made it relatively quickly. So order online and things should go smoothly.

Devin and Levi were very helpful when recommending pizza choices the 5.99 pepperoni was absolutely delicious. The store was very tidy and the boys were very nice will be coming back.

While the service was very friendly the sign in their window clearly states $10 Tuesdays any large pizza but when I attempted to order a large Chicago style stuffed pizza I was told they cannot do a stuffed pizza for that price which leaves me kind of baffled

Online orders are pointless at this location. Still have to wait 10-15 minutes. Everything is also poorly made. Crusts not stretched to edges, toppings piled in center, sauce pooled. Other locations are far better.

Sexy Pizza

This was an interesting concept.  It's a kitchen that serves 8 different restaurants. You go in and place your order on an app then wait to pick up your order. It is also set up with Uber eats and other delivery apps. Very easy to use but this business was hard to find. Because it serves several restaurants it didn't have sexy pizza anywhere in the building. It took us a bit to understand how it worked. The pizza was great,  very yummy and not too expensive.

Do not DoorDash from this place. They can’t seem to include the salads you order when the hand the rest of the order to your driver. Seems simple but they are 0-2 with salads. Food is great… ability to execute a pizza and a salad order seems to be harder than landing a spacecraft on Mars.

Update:  The managers reached out directly to me and refunded both orders that were missing salads.  Still not sure I would doordash or get any delivery from them, but the service and attention to my issue was great.

They were open and accept orders till late. We ordered  supreme and spinach pizza! The whole family liked them!

The vegan pizza is AMAZING! Best vegan pizza I have ever had

Gluten-free pizza crust is SO GOOD! It tastes like actual pizza crust. We ordered on Uber Eats and it arrived ab 30 mins later. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.
