Wendy's

Great experience tonight. I got the food I couldn't get at the Fillmore location. All of the food here was fresh. The employee at the drive up window was friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh and well prepared. This is a good alternative location to go to...worth the extra 10 minute drive. This crew definitely has their stuff together and they operate as one of the Best Wendy's teams in the Springs. I highly recommend this location to everyone that wants a great experience! Job well done.

I don’t know who this night crew was tonight but it was the best experience we’ve ever had. From the drive thru guy taking our order to the lady who chased us down to give us a burger they forgot to put in the bags, AMAZING. So nice. So easy. So fast. So great.

I don't know why but the burgers here just lack taste, usually dry, just not a consistent Wendy's.  And the dirty looks you get if you ask for fresh Crispy fries!! It's like the employees have to pay for extra potatoes.  It's sad that this Wendy's is the closest one to where I live otherwise I'd NEVER visit this one. I hope you get lucky if you must eat here.

Spoke to Kenny about a credit. I was supposed to have when I had called them. And told them about how horrible my meal was. She said that I would be on the list list. I guess the list expires after a certain time. Well, I had ankle surgery and did not know that.  He was quite rude and I asked for the district manager, who was Isabel. I've tried numerous times and have not been able to get ahold of her. I just won't go back. I went ahead and paid for my meal which was just average. But I will not be going to Wendy's again.

I pulled up to this Wendy's drive through, a girl was giggling so hard she couldn't catch her breath! Then a young man gets on the speaker & was so nice. Now, whatever had just happened in there evidently made them happy and enjoy their shift. Seemed like harmless fun, but ended up making my whole night! Everyone should take their jobs seriously, but nothing wrong with enjoying yourself sometimes! I love to pick up from here! Good job guys!

Okay so the food was good. I hadn't had it in a long time  so it was amazing.. but it took so long to get it maybe 20min. My oldest boys ordered after me and theirs took 35min. It was insane. I won't be going back to this one. It may have just been a hard night though. The frosty was good and I didn't think it would be.. right now they are selling the small frosty for 3-5$ for a free small each time.  The Ziggy meals.. amazing

This location is a joke. Constantly messing up orders and giving out completely wrong orders but today beats them all. Apparently they have no food until lunch because the only person working looks like he's coming down from a week long drug binder. The employee literally had the doors all locked and was sleeping in one of the booths and said he was sick so he wasn't going to be making anything. Not to mention all the homeless people also sleeping in the booths. Seems like it's better off as a homeless shelter than a fast food restaurant.

I am honestly upset with my experience here. They kept on messing up orders and I heard like 2 people say they got the wrong order. I order a $5 biggie bag and used my coupon for a free 6 piece nugget. Mind you, I ordered a DOUBLE STACK and was suppose to have those 10pc nuggets. When my friend got her order it was wrong and when I received mine it wasnt what I asked for, I'm being pissed and that just ruined my whole day.

Can’t give 0 stars so one star it is. Typical of what to expect from a food chain like Wendy’s. Went through the drive thru, got our food and left. Got to our destination to eat (kids football game) and of course the food is messed up! Called to tell them, the kid that answered didn’t apologize just said to come in and they would remake the burger or give me my money back. That’s the least I expect. Very poor customer service. I told him the proper way to handle the situation would be to apologize to the customer for the mess up and he just flat out hung up on me. I tried calling back no answer. It’s sad that one should just come to expect poor service from places like this…..funny though, Chick Fil A seems to hire competent staff that at least have an IQ that registers. Never any mess ups there!

I know it's fast food and I'm not the type to be picky about it and give employees a hard time, but the food here was completely awful. The burger patty was close to black on the outside, very stale like it had been sitting out in the open for hours. The soda machine was completely empty save for some unsavory drinks. Like I said I never expect much from fast food places but this was so bad I had to rate it

Denver Biscuit Company

These were unequivocally THE BEST biscuits I have ever experienced in my entire life and let me just say that means a lot because I'm from the south and we don't take our biscuits lightly. We take them nothing less than perfect either buttermilk thick or rich flaky. Our family all ordered different biscuit menu items and each one was delicious! The atmosphere was laid back and cool with board games and cards available to play.

I love sausage biscuits and gravy.  I have traveled extensively in the United States and abroad, and up until this point Pine State Biscuits in Portland was the hands-down favorite, but I can now say, in my opinion, that Denver Biscuit Company is tied for first place in this man’s opinion of the best sausage biscuits and gravy in the United States.

The staff are all exceptionally welcoming and provided excellent attentive service.

This location is located near downtown Denver in a great area that is both vibrant and an overall excellent atmosphere.

The biscuits and gravy are absolutely amazing. The biscuits are flavorful, soft perfectly cooked. There is obvious attention to detail by folks who know what they’re doing.   The sausage gravy is equally good with great flavor even a little spicy it was an absolute treat.  I had them put an egg over medium on top and that plate coupled with fresh squeezed orange juice was this man’s opinion of a perfect breakfast.

God bless the USA and God bless biscuits and gravy.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!  My personal favorite was the Parmesan garlic fries since I had never had fries that savory down in west texas. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs and the experience was overall fantastic!

P.S. The biscuits are the best

Came here for a Friday morning breakfast.  There was a small wait, but was seated within 10 minutes on the outside patio.  It was a nice day, so it was pleasant to sit outside.  Service was very fast and friendly.

There were many different biscuit sandwiches from both sweet to savory which can further be customized with an an egg, made Nashville hot, made Vegan, or made with Biscuit French Toast.  There's also lighter, traditional breakfast plates such as French Toast, Granola, eggs with meat, shrimp & grits, and pot pie.

The biscuits each had a unique combination of ingredients that were interesting, but went well together.  Food all came out within 15 minutes and the biscuits were large.  Everyone enjoyed their sandwich which was very filling.  I tasted them all and preferred my Franklin, but would've been happy with any of them.

They were out that morning, but came back the next morning for the Giant Cinnamon Rolls, one with bacon and one plain.  They were definitely giant and good.  I recommend you come early as they do sell out of them.

Fun place to come for a unique twist on breakfast with sweet and savory options.

Biscuits and gravy was great, had slight heat to it. They served us water in mason jars with a refill pitcher. The coffee is self serve by the front door. Bathrooms decent 2 woman stalls and it was clean. Be prepared to wait, a table for 5 took about 45 minutes on a Sunday morning. Took a little longer than usual to get our food.

Wendy's is decent fast food.
Great for a quick bite on the run.
This location has consistently good service.
When they make mistakes on drive thru orders - which is not often - they are willing to make it right.
Food is hot and fresh.
Lines in the drive thru are never a long wait.

I been coming to this Wendy’s for along time and never had poor service. Your dining room is always clean and pleasant to eat in.
The only thing that would be nice is when they are at a slow time if one of your team members would come out and walking around and ask the customers how’s everything??
Is there anything I can get you ?

Other than that everything is great I will keep coming back🙂.

Spicy chicken sandwich was like rubber. Hadn't eaten all day, was really hungry,  and I couldn't even choke it down. Terrible. I order the spicy chicken all the time. I've had some better than others, but this one was not even edible. I couldn't even bite through it the first try. Disgusting.

This is one of the only Wendy's on my way home, and it's a given that I have to hold the line up every time I come to check if I got the correct food? Did I get a fork? If there was another Wendy's within driving distance, I'd happily never come here again.

I hadn't been here since about 10 years ago because I left the US & stayed abroad for awhile. IMO, nobody does bacon cheeseburgers like them. I also love the skin-on fries as opposed to the no-skin fries from before. I had a value menu 'biggie bag': junior bacon cheeseburger, small fries, 4-pc nuggets, small drink.. all for $5.. can you beat that? Thanks Wendy's!!!

Hooters

I'd been craving hot wings for quite sometime now and had to drive the distance to quench my craving. Reagan is AMAZING! Her recommendations were on cue and mouthwateringly delicious. Ordered theNaked Wings w/Hot Buffalo Sauce and could have gone up in heat or ask for extra sauce. The Caramel Fudge Cheesecake was the best treat even though I was bursting at the seams.

Food was good.  Beer was good and cold. Best buffalo chicken sandwich around! Good curly fries. But Hooters charges like government these days, nickel and diming for everything. Look at the receipt.  $ .59 for ghost pepper sauce.  $1.09 for a small container blue cheese. Very loud inside, it is a sports bar. Lots of TVs.  Bar seating. Patio seating available. Fairly quick service once I got to place my order. Plenty of parking outside. Easy access off 120th avenue.

Sat down at 4:30 pm didn’t get food till 5:45 and barley getting check at 6:30pm

Over 60 wings order and they weren’t hot at all. Manger brought new wings and the sauce color was even different as he stands there questioning the wings like we did.

Currently sitting here still and there’s two kitchen cooks drinking tall boys and on second round of beers. They Keep getting up to work and clear tables with the waitress.

I own a restaurant and my staff wouldn’t be drinking in there work clothes let alone helping waitresses clear tables.

Helpful. Plenty of parking. The music isn’t so loud that you can’t talk. Tons of TV great place to see any sports. I’m sure. A little bit cold to be sitting on the outside but the inside is nice and toasty staff seems to be very friendly. I got an old fashion which taste great, and was served quickly, even though it seems a bit busy in here right now. I ordered the oysters we’re going to find out how they are.

I haven't been to Hooters in years!

Due to the fact that the atmosphere had changed and it attracted unwelcoming guest.

I was working in the area and some wings sounded good for dinner. Went in there with no expectations, and to my surprise, this place definitely reminds me of how Hooters used to be.

Staff is friendly, place is clean, and just a great atmosphere! Food tasted delicious also!!!

Would definitely come back to this Hooters again!

The Big Biscuit

Short version:
Service was friendly and helpful without being over bearing.
Atmosphere was nice, not super fancy, but clean and bright.
Food was hot and fresh, great taste. The big biscuit was the best restaurant biscuit I've had.

Long version:
There was outdoor seating available near the front door which had an appealing sign that felt like an updated modern diner design and feel.
Upon entering there are long booth style benches with tables along them with chairs on the opposite side of the tables. Allows for large or small parties and to choose your type of seat. The restaurant was very clean which is always a very important plus.
We were greeted immediately and shown to our seats right away. Our server took our drink order and left. I noticed that while there were other diners, the room was not loud, no overbearing music to shout over, couldn't hear kitchen noise, it was pleasant and brightly lit from the large front window and the interior lights.
Our server brought our drinks quickly which were good, but coffee can be so subjective that I'll say the latte and mocha we ordered had a weak coffee taste, more chocolate milk with a coffee undertone. People who love really strong, dark coffee would probably be wise to try ordering something else.
We ordered our food and it was not a long wait, quicker than expected, but everything looked fresh, it was hot and everyone was very happy with their order. Some people think breakfast is simple, but this was excellent. My wife said her waffle was so good it didn't need syrup and she always uses syrup.
I ordered The Haymaker, fries, breaded chicken, covered in cheddar cheese and sausage gravy with a big biscuit. It was amazing. The fries were crispy and held up well to the gravy, the chicken was tender and juicy. The biscuit was the perfect texture of crispness on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
No one in our group had any complaints about any aspect of our visit.
Definitely a place I will revisit and encourage people to try.

My family came in for Sunday breakfast. They have a great selection, huge pancakes and awesome omelettes with biscuits and gravy on top. Check it out if you’re in town.

Great service and good food. We visited during the brunch hour. The atmosphere was nice, the  servers were friendly, and the portion sizes were generous for the price.  The menu had variety with salads and sandwiches being offered as well as breakfast items. My friend got the Yardbird  and I enjoyed the Del Rio omelette. I will definitely be back.

Let me just start with the coffee, you can always tell an experience on the coffee, which was rich and flavorful. A very smooth drink to start off the day, not bitter or old, it was freshly made. I ordered the 3 car pile up, which oh my... It is something at first that looks quite intimidating and you wonder if you made the right choice, yet as I took bites of it I was so impressed with how delicious it was. Yes there was left overs and I'm so glad that I had some so I could enjoy it later. My dad got the Bigger Breakfast and the pancakes truly are plate sized and their batter is so good, something grandma would make from when you were a kid. I don't say this lightly however I feel that this is my new favorite breakfast place. The staff was great, our waitress was friendly and attentive to our table, she also wasn't afraid to laugh and talk a little bit here and there. Which I know is a different experience for everyone. I would give this place a ten out of five if I could. Try it, it was a win in my book!

Food was good. I've been here a few times over the years, it's predictably consistent food.
This visit included a twenty minute wait that we agreed to. While waiting, I noticed a whole room full of empty tables. I wonder whose brilliant managerial move it was to have customers waiting outside in the cold instead of seated with hot coffee as they waited? I, and others, also noticed that couples were being skipped to favor groups, many times to groups arriving well after the couples, making that twenty minutes a forgotten concept.
Going back to the food, the only complaint I have is I've never had hot biscuits and gravy here..., always warm-ish. I make homemade B&G and it's blazing hot and steamy for a while, especially if put on a warm plate.

Red Lobster

We had a great meal here tonight. I was really impressed with both the food and service at this location b/c other Red Lobster's have not been as good. Our server LeeAnn was friendly and efficient. She made recommendations, brought drinks and biscuits right away, and checked back often. We ordered the endless shrimp, which was a good deal for unlimited refills and one side for $20. We tried all 5 varieties of shrimp and they were all great except for the pasta, which was mainly watery butter pasta with a few shrimp. But the rest were delicious and huge, especially the coconut shrimp. I tried the sirloin and snow crab in garlic butter. It was $30 and came with 2 sides. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server also made sure to bring me a wet wipe and crackers for the crab. Towards the end she got busy and we had to wave her down for refills and extra napkins, but she was still a great server. I like the pay kiosk but it took forever to get our rewards/discount applied, so I wish we could just pay directly instead. We will be back. It was a great meal!

Our dishes were great as always!The staff was very friendly,their manager stopped to talk to us. He seemed like a nice person who cares for the service and quality of food. We will be back!

I really only go here for the endless shrimp. But other than that it's a decent place. The staff were friendly and quick on refills for drinks. Doesn't ever get very packed unless it's the weekend. The New dragon shrimp are tasty both spicy and sweet. The coconut shrimp are always an all time favorite.

Really disappointed in our service at the Rogers Red Lobster. Our server took our order and disappeared, my husband had to walk his empty glass to the bar twice to get a refill, food took over an hour to come out, and the noodles in our shrimp linguine were undercooked. While we were there another couple behind us also made a complaint about the lack of service.

We went last weekend to the Rogers location.  The building had no heat so we ate in the cold.  As you can imagine, the food was ok at best.  The server didn't pay much attention.  We had to find our own silverware.  We asked for refills on coffee and tea but was told they had just dumped them and didn't want to make any more.  They closed at 8 pm and we were there at 7:00. Won't go back.

La Baguette Cafe and Espresso Bar

For lunch, ordered 2 combos, a kid's meal, and an app. Total before tip was $70. I priced out what the same meal costs at La Tartine, and it was $40. That is a huge difference. Food took forever and the bread was cold and did not have the crunch you would expect for the money. I will n9t be returning personally.

I was having lunch with my coworkers on August 18, 2023. I got a cheesecake and a breakfast croissant with fruits (melon and grapes) on the side.

I was eating the grapes and found THIS under them. IT LOOKED LIKE A DEAD CRICKET!!!!!!

I immediately went to a staff member and said “I was eating my food and found something in my plate.” The person I was talking to was a middle aged man wearing glasses, I don’t know his name. He did not seem sorry or apologetic. Instead he said “Did you eat outside?”  That is ridiculous! It felt like I got blamed for their own mistake. I said “no” and pointed at the table inside. He took the cricket and threw it on the floor. He suggested a new sandwich; I was so disgusted that I said no.

Be CAREFUL going to this place.

The butternut squash ravioli with tomato basil sauce was DELICIOUS🤤🤤 Will definitely be going back for that.

Nice little place to get some breakfast eats. It was super busy when we stopped by. Line out the door. They have another entrance at the back of the place which other people were coming in cutting in line. We were on vaca and didnt really care but some locals weren't having it. The breakfast croissant was good. Coffee was nice and dark.

One of my all-time favorite places in town, and also very nostalgic because I have been coming here since I was a child. My favorite dish is the tortellini, and everything I have had there is absolutely delicious. The service is a little slow, but I think that's because they just have a small staff. Fantastic place, love bringing out of town friends here.

Chick-fil-A Broadway & Dartmouth

I am deeply appalled and greatly disappointed by the unsettling experience I had after consuming several nuggets without initially inspecting their appearance. Upon glancing at my meal, I was disheartened to find that the nuggets were infested with fly eggs; I ordered at the drive thru, began to drive and just throw food in my mouth. This incident has left me in a state of considerable distress and physical discomfort. I feel compelled to emphasize the importance of thoroughly examining one's food prior to consumption. It has become evident that a degree of caution is essential when partaking in fast food offerings, as the level of attention to detail and adherence to proper food safety protocols appears to be lacking.

Ordered through Uber eats. My driver was amazing, got here in record time, but the food was not only terrible and cold but not even what I ordered. I haven’t had a chance to eat all day, too busy and tired from being sick to cook. I’ll never order here again, but please do better for your other customers.

Very disappointed by my recent experience. I’ve been a big fan of Chick-Fil-A for decades, unfortunately my recent experience didn’t live up to the brand’s usually high standards. I went through the drive through and placed a simple order - one 12 count of nuggets and one 12 count of grilled nuggets. The employee working in the drive through was very nice and processed my order quickly. I was the only car in the drive through at the time, so I made it to the window and proceeded to wait for a significant amount of time for my order. Eventually, several other cars started to pile up behind me due to the lengthy amount of time my order was taking. The employee at the window asked if I could pull around and they would bring me my order, which I gladly obliged. Once parking in a spot in front of the building, I proceeded to wait another 11 minutes and watched dozens of cars receive their orders. After a significant amount of time, an employee came out with a bag and asked if this was my order. Unfortunately, it was for the car next to me who had pulled up from the drive through several minutes after me, despite containing the items I ordered (in addition to several other items). At this point, I was frustrated and walked in to speak with an employee about my order status. Upon walking in I was greeted by who turned out to be the manager on duty. I told him the situation and he began looking into the status of my order. He then came back and told me that the grilled nuggets I had ordered were taking some extra time because they were making them fresh, so it would be a few extra minutes. Unfortunately, I knew this not to be true as the employee who brought the order out to the car next to me said the order contained grilled nuggets. Further more, person directly next to me received their mobile order, which contained grilled nuggets. At this point, I told the manger I wanted a refund and to leave. He promptly refunded my order and miraculously was able to produce my food as well, despite the fact that he told me it would be a few extra minutes only moments before. This location has a lot of potential, but is clearly lacking leadership and training. Had they simply owned up to their simple mistake, been honest about forgetting my order, and made it right I wouldn’t have been so disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, no one was willing to own up to their mistake, although the manager did refund my order upon my request. I hope that the franchisee and regional management sees this review so that they can invest time and training into the employees at this location. I love the Chick-Fil-A brand and want to receive the same great experience no matter what Chick-Fil-A I go to.

Teriyaki Madness

We went in an hour before close on Friday night and they had all the chairs already stacked and were annoyed that we came in. The girl at the register was rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. She automatically packed our food to go even though we unstacked chairs to sit down and eat because it was still an hour before the restaurants posted close time. My son dropped his fork on the ground and I asked her for a new one and her response was that she had already put plenty in the bag. It was just a terrible experience. The food was okay, but there were barely any veggies. We felt so unwelcome being there, and there were several people who came in even after us. We definitely will go to a different location next time.

The store is super convenient from my location, 2 minutes from the house. But they have always taken care of me. Chicken is great. Rangoons are on point. If there were short on the chicken, I would call and let them know about it. And they would absolutely hook me up the next time I ordered. Good food, great staff.

Gross food. The “fried” rice was just a soggy over cooked mess, and the “vegetables” were nothing more than a pile of bland cabbage with a sliver of carrot thrown in here and there. The chicken was dry and not cooked to order, was only made edible by dousing it with the teriyaki sauce. Had to immediately wash my hands after picking up the sauce bottle as it was covered with sauce on the outside. Waste of $16

I love this place. You get a lot for your money. The teriyaki sauce is so yummy. It’s all good. Katsu, Spicy Chicken, tofu you name it. It’s nothing serious but it’s a good place to get some causal yummy food and have leftovers.

I’ve never had much of a problem here but this time, the lady running the register was blatantly rude. Her name was Brandy by the way. We came in a half hour before they close with a small take out order. She made us feel like a massive burden. Later, as she went back into the kitchen area, we heard her ranting about us to another employee. I don’t enjoy having to fear that my food will be spat in while it’s being made, for no good reason at all. As someone who works in the fast food industry, this is unacceptable and I will not be returning. She needs a firm talking to.
