Pros - Service was fast!

Cons - If using a credit card a Tip Screen comes up, only offering 20, 25 or 30% tips, or none, you can't add a 10 or 15% tip, nor can you add a set dollar amount tip.
Some people like their bills to come out to an even number like 20$ or 30$, can't do that here.

We really like the pizza and it's a good price, especially the Tuesday special, but some of the employees don't understand the difference between a coupon and the radio auction certificates that we buy. We had family visiting and sent them over to get pizza and they would not accept the certificate for the Tuesday special.   😒

I went in not to long ago to get pizza for our family. i was suprised by a big rush in the store to come to find it was being run by one young man. I believe his name was Drestin, he was very polite and helped us get the best bang for our buck for dinner. He was very efficient and got my pizza out in the fastest time i’ve seen even with a big rush. That young man is a very hard worker and I will be coming back again in the near future

I am not typically one to write reviews but i’m extremely disappointed in the customer service that was dealt at this establishment tonight. I showed up at 7:42 PM to this location where I was greeted by a sign that says closed when their hours on their door say closed at 8 PM while I was walking in they turned around and told me they aren’t making any pizzas and that they are closed for the night. when I stated your door says 8 PM. they looked at me in disbelief and said once again we are closed. Another lady was in there and stated she has been arguing with them back-and-forth regarding the same issue. Why if they were closed would their front door be unlocked with their lights, turn on proofing pizza crust. The two young boys that were there obviously had no idea what they were doing. Will not be going back.

Gotta love 10.99 Tuesday!! Great way to find the pizza that's 🍕 good for you! They have been very prompt on all my visits and for the most part friendly staff!

Whatcha Smokin BBQ & Brew

Best baby back ribs I've had in years!!! The meat was tender and fell off the bones. The mild and spicy barbecue sauces complimented the meat beautifully! Even the cornbread was good. I took it to go but I loved the atmosphere inside. The lady who took my order was also very friendly. I would be very excited if I had the opportunity to go here again! Btw, it was getting crowded on a Tuesday before noon.

We drove 2 hours to give this place a try. We specifically wanted to try the Iowa Twinkie and the bacon bombs they advertised. Unfortunately, neither item was available so we were not able to try them. The Iowa Twinkie wouldn't be available until the next day and the bacon bombs were a Sunday special and only available after 4 pm. We drove over on a Sunday afternoon and got there around noon. When we entered, there was about a 30 minute wait unless we wanted to sit out on the back patio which we chose to do. We ordered from the back patio kiosk. Our food came within about 20 to 25 minutes from the time that we ordered. I ordered the 3 meat plate which came with 2 sides and either cornbread or Texas toast. I chose both for a small add on fee. I chose the Mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes for my sides. I got the fatty brisket(added cost), ribs(added cost), and pulled pork. I wanted the sausage but apparently they didn't have any, either sold out or not available. My friend got the lean brisket with Mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes with Texas toast. She enjoyed the brisket, the toast and the potatoes but didn't really care for the Mac and cheese. She said it was just kinda plain. My Mac and cheese was about the same with it being a bit greasy(oily) like the cheese had a high oil content plus the noodles were a bit unevenly cooked. The cheesy potatoes were really good with a great amount of cheesiness with excellent seasoning giving it good flavor. The lean brisket was good, well flavored. The fatty brisket was super flavorful with a great bark. I must have gotten the end portion as one piece of my brisket was over half fat which wasn't too great  The ribs were good with a nice soft bbq sauce that wasn't slopped on so not overly wet which I liked. The pulled pork was very good, not overcooked and mushy as you find in a lot of places. Mine came with some good bark pieces which I very much enjoyed. The cornbread was tasty, light and slightly sweet. It was not too dense or overly sweet and would have been perfect with a bit of honey butter. The Texas toast was good though I would have liked mine to have been a bit more toasted but that's a personal preference. I got some of the spicy sauce and my friend got the medium. Both were good with the spicy being very good with just the right amount of heat. This allowed you to be able to taste your other flavors. The portions are excellent for a bbq restaurant and the people and service were very good. Overall, the food was good to very good with great portions and good people and service. Other than being very disappointed about not being able to get the bacon bombs and Iowa Twinkie since those were big reasons we drove there, we will definitely be going back to try more things and would recommend giving it a try, just be aware not all things are available at all times, either due to being a special, only available at certain times or being sold out. Definitely give a try as this is high on my list of good bbq.

Great staff!. We tried a variety of different foods and enjoyed them.
The burnt ends , ribs and double wide tenderloin as well as  corn nuggets  were fantastic.  Reasonable prices.  Worth the stop.

Stopped on the way home yesterday.  Good food and will need to stop again to experience more of their menu.

Such a cool place to visit. Worth the drive out! We got there early before the main dinner rush so the wait was not terrible. Atmosphere is awesome and has a lot of inside and outside seating. I wish I could have got a little bit of everything. Great portions, great meat, sides and tasty fries! We will have to be back to try others.

The food was great. The service was awesome! It's a bar, so it's smokey.  We knew that before going, so that's on us. Band that night was great! It's a fun place to hang out!

This place is not just a bar, it's SUCH a good place to eat, play pool, watch a game. They have Cornhole indoors or out. Their food is homemade, amazing, and delicious. The people are your hometown friendly people. And my teenagers can come with me, play pool or darts....while I have a beer! Price is on point! Definitely gives off the Cheers vibe, for anyone old enough to remember that!

The server was an awesome lady. Food was great as usual. Different visit, but the review stands, although I do not care for the ordering system of requiring you to use your cell phone to access their menu via a QVC type code on the tables, or have the waitress bring over a tablet.

I ordered the stir fry with meat and it came out cold and no meat. The server was too busy with herself and not attentive. There were teenagers being crazy. Went in bathroom and shut off lights and blocked door for anyone to enter. Why are they there

First time eating Papa murphys, and I am pretty taken away by the product. The product was fresh and easy to bake once I got home. It was nice to have a little leaflet with the instructions listed included inside the wrapping. We ordered 5 stuffed pizzas and found the chicken bacon ranch was a family favorite.

Webb city papa Murphys is the best, joplin one has a bit of an attitude,  so I  go to Webb city. They are very friendly

I have ordered here a few times and had good service.  I always get the same 2 kinds of pizza. Cowboy and a Hawaiian with Pepperoni and pink sauce.  I always have it on original crust but got both of them on thin crust.  We don't eat thin crust.
I am disappointed with them twice I has happened to me.

Just had to give a shout out to the Papa Murphys location on Madison. Everyone working was over the top nice! Made small talk while we waited on our order, suggested other items (which resulted in a second purchase) and were all very pleasant. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Always so polite, and I can actually get dinner done quickly and safely, bcz serious allergies are rampant in my family, without braking the bank.

The pizza was yummy but took waaaay too long for not being cooked.

Ordered ahead. There was little to no wait. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean. No issues. Will be back! Oh and pizza was great. Note: you do not eat here it is to go and cook at home if you weren't aware.

It's Greek To Me

Don't let the fact that this is in the food court stop you from trying this.  Gyro sandwich with fries and a drink for $9.99. They made this fresh after I ordered it. The pita bread was hot and fresh and delicious, slightly toasted. The meat had a great flavor.  Vegetables were fresh. The fries were tasty and fresh.  Friendly staff. There were lots of options on the menu if you like to try new things. I would definitely try it again.  They have chicken schwarma.

Every time I hit up the food court I see people passing up this amazing place. The food, prices, and people are wonderful. Hands down the best place at the food court, wonderful Mediterranean cuisine.

Our server Patrick was really great. He gave recommendations and got our food out to us super fast! He wasn't wrong when he said the Tabouli was amazing 🤩.

I grew up here never tried it. I finally checked it out great customer service very friendly. I ordered the chicken shawarma it was piping hot and freaking delicious. they are in a horrible location the mall.. but better than anything else to eat at the mall. highly recommend eating here 👌 I will be going back for sure.

I got the Gyros Sandwich and for $5.99 it is well worth the value.  The meat is so tender and seasoned well.  All of the ingredients were fresh and the pita was soft.  A must try in the area, especially if you are tired of the same stuff.  I get it, Chick Fil' A is next door, but expand your horizons.  The food here is very good and very good value.

We ordered two gluten free with dairy free cheese pizzas. The pizzas have hardly any choose on them at all! At $25 each they shouldn’t be skimping. And then to add insult to injury the store refused to take our $50 bill on the $49.80 order! I get being hesitant with large bills but that was ridiculous. AND there was no warning on the app about means of payment. Verifying large bills is super easy so there’s no excuse for refusing to take legal tender. We are not likely to be going back here.

We ordered gluten free non dairy pizza (allergy’s suck) for $49.80 and they wouldn’t take a $50 bill for payment.

They were downright rude about it and offered bo solutions.  Like many we live on a cash basis and I’ve never run into a place that won’t actually accept payment!

Top this off with the fact that both pizzas have at best a half serving of cheese on them!

This past Tuesday I stopped by Papa Murphys. They were very busy. Ordered a Double Bacon Cheddar pizza. On a scale from 1-10, it's a 10 in my book. I would love to try half of it with pineapple on it. Your scored Papa Murphys. Please make it a regular option 🙏.

We have been purchasing pizzas from here for years and I was treated very rudely today. I ordered 4 pizzas online and when I came to pick them up the manager would not give me rewards credit for them. I asked her to return them and re-ring them so that I would get credit and she refused and treated me very rudely. We typically buy 3-4 pizzas at every purchase and the points are valuable to earn a free pizza. The point isn’t the rewards as much as how she responded to my questions and she treated me very rudely. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. We likely will not be back.

First of all, I refuse to go anywhere they don’t accept cash. Plus, the cookie dough didn’t have a seal. It appeared after I took a scoop out to have fingers that dipped into the dough on the other side. Nope, never again. Very upsetting!

Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh

I stopped in a month ago completely unaware of how awesome this place is. Told them up front I had no idea what to order and they walked me through everything they offer. I loved my food and came back again today to tell them how excited I am to have them coming to Ames. It's so fresh and taste great. New favorite. :)

We travel from Minnesota to Kansas city once or twice a year and make it a point to stop here every time! The food is sooo flavorful and the meat so tender. Highly recommend!

Delicious & savory flavors!  Love the non-traditional soda flavors, especially coconut!

I hate having to leave a bad review but .... this is unacceptable quantity and quality of food for the money we pay. We got 2 chicken shawarma plate and a falafel plate and fries for $63. That's for some lettuce, hummus and half a ladle of protein. I eat at Cava when I'm in other cities, a similar concept where Mediterranean is served chipotle style. It's far more quantity and quality for much less! Just because Mediterranean isn't common in this area doesn't give you the right to price gouge your customers. Really disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised when my friend & I stopped in for a late lunch around 3PM today. I ordered all the things with a hibiscus juice, baklava, and a blondie. All in it was about $30 w/ tip. The cost was higher than expected but the food was phenomenal. I love all the veggie options and the spicy hummus is IT. Will definitely be back and bringing all my veggie loving girlies with me.

We placed an online order, it was to be ready at 4:15. It wasn’t ready until about 4:40
The young man working was doing his job well, he was the only employee there. So I don’t think that is his fault?
The pizza we got was a sausage and pepperoni XL and a chicken garlic.
The chicken garlic is my favorite pizza and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. It was so dry like it had zero sauce. So most of it was thrown out. Usually the pizza is so good!

The manager is nice. But the last 3 times ive been in the store they messed my order up and they need to freshen up the crew on how to make the pizza's as of now i feel a 1 star is what they will get from me untill i see an improvement.

Love the freshly made take n bake pizzas. Great prices.
Update 7/2023 we still enjoy our Papa Murphy's pizza. We get a 5 meat stuffed crust family size. It's ginormous and makes great leftovers. I'm so glad they're still here in town. Yes you take it home and bake it. They also have a crust less pizza with all the stuff except the crust! Makes my belly happy!

Ok so Derrick and Gracin made the world of difference, they are very helpful friendly, and care about customer service, I wish all places of business had employees like them, Great job  thanks

Forgot our topping for the dessert pizza. Didn't taste very good without it
