I have worked with Michael several times. His knowledge of the real-estate market in Phoenix area is unmatched! He pays attention to every detail and is 100% committed to getting his clients into the home of their dreams. He is a team player and works with everybody involved to make sure his clients have a stress free and timely closing. I wouldn't trust the sale or purchase of any home to anybody else!!!

In general we had a good experience here. The experience was rather generic and vanilla compared to other buying and selling experiences we've had in the past. Maybe it was just our price point but that should really not matter. Yes the house was sold quickly but we had next to zero input on the details of our listing. We were asked some of the things we had done to update the house but only 1 or 2 of the items were ever mentioned in the listing. The photos were generic and very amateurish... again maybe just our price point? Service like that confuses us regardless of the price point.

Communication from our agent was lacking and it frustrated not only my wife and I but others who observed the experience from start to finish. Yes it got done and in a timely fashion but the stars were in line for this sale (location, time, price etc) and if you choose to hire this group, make sure you pre-define your expectations on paper.

He has helped my family with many homes and properties in the valley and worked tirelessly every time to get the right deal, wouldn’t recommend anyone else, his education and experience speaks for itself knowing the right agent is important and I’m glad I do!

I recently became a tenant to one of the properties MaryAnn Petratis manages and when I say she went above and beyond I truly mean it. She is professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a true pleasure working with her. She made everything so easy and smooth for us. She has stayed in contact at all hours of the day and even the smallest details she handled with no problem. She is truly the best relator you will ever come across! I hope everyone gets to experience a smooth process like we did. Thanks to MaryAnn I was able to find a home w/o looking mind you. TLDR: trust the low star reviews. They are not lying.

Poor business practice. Sandy Karpen lied about the lease agreement Commission agreeing that there would be no commission when they don’t place the tenant at the property. They took over my property with tenants and upon renewal (which they didn’t even create/write the lease agreement) they took a commission of the whole 12 months the property is leased for.
Additionally they are taking the taxes amount when it was informed they are not paying taxes on my behalf.
Property management is poor. I have to keep chasing down for HOA violation and they have not addressed it with the tenants who kept violating the HOA policies causing fees to be charged to me, the property owner.
Every time I asked for my monthly reports Sandy would ask “what reports are you talking about?) and when I finally insisted I found out it was never even set up and the reports had incorrect item. Sandy is yet to address and fix the issues and is not even answering my e-mails. I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau to address these issues but from what I see of their reputation I highly doubt it’s going anywhere.

If I could rate "zero" stars, I would! If you decide to change your mind and not sell your home, watch out!!!! The lack of professionalism is ASTOUNDING!!! Even made 2 phone calls to the broker, Sandy Karpen, with NO return call back!! I will never refer my realtor, nor the brokerage or anyone associated to it, to anyone!!!!!!

The end results of my situation ended because of lazy work and more of a fluffed up sales approach than paying attention to details to help me aquire the property. Because of this, both my credit score and my partners credit score were effected negatively because care was not taken to handle the situation more intelligently. I followed their instructions with faith and asked questions to multiple reps to gather a picture of the possible outcomes but was either told "please refer to this person because it's not my department" or ignored entirely because my situation was not a priority to them. I would not use this company because you are nothing but a number to them and they do not care enough to put in the work for you properly.

I rent from them and They fixed a few things but there are other things the owner doesn't want to fix and its frustrating. There are no towel racks or toilet paper holders in any of the bathrooms and that is a huge daily inconvenience, am I supposed to furnish and install that type of stuff if I'm renting?

Nothing. I had a male call me and said "what are you looking for in a house?"
Tried to tell him, he abruptly stopped me mid sentence and said "why don't I just send you available 3 bedroom listings."
Haven't heard from the original lady I spoke with. Didn't get the email from said male.
Didn't bother to tell me the home I was looking at was sold.

Waste of time and effort. And so convoluted.

We first met Paul because we were interested in one of the houses he had listed. It was the first house we had looked at and we hadn't put much thought about what we had wanted prior. Throughout working with Paul, we found that he has a very kind and generous heart with a lot of integrity. My husband's favorite thing about Paul is that is he honest and realistic. He puts a personal touch on selling houses and takes pride in it.

We just bought a house in Alpena. Our realtor Sarah was wonderful.

Where's the option for 10 stars?  I randomly found Jodi Busch (owner) on Zillow when searching for real estate agents.  I actually called two agents before her, but the first time I spoke to Jodi I knew she was head and shoulders above the rest.  Where to start?

She is EXTREMELY responsive.  That worked well for someone like me who is pretty (okay completely) type A and detail-oriented.  Even when she couldn't talk because she was tied up, she would respond almost immediately and let me know she received my communication.  Top Notch.

She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable.  Construction means and methods to property valuation, down to the vegetation typical of Mississippi properties--she knows it all.  And, with that knowledge, on several occasions she raised issues or concerns that we never would have spotted.  That alone likely saved us tons of money and time.

There are so many other things I could say about Jodi.  She was there for us whenever we needed help, and we were doing all of this from out-of-state.  So, she went and visited properties for us, and would get on Facetime so we could see what she was looking at.  She always had our back as her clients (which kind of goes without saying), but more importantly she was always in "protect" mode.  If anything was a question or questionable, she would use her wide array of resources (from attorneys to contractors) to get us an answer.

Beyond all of the above, she's just a good person.  Always pleasant to talk to. Smart.  Driven.  We never felt like we were a burden to her or anywhere other than #1 on her list of clients.

Honestly, I felt lucky to have found Jodi and very grateful.  If you're buying or selling a house on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, you'd be a lunatic to use anyone else!

The Website shows open, No one picks up the phone. They depend on out of state Money to buy up here but in Big cities "We Work All the time" that's how we have MONEY to buy up here. If we worked 9-5 and lied about being open we couldn't afford to buy up here. That's the difference. People in this area need their Biscuits and fried chicken but don't put in the man hours to achieve what we've achieved in Big Cities to have the Money to buy here. Let's find better places. Mark Congdon is by far THE best realtor we have ever encountered. He is always available, friendly and in good spirits. He knows everything about the area, trust me I tried. If it wasn't a good property or priced well, he knew as soon as I mentioned the address. Normally I am my own realtor, I find what I want to see and the true realtor is just there to get me in.  But not Mark, I gave him full control and he didn't disappoint.
