CENTURY 21 Northland - Alpena

No follow up. No help. Nothing. I had a male call me and said "what are you looking for in a house?" Tried to tell him, he abruptly stopped me mid sentence and said "why don't I just send you available 3 bedroom listings." Haven't heard from the original lady I spoke with. Didn't get the email from said male. Didn't bother to tell me the home I was looking at was sold. Waste of time and effort. And so convoluted. Go local

We first met Paul because we were interested in one of the houses he had listed. It was the first house we had looked at and we hadn't put much thought about what we had wanted prior. Throughout working with Paul, we found that he has a very kind and generous heart with a lot of integrity. My husband's favorite thing about Paul is that is he honest and realistic. He puts a personal touch on selling houses and takes pride in it.

We just bought a house in Alpena. Our realtor Sarah was wonderful.
