Awful office. People are clicky here. After we had established the details of our deal with our listing agent, this brokerage tried to change our deal. Thankfully we already had our agreement in writing. The Realtors that work out of this office may be good, but the management is petty and greedy. I recommend you go elsewhere.

CENTURY 21 Award Agency

Would not recommend this agency.  They gave us a recommended sale price for our home which we thought was way too low.  We got a second opinion from another agency in town whose recommendation was 100K more than them. We listed with the other agency and got full asking price for our house.

I was in desperate need for my new location.  Spoke to Angela and she jumped right on it.  with in a few weeks we secured a new location.  When it comes to customer service they got it.... I would tell you if you are looking for an agency that believes in service and professionalism over the sale. You need to reach out to them.

This is a great company to work with.  I have done several transactions with them and recommend them to all my friends and family.

The man who answers the phone is absolutely a trash. Should be fired immediately. Nothing he does but yelling and cursing the potential clients. And he lied about other agents who didn't pick up the phone said they were on vacation in fact they were not.

Benny went above and beyond to be sure everything went smoothly for my first house purchase. I had so many questions but he was always so patient to be sure I understood everything despite being constantly pressure by the buyer. I also had some issues with my mortgage commitment but Benny was able to work his magic and buy me more time to be sure I had a fair shot at purchasing the property. I am so thankful I had Benny to help guide me and even though this is the house I landed on, we saw ten others prior that really showed he had a grasp on what I wanted/was asking for. Johnny Rojas is very unprofessional. Our realtor submitted not one, but TWO offers for a house. This guy just completely ignored us and did not respond to our offer. If you're not going to accept, at least have the courtesy to respond and let us know. Rather than just ignore us and have us waiting for nothing. Truly unprofessional and rude broker

Do not buy or rent a home with this Realty Group. My family and I have lived in our current home for 12 years. When we finally decide to move out and find a new home we call Angelica Colon. We explain what we’re looking for and she finds us a home for rent that was perfect, after filling us with excitement and we tell her we want the property, we contact her a few days later to continue the process and after hours with no reply she tells us that she gave it to another couple and allowed them to send in the application. This was extremely unprofessional. She tells us she found the perfect property for our family but then sells it to another family. Terrible experience with Century 21 JR Gold Team Realty.

We recently purchased a home in Bergen County and Martin Bianchi of Century 21 Eudan was our realtor.  From our very first conversation, I found Martin to be a take-charge person who was eager to go the extra mile to help us.

We gave him our criteria for a home, and he hit it right on the mark.  He showed us exactly the type of homes we wanted to see, and within our budget. We ended up buying one of the homes Martin showed us on our first outing.

Martin is not only a great realtor, but more importantly he’s an outstanding ally.  He negotiated strongly on our behalf and facilitated every aspect of the transaction for us.  He stepped-in whenever necessary to talk to our lender, the attorneys and the seller’s agents just to make sure everything was going smoothly.  He was very responsive and always accessible by cell phone, emails and text messages.  Working with Martin was a pleasure and we highly recommend him!

Called this place to help rent my apartment, what a nightmare! Our agent Joyce P. was quick and attentive to my first phone call. She came pretty much the same day to see the apartment and list it. I was so sure she would help us. We were told to sign a 6 month contract and if we were to rent the apartment without their help we would have to pay 1 months rent to them! I thought we would have no issues, trusted her and signed immediately. BiG MISTAKE!! In the 6 months time span, I may have had 6 showings in total, all of which were scheduled by other agents, not once did my agent bring someone to view. No open house, no help at ALL! Realtor would take a long time to respond to my calls and emails and sometimes not return my call at all. Very disappointed by this real-estate and will NEVER recommend or use them again.

We used all of the people she recommended and they were very reasonable and did a phenomenal job.  All of the work was done quickly as well as accurately.
