She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend.

Johnny and Claudia at century 21 jr gold team were the best! Very knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, and go above and beyond in everything. They were patient with me and after dealing with other realtors in the past they were able to help me in finding my home. In case you don't know inspectors, lawyers, etc They have they're team and are ready to share they're contacts with you. Johnny Rojas is very unprofessional. Our realtor submitted not one, but TWO offers for a house. This guy just completely ignored us and did not respond to our offer. If you're not going to accept, at least have the courtesy to respond and let us know. Rather than just ignore us and have us waiting for nothing. Truly unprofessional and rude broker

Do not buy or rent a home with this Realty Group. My family and I have lived in our current home for 12 years. When we finally decide to move out and find a new home we call Angelica Colon. We explain what we’re looking for and she finds us a home for rent that was perfect, after filling us with excitement and we tell her we want the property, we contact her a few days later to continue the process and after hours with no reply she tells us that she gave it to another couple and allowed them to send in the application. This was extremely unprofessional. She tells us she found the perfect property for our family but then sells it to another family. Terrible experience with Century 21 JR Gold Team Realty.
