What a great experience dealing with Jason I have never seen someone more passionate about real estate.It’s refreshing to work with someone that truly cares, he literally has taken the shirt off has back for my son when he tripped and cut his head to use as a bandage. I would not believe it unless I was their to see the man in action, a minute later he had his assistant looking up the closest medical centers. We have been on the hunt for our perfect house for quite some time now and Jay has never given up or got frustrated with us. He has always encouraged us not to settle. I have got to know him over the past year and he is the man when it comes to real estate and people skills. I replied to an ad for space to rent for my business and it took days for the agent to call me back. After negotiating the lease and tell the agent I was ok with it, only to get an email a week later the space was taken.  Marie Episale is very unprofessional and would not recommend working with her. It is obvious her inability to get a deal done.

We starting working with Marie and so far our experience has been great. Looking forward to sell our house and begging our new journey.

Our agent was Dana Smith and she truly went above and beyond in getting our parents' home sold. From finding us the perfect people to do an estate sale, to someone to take some furniture out, and every aspect from start to finish, she was truly amazing. My sister and I both live in Florida, to complicate things, but it was never an issue for Dana. She was always in contact with us and exceptionally sensitive - having lost our parents in such a short period of time and then faced with selling our childhood home, Dana really made this heavy situation feel easier to handle. She worked tirelessly and truly put forth herculean efforts to see the sale completed. Her advice was always welcome and professional, and she made sure we were doing what was best for ourselves and the estate. Dana guided us along every step throughout the process and was always available to answer any questions we had, whether by phone or email. I sincerely do not know what we would have done without her during this process. If you need to sell your home and want an agent who will truly care about all aspects of that, you should not hesitate to use Dana Smith.

The initial consultation and work was fine. However, the failure of the Realtor/Broker D. Rivera to clearly advise that there was dual representation and that their were conflicting/competing interests nearly led to litigation. I truly felt as if the Realtor/Broker failed to be fair or fairly represent my interests. This was compounded by the failure to have clear communication with all involved. That is not a good sign when you are dealing with what is usually the largest transaction in a person's life.

I am so unhappy with selling my property with Century 21 Preferred Realty In Union NJ and have worked with Marina as a realtor. She failed to mention that she was a dual agent handling all communication between both parties (Buyer and Seller). After having my suspicions and realized she was a dual agent it was on the day of closing my house. So it was too late to withdraw. She was very biased representing the ideas of only the buyer. Marina told me that my house was worth $100.00 less just because I refused to do repairs requested by the buyer. Marina was only negotiating terms on behalf of the buyer only. I was left alone, fighting to sell my house for a decent price. She lied to us on many occasions. Some other realtor could have sold my house for the right price if I had a realtor who I could trust to negotiate terms. I was forced at the end to do repairs after placing in writing due to manipulation.
Replying to your post. This company are a bunch of thieves. I had to fight to sell my property at a decent price by myself. The agent Marina kept pushing to give away my furniture to the buyers for free and to make changes of the property after putting in writing several times that the property was to be sold as is. Your “so called” stellar agent called Marina was sending pictures of other houses to me under $300.000 so I can accept an under value price offer below $450.000. I had to argue with her every single day. She never once did any work, she put a lock in front of the doors for potential buyers to come view the property and was never on sight during all the visits. I don’t know where you got all the numbers you stated especially that $467.000, all these are false statements. I would advise anyone you potentially want to sell their homes to stay far away from this company especially that agent Marina, she is a snake.

Jennifer Da Silva was our agent. She was one  of the most diligent and hardworking agents I have ever worked with. She simplified the process, all while answering texts and emails all time of the day and night. She was never frustrated with the constant barrage of repetitive questions. While on vacation she kept in touch making sure all went according to plan. If you want top dollar for your property? Look no further…
