I called to see a listing. Was directed to Paula almonte,noel ortiz listing agent was unavailable. She responded promptly. Was sent a list and told sat.at noon. My wife called to confirm listings and times. Was promised a follow up call and email, never came. Drove 4 hours to orlando. No agent, we called no return call. I was going to go to office and explode, my wife said wait until monday and call. Called- left msg for office manager  daisy Lopez, probably wouldn't have written this review if she bothered to call. Went to another property on realtor.com another agent returned our call,last minute, and set appt. We made an offer on that more expensive property. Very unprofessional business practice.

The lack of communication, professionalism and adherence to clients is absolutely lacking at its least. as a buyer I don't recommend working with this two listing agent Maureen Nagel and Ronald Piegaro is very frustrated working with them.

Katarzyna "Kasia" did an excellent job as my buying agent. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying process, answered all my emails and calls promptly, and was great at pointing out pluses and minuses for each house we looked at. She is a positive person, friendly, and professional. With her help I was able to buy a home that is the perfect fit for my family. I definitely recommend her!

Century 21 Alliance was very easy to deal with. It was an easy vacation rental process easy, key pick up and drop off process and we were super happy with Nicole Koch. The condo we rented was exactly like pictures the only issue we ran into was is was not cleaned.  Being in this feild myself I know it's doesn't nessisary fall on the realtor it could fall on the cleaning company, the homeowner etc. We spent days cleaning the vents, appliances, under appliances and floors because the dust was so bad it caused a severe sinus infection. There were dirty dishes in the oven etc. We also ended up paying for $80 internet bc the router was located under the 2nd bedroom bed and was unplugged and it costed $20 per week per device to get internet through the cable company. Again, even though we had the huge cleaning issues I'm still giving 5 stars because I am unsure where that responsibility lies.

When it was time to sell the home I grew up in Kendall
Park I wanted a local realtor who knew my market and my housing development. I interviewed several but selected Rich and his team based on current market conditions.  From my initial meeting he outlined a plan and explained how longer open houses make more sense in addition to his strategy for a quicker sale. He hosted the weekend and was onsite to show my home.  His entire team was always available by phone, email or text.  His office team did an amazing job to understand and honor my requests from listing to showing and all the many details after the offers came in. My house sold after the first and only open house and went for over asking. Special thanks also to Jenna Borelli who was wonderful to work with and so very professional. There are online companies out there and other realtors with limited experience who aren’t as well versed as this team. Interview others but pick this agency to work for you in selling your home.

Rich Abrams and team did a good job showing our house online. Took excellent photos and created a very helpful 3D tour of the home. Also advertised it well on YouTube and online. They are very cooperative and answered all of our questions.

Rich Abrams is the best realtor in the business. When I sold my house in New Jersey, Rich and his team went all out to get us the best price for our home which was well above what we listed it for. He gave us great service and worked on a fair commission. He was helpful throughout the entire process. He evaluated our home and helped us to do what was necessary to get the best price for our home. He helped make the closing process easy, and most importantly Rich provided personal service like no other. He was there for us whenever we needed him, and we highly recommend him. We have referred him to several of our friends in New Jersey when they were ready to sell their home, and they were also extremely pleased with the excellent, professional and personal service that Rich and his team provided. I will say it again. Rich is the best in the business and has proven it time and time again in meeting all of our real estate needs and that of the friends and family we have referred to him. We have moved upstate New York but we still keep in touch with Rich, especially when we have a referral. This is because we trust him taking care of the people most dear to us.

Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible.

Went to an open house for a rental property manged by one of their employees, Mark (Yuan Sheng) Lin. He knew nothing about the house, was clearly not interested in even being there, and was not helpful at all. I was interested in the property, however he didn't even know how to properly apply to rent the property. After finally figuring out that I needed to apply through Zillow, I filled out the application and paid the application fee.

I received an email from Zillow a few days later stating that my application hadn't been opened, so I followed up with Mark asking about the status. He replied stating that he needed copies of all of the documents that I had already supplied through Zillow (credit report, background check, employment verification, etc). I replied that I had already submitted all of those documents through Zillow and was not comfortable sending that via email due to risk of identity theft but that I could drop them off in person at his office.

Never heard back from him after that. Followed up with him by email and phone and he never returned my messages. Then I tried following up with the Re/Max office directly through their website - thinking hey maybe Mark was fired for being so bad at his job, but I never received a response from their office either.

If you're considering using them as your realtor you should really go with anyone else.

I hired them to manage my property and it was a nightmare. I don't know how they screen these animals that was in my property. These people tore up the property before they were evicted. No pictures of house inspection every 6 months. Two dogs were on the property and we said no pets. More than three people in the house. Beware don't used them. It will cost you money and paint AHampton
We never stated that we never had funds. You are lying about the repairs. We fixed the roof and chimney.  You allowed the association to fined us because you neglected to informed us the repairs. Only when we went to the association we found out that notices was sent to you about the things that needed repair. We found out you ignored the summons which put a lien on the property. We never let something  go unrepair.
You were told to evict the tenants but led us to believe  they were waiting  for eviction relief program which never happened. No

Good will come to this. Liars
