RE/MAX Accord

Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. Went to an open house for a rental property manged by one of their employees, Mark (Yuan Sheng) Lin. He knew nothing about the house, was clearly not interested in even being there, and was not helpful at all. I was interested in the property, however he didn't even know how to properly apply to rent the property. After finally figuring out that I needed to apply through Zillow, I filled out the application and paid the application fee. I received an email from Zillow a few days later stating that my application hadn't been opened, so I followed up with Mark asking about the status. He replied stating that he needed copies of all of the documents that I had already supplied through Zillow (credit report, background check, employment verification, etc). I replied that I had already submitted all of those documents through Zillow and was not comfortable sending that via email due to risk of identity theft but that I could drop them off in person at his office. Never heard back from him after that. Followed up with him by email and phone and he never returned my messages. Then I tried following up with the Re/Max office directly through their website - thinking hey maybe Mark was fired for being so bad at his job, but I never received a response from their office either. If you're considering using them as your realtor you should really go with anyone else.
