The manager Collin is the only reason I decided to give this a 3 star review. If not for him this would easily be a 1. My car also looks beautiful again.
Firstly, communication here is a problem. Cars are most of our only forms of transportation. I rely on this to have a job. So knowing details and estimated dates are necessary. I made every call to communicate and get updates, all but one of the calls made to me were return calls.
Secondly, during these calls prior to Collin, I received no actual answer. Instead it felt I was being spoken down to and told stories. On simple questions, like what date were parts ordered!!
I took my car in on 11/13, by 11/29 parts were finally ordered and my new estimate to my insurance was made. This is a week and a half of my car sitting and waiting. I was told these parts would be ordered and further damaged assessed upon arrival. I finally received my car back on 12/19. The estimate was 3 weeks and it ended up being almost 5 in a half weeks. I understand things happen but again, I had no communication.
Use my experience to make your own decisions on what you think is best for you.

Pretty sub par job that they did to my car after I hit a deer in my ‘13 GC, and somehow didn’t realize the steering wheel was 45° degrees to the right when the wheels were pointed straight and the transmission cooler that they replaced ended up falling off so I ended up taking the whole front end off by myself just to fix that. Actual body work was decent, but they seem very unorganized in the front office and when something bad happens the advisors and managers seem to kinda panic and the communication process between the collision center and the dealership service center is atrocious as it took an hour long process to get my car back even though everything was paid for.

*What really put the cherry on top was the bullet hole that I ended up finding on my car’s hood after a 2 month long wait for it to get fixed and then they refused to pay for it to get fixed because I had driven my car off. Didn’t know people were having shootouts in the repair lot lol.

I had a more then awesome experience dealing with Reed Collision. My neighbor had backed in to my car. They got me in quick and took care of me from start to finish. I dealt with Jamie and Colin the new manager and both are very easy to get along with.

I have two vehicles at the collision center right now and so far the lady at the front desk has been great to work with. They are short staffed like everyone everywhere these days, and yet she smiles and makes the time to help. There is a new manager there named Collin, and while he is on vacation, it would seem the changes are evident for better service since the last manager has been gone. You might give them a try if you need body work. I will update this post as work on my two trucks continues....

The guy that answers the phone is extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anybody. This is a State Farm service first place and I will be reporting them to State Farm as well. They condemn you for having an older vehicles. Don’t even want to  deal with it. Very judgmental. And the guy sounds like he is from another country possibly or knows another language. Do not use them.

B Street Collision Center - Overland Park

My insurance company offered B Street along with 20 other collision repair shops. I picked B Street based on its ratings (all 5 Star) and proximity to Shawnee. When I called, they said Enterprise Car Rental works with them multiple times each day, too.

I took my truck over there for front end repair. The only guidance I gave them was that I would be leaving town for an extended time and if at all possible, it would be great to get the truck before I left.

With the customer update features, I followed the progress via texts and phone calls. They finished four days early and I couldn't be more pleased. From the team at the front desk to the estimators, my experience with B Street was terrific. I recommend them in the strongest fashion: trust them with your vehicle and your schedule. They will deliver and will make you happy you used them. Many thanks to the whole team!

B Street Collision Center’s consultants Brett and Nash provided excellent customer service, from walking me through their process to answering any and all questions I had about the repairs. The actual services were done impeccably and completed earlier than they originally anticipated. I also very much appreciated the regular updates they would send me throughout the two week process. They also had a company deep clean and detail my vehicle, and when it was returned to me it looked and felt brand new. They handled coordinating with my insurance seamlessly and even offered to coordinate with the my car rental provider for pick-up. Very much recommend their services and appreciate them answering my many questions. Thank you so much B Street!

I had my Audi serviced at B St. after I hit a deer. While I understand that I have a foreign car and parts take a while to come in, the reason I’m giving four stars is because towards the end they would tell me that it would probably be done a certain day, and then it wouldn’t be and that went on for a week. I wish they would have just said we have no idea. It would have been more helpful. Other than that, my car came back in tiptop shape and detailed! Towards the end, they really pushed hard to get it finished and into my hands so I could be driving again! Everyone was very kind. Would recommend.

Highly recommend B Street Collision. After my 16 year old got in a pretty good wreck my vehicle was towed to their shop. They have been amazing with all communication and got the vehicle back to us 4 days earlier than they told us. Thank y’all so much for everything!!

We have had nothing but outstanding service from both B Street locations we've used. Would recommend to anyone -- they're friendly, they're FAST and they always do a great job. Our repair was done 2 days ahead of schedule. We use State Farm for insurance and they're able to pay the shop directly, which is a HUGE plus. My mom wagon is always returned to me about 200x cleaner than when I brought it in. The detailing work is so appreciated!!

The Learning experience

Very clean store; perfectly presented products; helpful staff - all in all, a very positive experience.
Interesting promotions.

Went to the store, only to find note on door. Went to lunch be back in 30 min. Ok fine. I waited an hour and ten minutes outside, still no one.  This was from 3:30 to 4:40 . Called the store hour later to see if it was open. A girl answered got a total different story than note on door from her. Said I will be leaving a bad review, she said that's fine Go for it. GNC you need to tighten it up.

Closed during business hours, not even an “out to lunch” sign on the door.

Have went 2 days in a row around 2 pm and have been closed. Getting tired of the poor management from GNC. When the store is open the Staff is always friendly and helpful so nothing against them. But the corporate side needs to get it together!

Sitting out front 130 PM on a Monday and it's locked up.  No sign saying they'll be back or anything. The only sign says they're open.  I called and no one answered.

Collin was EXTREMELY helpful! He helped me add 2 lines to my account as well as doing an insurance claim. He was also very knowledgeable when answering any questions and concerns I had.

Attentive staff,  very polite and professional.  The manager is very knowledgeable about not only plans but also all the different devices they have to offer and goes the extra mile to be sure your phone is set up right and ready to go before you walk out the door.  Overall, great service !

So why do all the local stores not have,or carry prepaid?Think it's a move to get everyone to do post paid contract.All these hip,cool millennials.

Cid was awesome.  We got there at 5 minutes til close to get a new phone and he was great to work with.  The guy didn’t hesitate at all to stay late and help us get everything done.  Great guy to work with, customer service like his is hard to find these days!

These guys are awesome.  Aaron and Team helped me with all the issues Best Buy caused me with a new line activation.  They went out of their way to earn my business going forward and they have it.  6/5 stars!

Garage Door Masters KC Garage Door Repair

Andrew did an outstanding job replacing the motor on my garage. He came out same day, installed a new unit in about 45 minutes and helped me set up the app on my phone to use the unit. Very pleasant experience from start to finish, I highly recommend!

Andrew came late at night and did a wonderful job to keep my Garage closed. Man deserves a raise. Will be having him come back for more maintenance when needed. Thanks again Andrew!!💪🏼 best customer service you could ask for.

Garage door masters saved the day. They came towards the end of the day to replace a broken garage door opener. They ended up replacing my second one too since it was also on its last leg. Staying late to get the job done. Excellent work at a fair price!

I had them out yesterday to install two new garage door openers. It took about 6 hours to complete and the tech did a great job from what I could tell. One side did not have an opener at all so they charged me an extra 65 bucks to build a mount and used some of the wood I had in the garage (white board in the pic), there was no wood used above the motor. This was fine with me. I had to run to the store to get two extension cords, this was fine with me as well as I understand that not being included. There was a mess left afterwards but I told him it was fine since I needed to clean the garage anyways.

What made me drop one star was how the old garage door opener was left in my garage. I asked the tech if they were going to take it since other times I've had an opener replaced they took it. He said he had no room in his van so he couldn't take it. I called the company the next day to see if they would be able to send someone out to get and they said they don't normally do that but they could come get it for a fee. I told them I'd figure it out myself as I already paid them a hefty amount for the service I wasn't about to pay more.

UPDATE: They came to get the old opener free of charge. Thank you!

Called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Answered all my questions about other repairs/replacements I may want in the future. Quickly diagnosed and solved my garage door issues. I will be calling them again for later repairs and installations.

The Learning Experience - Overland Park West

We just started at the Learning Experience Overland Park West location about a month ago. It has been an all-around great experience for our family. Our toddler has multiple allergies and the new director helped us every step of the way making sure we had all paperwork in his file to assure he could have his own food sent from home. She told us all the extra things they do for kids with allergies to ensure their safety at the school like information sheets in the classrooms and that all their teacher go through required training for food allergies. The cook walked us through all her procedures to ensure he had his food for every meal. She has gone above and beyond for our family. His teachers have been incredibly diligent protecting him in the classroom as well. Shortly after he started, he did have to move up to the next classroom and even though it was a quick transition after just starting, we could not have asked for a better teacher to open her door to him. She is an angel of a teacher.

I just started my two children at this center and I am already very happy with it. The new Director here is phenomenal and was very informative with everything the school has to offer including paying very close attention to each one of my children's specific needs. The front staff is always very friendly helpful and always greets me with smiles on their faces and engages with my children.

I would highly suggest to look at other options for childcare.  My experience while working with TLE has been terrible. From the day I walked in to tour they told me I didnʻt have an appointment.  I showed them the confirmation email, and they told me I was 1 hr late based on their scheduling system (which is incorrect). The Executive Director has poor communication, gives parents attitude when parents are trying to make sure they have the proper paperwork in place while enrolling.  They would not refund my deposit when I did not proceed to send my child there.  If you want a place that you can trust, have proper communication and who gets back to you in a timely manner, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.  There are much better options out there, Primrose Blue Valley, Blue Valley Montessori, etc.

TLE in overland park-west is a wonderful center. I would reccommend them to any family in the area looking for care. The facility is nice and friendly, not to mention the kids all love waking up to go to school to see thier friends and teachers. If you are looking for a friendly place for your children that values curriculum, safety and great leadership, then this is the center for you.

I was in quick and sudden need of care for my 2 years old at the time. TLE was quick, responsive, helpful in getting my son established. My son and our family have some unique challenges and they were communicative and helpful in transitioning with us- wanting to help and care for us. I was new to all of this and they were an amazing first experience. I since, have had to make a change for my son based on him attending hilltop and needing to be in BV school district for bussing purposes for his half days there and needing care for afternoons. I hated the idea of making a change. I toured a couple other places- all seemed inferior to the cleanliness, brightness, facilities, and staff that I am accustomed to at TLE. We did make a change and the new place is nowhere near as effective or helpful or organized as TLE. In fact, I may be returning as I miss this place and my son does too! Really thankful for TLE in a time where I needed support.

Shell

This place smells like there's dead animals in the walls or like they have a severe sewage/plumbing issue. The smell so was putrid I had to immediately leave.

Clue number one... when I pulled into the parking lot and there were two to three inches of ice and snow three days after the snowstorm I should've known things weren't going to go well.

Clue number two should have been the stream of each or so receipts hanging out of the pump from previous failed transactions.

After inserting my card and starting to put it in my wallet the pump told me to reinsert it. My second attempt greeted me with a message to see the attendant.

Working my way across the parking lot. I finally reached the safety of the sidewalk only to be greeted by an attendant who didn't understand anything I was saying.

He DID understand when I asked him if they forgot to call a snow plow, but his answer was just a smile and he shrugged his shoulders.

I'll give another Shell station a chance since I've got a $0.30 off per gallon promo from T-Mobile Tuesdays to redeem.

Imagine being 40 cents over any other gas station for premium. I got premium at qt for 4.99 when this place was 5.30. Just shows how much this company is gouging people for money. 1/10 don't recommend going here for gas.

The best gasoline for my car 🚗 I feel like I buy  REAL gasoline instead of just water like other gasoline’s. Thanks for your service
